- Ijeoma (8/5): Loved it - Location superb, comfort đź’Ż, most importantly the host was very intentional about his guest. That is something you hardly see. I think they need to clarify that this is an Airbnb apartment located within a hotel building. The hotel itself is not responsible for the management or services of this space. Before booking not after
- Willgis (6/5): 10/10 - The interior was cozy Too small
- Andy (3/5): Very disappointing in terms of cleanliness. - Great location very close to Sandton CBD. Restaurant, pool and gym on site. The apartment I stayed in had an awful smell in it. I did alert the owner to the issue. The pillows smelt of perfume and the headboard was dirty. I don’t think this apartment has been aired or cleaned properly.

- Kapinga (10/5): C’était juste magnifique un hôte très sympathique, hâte d’y revenir prochainement - C était top Rien
- Ndyle (10/5): It was worth every second of my experience - Colour scheme and funiture placement it wasnt too busy since im abit claustrophobic i loved bathroom and bedroom size even the cutlery seemed articulated just for me The couch was damaged so could only use the sleeper side
- OLALEKAN DAVID (8/5): -
- Ontlametse (7/5): Good -
- Mutasa (6/5): It was okay, nothing spectacular. - It’s spacious. Three things
1. There isn’t anyone to do housekeeping daily. I was told by the owner that I have to make an arrangement with some lady, (whom he gave me her number). The owner said it had to be out of my pocket which really was strange to me. I was supposed to be paying this person ZAR 350 ($20) per day that meant house keeping for 4days meant parting with something like $80……it really was ridiculous to me. On my different stays with other property owners, they are responsible for housekeeping and they organize with whoever it is. I really think they should improve on that or increase the booking fee to incorporate the housekeeping fee if they feel like we’re paying less.
2. WiFi wasn’t working on the TV. I had a 5 day stay and couldn’t watch anything on the TV as there was no connection. I reported this to the property owner and he sent me credentials for Capitol connect yet the only appearing WiFi wasn’t Capital connect. I told him this and he just ignored. I feel like he could have followed up or sent the tech guys to diagnose the problem but non of that happened.
Lastly, I think they can improve on things like scent in the room. There is no diffuser just air freshener in the bathroom and some candles in the lounge which don’t have a lighter.
The apartment really has potential but must improve on the above mentioned and communication.
- Meg (9/5): Lovely! - I had everything I needed. It was comfortable, clean, and the view was incredible. The shower was amazing! I'd stay there again! There were no sugar/coffee basics for the morning.
- Anuj (10/5): Exceptional -
- Monique (9/5): Superb -
- Justin (7/5): Good - The apartment is great and owner was friendly Keys took me 1.5 hours to het from the owner.
- Joni (7/5): A great potential in a great location - I liked the excellent location, the excellent hotel staff and general hotel facilities like the good WiFi, restaurant, poolside and security. I don't want to knock the owner, yet I don't feel I could praise him at the moment...he responded well and helped me check in smoothly, though my complaint later about the dstv app not working on the big TV was not attended to. But I should advice that for someone who travels almost weekly this apartment doesn't do justice to the beautiful hotel it's in. While it was spacious enough and had more than lots of cutlery and crockery etc, a good apartment should be thoroughly deep cleansed before and after every guest, including the bathrooms, chairs and couches, cupboard doors, interiors and drawers etc. It is extremely traumatizing for a germophobe to be touching surfaces and drawer interiors that seem not close to sparkling clean, and it appeared as if someone lives there and just left the place in the morning after giving it a mild wipedown and not a thorough scrub down...that is not good for a shared public space, but the place definitely has potential to be great if given personal care and attention to detail including even simple decor here and there plus small things like diffusers to take care of stale odours etc. If that is improved I believe it could be a gem.
- Zwivhuya (7/5): Good -
- Nomcebo (5/5): Passable - the location is great and the reception staff is friendly. The bathroom was poorly cleaned, and the showerhead was broken, providing an uncomfortable shower. There were also 3 soaps from previous guests in the shower. The lounge airconditioning was not working
- Doreen (9/5): Superb -
- Mahlatse (9/5): Superb -
- Phillipus (9/5): Superb -
- Mugo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Duncan (10/5): Amazing - The owner of the place, was friendly and welcoming. Responded to any queries in minutes. Easy access and safe parking. The apartment was as advertised. N/A
- Kojo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Japhet (1/5): Bad -
- Erzse (10/5): Exceptional - I had a wonderful stay at this well-equipped self-catering apartment. The communication with the landlord was excellent, and the flat itself was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. Highly recommended!
