Please note that early check-in and late check-in after 20:00 are subject to availability and must be requested in advance for an additional charge of EUR 50. Dogan (1/5): Mit abstand mein schlechtester Aufenthalt! - So gut wie alles Die Zimmer‘n waren nicht so wie auf den Fotos Der Ofen war kaputt! Im Bad mussten man gefühlt jede Sekunde raus und rein springen weil es nie durchgehend warmes Wasser gab. Haben Beschwerden bekommen das wir ,angeblich‘ zu laut waren obwohl wir in einem Normalen Lautstärke uns unterhalten haben. Das beste kommt natürlich zum Schluss.. Wir hatten am Ende alles aufgeräumt und den ganzen Müll in Müllsäcke gepackt und rausgebracht nachdem wir das Land verlassen hatten haben wir von den Besitzer Fotos erhalten das dass Müll was wir zuvor gesammelt und in den Müllsäcke getan hatten alles in den Zimmer zurück gebracht worden ist und alles auf dem Boden geschmissen wurde. Nur damit Sie mir meine Kaution nicht bezahlen. 🚨 Betrüger!!!!!!!!

Fabrice (6/5): Bien situé mais des détails à revoir - Emplacement parfait pour Barcelone Appartement assez spacieux mais pas pour 7 personnes comme nous étions lors de ce sejour Propreté à notre arrivée à revoir , des miettes dans le canapé lit Four qui ne marche pas alors que nous avions prévu des repas dans l’appartement ! Pas assez d’équipement pour 7 personnes ( verres assiettes) Fenêtre de la chambres principales et salon t’es mal insonorisées !! Même si la rue est assez calme on entendait tout de se qui se passait dehors

EDZOA (1/5): - Localité vous parlez de bruit sonore dans un logement fermé qui ne dérange personne a part votre relevé sonore dont on ne connais pas le débit..cest juste de l'arnaque qui confirme que vous êtes malhonnête de garder 400e de caution pour du soit disant bruit alors que le logement est rendu extrêmement propre et nous prévient pour la prochaine fois de faire bien attention

Iria (3/5): - Que el apartamento estaba limpio, cómodo, con piscina y buena zona. No teníamos utensilios de cocina ni de limpieza, también había más gente en el edificio que hacía mucho ruido a la noche o a la mañana. Nos tuvieron que cambiar 3 veces de apartamento porque había problemas con la luz y había una fuga de agua en uno de los apartamentos. Tuvimos que andar 30 mins con maletas de un apartamento a otro cuando nos dijeron que se encargaban ellos del transporte.
Beatrice (1/5): Pessimo, da non ripetere - Posizione ed il terrazzo esterno Siamo arrivati alle 15 e l'appartamento era molto sporco e non era utilizzabile (il lavandino era pieno di vomito). Dopo diverse ore sono venuti a pulire e preparare solamente 6 letti, (di cui uno era praticamente un materasso poggiato a terra) ed il settimo letto con divano letto non aveva materasso ma bisognava metterci sopra i cuscini dello schienale ma non hanno mai fornito le lenzuola. NONOSTANTE LE NOSTRE INSISTENZE NON HANNO MAI PORTATO TUTTE LE ASCIUGAMANI, CE N'ERANO SOLO PER 6 PERSONE. Hanno abilitato all'apertura delle porte SOLAMENTE un cellulare. Dopo le prime telefonate non hanno più risposto per tutta la vacanza.

Jeg er normalt ikke typen, der brokker mig og skriver dårlige anmeldelser - men jeg har aldrig nogensin - Det eneste der var godt ved overnatningstedet var beliggenheden Først og fremmest blev vi smittet med bedbugs fra sengen i lejligheden. Derefter nægtede personalet at give vores sikkerhedsdepositum på 400€ vi betalte ved ankomst, tilbage. Derudover fik vi stød hver gang vi lavede mad i køkkenet, fordi der ikke er blevet lavet ordentlige sikkerhedsforanstaltninger omkring elektriciteten. Til sidst var der fyldt med skrald oppe på tagterrassen fra de andre gæster, som ikke ryddede op efter dem selv. Da der ikke kom personale og rengjorde, blev vi nødt til at rydde op, så man kunne holde ud til at ligge oppe ved poolen.
emanuele (5/5): - the location was good and the house for 6 people was bigger enough One of the two showers was unusable because the cold-water knob didn’t work, so the water came out scalding hot. The shutters didn’t work properly and let in a lot of light; moreover, they made a lot of noise when it was windy. The pool was so dirty that you couldn’t even see the second step of the ladder, and the water was also very salty. Finally, the €400 deposit was never returned to us. After asking the owners for an explanation, we were completely ignored, and they didn’t even specify the reasons. Be careful.

