• chang (10/5): Overall it’s a comfortable and convenient place. Very clean you can tell the owner really put effort into the property. - Consider new building in Bukit Bintang area. A little noise, the aircond compressor, the traffic and music from the street as this is 26th floor.
• Simone (10/5): - A really good apartment. Spacious, very clean. With washing machine. Nice little touches like an umbrella, a first aid kit, etc. Good location walking distance from Bukit Bintang metro, close to restaurants and cafes. Safe. Good communication with the host.

• Jean-marc (9/5): - Je dirais tout, super appartement ou tout est pensé pour le guest, adaptateur electrique à disposition, lessive, sans supplément vue superbe la baie vitrée ouverte...franchement top. De plus, suite à une bévue de ma part, j’ai eu une assistance aussi rapide que sympathique... Je reviens vite... J’avais lu en travers les instructions pour l’usage de la serrure de la porte d’entrée, heureusement, un " monsieur du ménage" est gentiment venu m’aider...j’avais compris de travers!

• Samueljayaraj (10/5): - The cleanliness and house items were fully facilitated. The parking drive way especially corners to next level very narrow. Thus requires floor navigation by arrow sign to prevent car ramp wall sides.
• Dylana (10/5): Absolutely amazing apartment in city center - Everything about it. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Incredible view from the balcony. The host was very responsive. While the bed is small for two people, the mattress and the linens were comfortable. The kitchen had what you needed to cook. Everything was in good condition. Access to the gym and pool in the hotel, and the pool is level. The washing machine worked well. Self check in process was super easy and seamless. It would be nice if there were salt/pepper/oil to cook with. The curtains were a little wonky but not enough to warrant a lower score.

• Joël (10/5): Comfortable stay in Bukit Bintang area - The room was clean and you can tell that the host put in effort to make the stay as comfortable as possible. It is also a very good location. Walking distance to the popular Jalan Alor, and 10 min walk from the Bukit Bintang MRT. I would stay here again.

• Mark (9/5): Good location. Very clean. - Good location. Very clean. The apartment door code provided did not work. I tried for 30 minutes with the code thinking I was doing something wrong. The code was continuously setting off the smart lock alarm (annoying those in adjacent apartmemts who were opening their doors to investigate - security also came). I watched videos on youtube on how to operate the smart lock (Raizo R300), and concluded the method I was using was correct. It was an early morning check in and I struggled to contact the owners on the three numbers they provided. I tried via Whatsapp, via telephone, and then via booking.com. It was not a good situation, having just arrived from an international flight, being stranded outside an apartment in an unfamiliar location, with luggage and a phone that was going flat, and not knowing if I'd get into the accommodation that I had booked. After a very tense period of searching for alternative accommodation (30 minutes after sending a message to first number) there was eventually a reply. I was provided a different door code which worked on the first attempt. Everything was smooth sailing after that.
