Once you get in the apartment first time is easy. Late check in policy (4pm) makes the experience tiring especially for family. Owner should at least provide 2pm check in which is not early at all.

• Lilija (10/5): - Great location—it’s very convenient to walk to both the city center and the main train station. The apartment is cozy, very warm, and tidy. It could be salt and pepper, and a few spices. When you come for a day or two and want to cook, you don’t want to buy a whole package of spices just for two days ;)

• Aneta (8/5): Bezpieczne miejsce - Jest to mieszkanie w apartamentowcu. Przestronne. Czyste. Ogólnie ok. Czysta pościel. Ręczniki. Netflix . Prosta droga pod katedrę. Spacerem 20 minut. Blisko kawiarnie i restauracje. Czuliśmy się w tym mieszkaniu bardzo bezpiecznie. Sofa w salonie jest niewygodna. Jest popsuta deska. Nie działa światło w korytarzu i salonie. Nie działało nam wi-fi. Słychać było ruch uliczny i sąsiadów. A Mediolan nigdy nie śpi więc ciężko było się wyspać. Nie ma swojego parkingu i trzeba korzystać z miejsc publicznych, a ciężko nam było znaleźć wolne. Dopiero ostatniego dnia udało nam się zaparkować przed budynkiem. Korzystaliśmy z płatnego parkingu nieopodal.

• Ana (10/5): Savrsen stan za obilazak Milana. - Savrsena lokacija za obilazak Milana. Metro je blizu tako da se lako stize do svih lolacija. Terasa je predivna za uzivanje nakon celodnevne setnje po Milanu. Stan je odlicno uredjen i sadrzi sve sto je neophodno da se osecas kao kod kuce. Cistoca je besprekorna.

• ÖZLEM (9/5): - Ailenizle rahatlıkla konaklayabileceğiniz bir daire. Merkezi konumda ve dairede kendinizi evinizde gibi rahat hissedeceğiniz her türlü olanak mevcut. Daire, tesisin resimlerinde gösterildiği gibi, balkonu geniş. Biz 4 kişi olarak konakladığımız bu yerde çok rahat ve keyifli bir zaman geçirdik.

• Amri (10/5): - Excellent séjour à Milan ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette résidence. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas du centre de Milan, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied ou en transports. Le logement était propre, confortable et conforme à la description, avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. La communication avec l’hôte a été fluide et réactive, ce qui a rendu l’arrivée et le départ très simples. Un vrai plus pour profiter pleinement de la ville sans stress. Je recommande sans hésiter cette adresse et je n’hésiterais pas à y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour à Milan !

• zeynep (10/5): Milanoda konumu mükemmel tertemiz bir daire - Tesis çok temizdi. İlk girdiğimizde güzel kokusuyla kendimizi çok iyi hissettik. Giriş çıkışta hiç sorun yaşamadık.Dijital anahtar çok iyi çalıştı. Tesis çalışanlarının ilgisi ve yaklaşımı çok misafirperverdi. Balkonun manzarasına bayıldık. Televizyonda netflix ve YouTube vardı. Tesisin çok yakınında market vardı. M2 metro hattına çok yakındı. Biz yürümeyi sevdiğimiz için çoğu yere yürüyerek gittik. Şehir merkezine 20-30 dk yürüyerek ulaşabildik. Mutfakta pişirmek ve servis için yeterince tabak,tava vs mevcuttu. Milanoya gidecek herkese tavsiye edeceğim muhteşem bir tesisti. Beğenmediğim bir şey yoktu.

• Rebecca (10/5): Cute apartment in a great location! - The apartment was really cute, spacious, in a great location, and I loved the balcony. It had a nice view. The bed was really firm, and the shower was awkward to use. And the shower leaked onto the floor when in use. It was like an afterthought for what used to only be a bathtub.

• Pauline (5/5): It’s an apartments in a high rise building. 1)There is no person in the lobby to leave your luggages. You will need to w - Location is okay. You will need to take the train or bus to the city center. If you’re a family, you will need to wait for a couple of hours for the hot water. It runs out after one takes a shower. No good.

• Eirini (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely loved my stay here! The accommodation was spotless and exactly as described. The location couldn’t have been better — just steps from the Moscova metro station, which made getting around Milan super easy. So many amazing sights, shops, and lively neighborhoods were also within walking distance. Plus, having a supermarket and tons of great places to eat and grab a drink right nearby was a huge bonus. It truly felt like the perfect spot to experience the best of Milan. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it!

• Ben (6/5): Great apartment and location but no good if you want to cook at home - The location was great. The apartment was clean and the rooms were nicely decorated. It had everything we needed apart from the kitchen. The baby highchair was brought to us the next morning. The key code had to be accessed via an app which wasn’t working, so we had to get it on the chat. The kitchen light wasn’t working so we couldn’t cook. Rang the company and they said they’d send someone out but no one came. We managed with a floor lamp from another room. The kitchen facilities were terrible. The oven old but useable but no oven gloves or even a tea towel to access hot trays. The fan didn’t work. The dishwasher is super old and stinking so didn’t use. There were no sharp knives for cutting / preparing. No scissors. No tea towels. Very little cooking equipment and utensils. Very difficult to cook. Nothing at all provided by way of basics like olive oil, salt, pepper, tea. Things that are usually found in apartments. And the baby highchair was listed as provided (didn’t say must request) but wasn’t there. They did bring that the next morning. Finally, they want you to use an app to find out information but it just wouldn’t work. Feels like the company is trying to elevate its brand but without getting all the basics right.
• David (4/5): Disappointing - Numerous lights were not working. Light bulbs burnt out? Front door lock did not work on numerous occasions. We were locked in house and couldn’t leave. After multiple attempts and considerable time we got it to work. We reported issue and was sent a video explaining how to open the door with key. We were not doing anything different and we had same issue next day as we checked out. This is a major safety issue that needs to be resolved! Sometimes the key works correctly and sometimes it did not. It should work every time.
• Nigel (10/5): Perfect, would stay there again next time i'm in Milan. - Location was great, close to shops, restaurants and Moscova Metro station. The apartment was really spacious and super clean and came with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was great!
• Alla (10/5): Lovely stylish apartment - 10/10 The apartment is in a great area in the city center. It is located in a very nice building. Large, spacious and very aesthetic. Two large rooms, a small but well-equipped kitchen. Nice and comfortable bed, big pillows, enough towels and personal care products. The large balcony made an incredible impression, we spent a lot of time sitting there, talking and listening to the city.  It was also important that there was an iron in the apartment, which is rare.  Convenient check-in system - through a special mobile application and digital keys.  The super friendly staff was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly. The choice of this apartment gave me a feeling of absolute comfort and coziness, and I will definitely return here the next time, when I plan my next trip to Milan.
• Hitesh (8/5): Comfortable stay. - Clean apartment. Good for 3 people. Nicely decorated and very close to metro and restaurants. My passports got locked in safe. They took a long time to send me the code. They should have a booklet of use of locker and other key features in the area. Check in codes didn’t arrive till check in time. No clarity on what to expect at reception as it stated free coffee and storage on us but this was not the case.
