• Martina.airoldi (6/5): Good only if you stay few days - Ho scelto quest'appartamento all'ultimo minuto causa disguido (doppio booking) con un altro appartamento. Nonostante abbia fatto la prenotazione con arrivo in un'ora, l'host è stato reattivo e pronto ad aiutarmi a trovare una soluzione per me. La stanza era delle dimensioni giuste e in una posizione perfetta, molte attrazioni erano facilmente raggiungibili a piedi e ben due fermate della metro a 5/10 min di distanza. Purtroppo la selezione è stata fatta in modo veloce da parte mia e non ho controllato i dettagli al meglio. Il bagno non è nella stanza, ma è in comune un piano più in alto. Per quanto sul sito dicano free toileteries ho dovuto prendermi le cose per il bagno inclusa la carta igenica da me visto che non erano nella stanza (qualcuno è passato a chiedermi il giorno dopo il mio arrivo ma avevo già comprato tutto, avrebbe senso lasciare le cose subito a disposizione). Le foto del listing non corrispondono alla camera, per cui sono stata sorpresa di non avere il microonde che si vedeva chiaramente dalle foto. Ci sono due stanze sul secondo piano ma quando mi è stata comunicata la stanza non mi è stato detto quale camera era la mia, stessa cosa successa a due signore arrrivate qualche giorno dopo che hanno provato ad aprire la mia stanza spaventandomi. Benchè inserita nella descrizione non c'era una teiera elettrica. La doccia è walking in ma eccetto per un gancio, non c'è spazio dove mettere i vestiti per cambiarsi, si possono appendere solo le salviette e il resto va messo sul pavimento. Il phon c'era ma era americano e non aveva l'adattatore necessario per l'uso, sembrava più dimenticato da qualcuno che messo con attenzione.

• Sezer (1/5): the widow was rattling as it is a wooden window. disgustingly small toilet and shower area and dirty carpets in the stai - nothing at all. toilet is very small. the ceiling is very low which hasn’t been mentioned on the description very dirty floors bedding was smelly. there was a broken chair on top of the wardrobe

• Roxy (2/5): Very poor - Nothing I liked about except it was close to my conference centre It was not clean at all, the description of facilities was not clear at all and I thought it has private bathroom however it was shared and there was no soap in the toilet even , the toilet role even was not enough for 2 days staying over. The stairs were derty. The smell of the building was horrible. I had to book another room for my first night, but unfortunately, I could find room for my 2nd night staying, so I had to stay in. I should take pictures, but I was too traumatised to think of it.

• Ben (1/5): Horrid, couldn’t pay me to come back - The location is the only good part about this site The shower head fell off in the shower, there was also yellow/ orange stains in the shower tray. Upstairs reeked of smoke, full time tenants smoking in rooms. Quite frankly there is nothing cosy about this location. The room is very noisy as the window doesn’t shut properly and single glazed, your head gets ticketed by the curtains Whilst in bed.
• Daniela (7/5): Perfect place for a weekend trip to London - It is a perfect accommodation for a view days for a single trip. 2 people would be squeezed in it but also fine, because how much time you spend in the end in the accomodation. The location is great within 15 min you can reach out to 3 underground stations. Of course toilets and shower is shared and seperated from the room but this everyone knows during booking. You need to walk in your towel to the shower room, because there is not much space to change the clothes.

• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, easily accessible, very clean and comfortable bed. For affordable accommodation I would highly recommend. No mirror in the room or cups, plates etc so although there's a kettle if you wish to make tea bring your own cup.

• Dmitrij (8/5): It was great - Perfectly situated in centre of London. Many museums and parks nearby. Accomodation itself is modest, but satisfactoy. Neighbourhood is noisy, so take earplugs to sleep soundly when staying here.
• Helen (10/5): Exceptional - The room was big and clean and the mattress was extremely comfortable. The staff were lovely. Located just around the corner from a tube station.

• Richard (5/5): Ok but take ear plugs - Phone number is not recognized, the window is single pane and very noisy from outside, no kettle in room although there is coffee. Don't know where the kitchen was/is. Apart from that it's an ok place to get your head down for a few hours if you have earplugs. Communication is quite poor. I arrived at said time between 7 and 8pm, tried phoning but number not recognized, sent email but got a response about an hour later. No kettle in room although coffee is there, nobody showed me where kitchen is although apparently there is one. Very noisy from cars and people outside.
• Redmond (8/5): Great value for money in a fabulous location - Fabulous location, very central - I used to work in the Fitzrovia area and I love it there. Just round the corner from Goodge Street tube station, and a 10 minute walk to either Warren Street or Tottenham Court Road stations. The landlord was helpful too and offered me another heater as the main heating was not on. There was a welcome plate of biscuits and chocolate which was a nice touch! Keyless entry was very helpful too. There was a strong tobacco smell through the common staircase. There was no water available other than from the bathroom tap and I did not know where to boil water for coffee/tea. I would have appreciated a thicker duvet as well due to the cold and the draught through the single glazed window. I knew it was shared bathroom as well, but there is only one of each available.
• Declan (6/5): Reasonable. As I expected. - I booked the room purely as a base for one night. I was in there for about 7 hours. I was asleep for almost all of that time. Signs informing where the bathroom is.
