• Frankie (6/5): Good if noisy location, let down by facilities - Located 7 minutes walk from a metro station, on the Western outskirts of Thisseo, where it merges into Gazi. Abundance of plug sockets. Newish air-con unit in bedroom was efficient. Lift inside building (note - small, old style lift). Keys very easy to get from a lockbox outside. Goodsize fridge-freezer. Nice balcony Recommend the grill house up the street "To steki tou Ilia", great staff & great food. Also the pizza place "Fakides" - great vibe, fab music & excellent pizza. Cafe Stairs was good for mezedes. Wouldn't recommend the Psi Bar. Location is, as others said, noisy due to being 5meters from the metro line (which runs until gone 12.30 at night & starts again at 5.30am) and the music venues in Gazi. No on-demand hot water, you have to turn the boiler on for 20 minute intervals when you want to wash up, shower etc Furniture, esp bed, are cheap. The slats kept falling out when we laid down The patio doors are poorly fitting & do not offer any sound reduction. Unable to use air-con in living room Netflix codes provided - but no TV, suggesting generic welcome instructions

• Paul (7/5): ok for one night and location in the city was perferct, air conditioners were quiet and efficient - No television, the location is extremely noisy (only 30m above a busy train/metro track, no information on how to turn the hot water on

• Gentiana (8/5): Good accommodation in the proximity of the city center - The location near to the restaurants and full of life streets of Atena. Close to the metro and easy to reach. Near the reailway, train noise in the .morning and late night. Near is a place where concerts are music can be heard until late in the night. The apartment is a bit outdated. No TV..

• Keely (10/5): The perfect spot for exploring Athens - Great location; a couple of minutes walk to a beautiful street (Iraklidon 8) with a very cute vibe & loads of lovely spots to eat and a great coffee shop (Ubuntu) all less than a 5-10 minute walk. Big clean apartment with everything you would need and a lovely Balcony overlooking a park and the mountains. Hosts were great also, on hand for everything you need. Really recommend this if you're in Athens Nothing - Couldn't recommend this spot enough!

The hosts responded quickly to all our queries. The apartment was clean and arranged well. It's truly wonderful for the price.

• Tim (8/5): Very good - The Acropolis and food-mile were only 10-20 mins away from the flat and it gave us enough time to discover some cute strays :) The metro is right next to the flat and can be rather loud as the balcony doors are not that sound-proof.