Sandy (8/5): It was perfect for our family of eight - It was very close to many of the places we wanted to go. Metro very close. The front bathroom had a problem with the door and it wouldn’t close. But informed property manager and they were going to fix it
Arndt (1/5): Not recommenden for business or couples. Guess the right place for stag nights. - Spacious, suitable for 5 I guess. Nice staff at the agency (on the other end of town though...) -From the flat I had to take bus and underground for 45 minutes to pay a deposit of 400€ (which I only got back several weeks after departure) and to pick up the electronic key. -the flat was underground so dont expect a window. -renovation/gentrification performed cheaply -shower didnt work properly -I was refused a proper tax bill although this was promised when I moved in. Did not get one up today so I cant claim the costs from my employer!

Terrible accommodation! - Nulla, ho trovato tutto disastroso The noise level to be maintained to avoid fines is extremely low, a delayed flight and arriving at the apartment at 2:30 am were enough to set off the alarm and make us lose the deposit. Air conditioning not working if you turned it on it started raining from a neon light in the kitchen, very dangerous!. Toilet broken and unusable, not repaired even after reporting to the emergency number. Sofa bed broken and unusable. They contested the way we left the apartment at checkout, even though I personally collected and threw away all the garbage, we left dirty towels and sheets but we paid for the cleaning costs, inconceivable. The cost is not worth the accommodation, the location is excellent but the owner takes advantage of it if he can! Be careful, they are not serious people!

Ian (5/5): Passable - firstly excellent location, 2 min walk from metro , 5 mins from arc de triomf. stayed in -2 studio apartment which is underground and natural light reaches apartment via light well . apartment was clean but tired and could do with a refurb . if your looking for somewhere just to rest your head it's ideal but wouldn't want to spend to much time in the apartment. reference the 400 euro security deposit. ( website states it will be returned 10 to 15 working days after you've left apartment.) I wait till the 10th day then phone a very helpful customer service person at my space barcelona (+34934173266)and received deposit back .

Farley (5/5): Overall the stay was alright would’ve just liked a bit more luxury for the price paid really, the pool increased price s - Pool is nice just didn’t get chance to use it much. Good location. Booked for 8 people and sofa bed accounted for 2 of these sleeping spaces and they weren’t really suitable and were not a comfy sofa bed, not a mattress sofa bed it was the pillows of the sofa that are used for this so just be careful if booking for a bigger party. Shower pressure wasn’t great either but something I’m sure the property can sort.

Apartment is not the same as pictures. - Absolutely Nothing Kitchen appliances is not working: cooker, microwave, toilet push button broken, Place does not look like pictures. Pool terrace was not open to enter, works was going on, was not allowed to use it. Bad communication with facilities management. Never received REFUND from the stay even when we left apartment cleaner than we found. I would definitely recommend to avoid this property and do not stay here. I realized how many people been scammed with Refunds from different countries. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

Been back over 15 days still haven’t received our deposit back and are very bad a emails if we will ever get a deposit back I don’t know we ended up having to stay here after cancelled flight and now to end up with all this extra hassle of extra expenses for a holiday ontop of a £400 deposit not being refunded when we left the place cleaner then we first found it 🤣

Dion (8/5): Extra night in Barcelona - Central location, cold salt water pool on roof. Easy access into building. Friendly and helpful staff as the app would not work for me, had to go to the office which was a distance away. Our apartment was ground floor, so it was noisy when people were coming and going into early hours of the night. Pool had a couple of cigarette butts floating in it.
