Dmitri (10/5): Really good place and well maintained - The location is in a very quiet and cool neighborhood in Prague, away from any tourist traps and close to Andel, countless cafes and restaurants. We came during winter and the built heating was so good we could walk around with minimal clothes including a baby. The communication was easy and the apartment has a washer/dryer machine combo, dishwasher, large bedrooms and everything you need to stay. The elevator is a little sketchy it takes a few seconds to start working, we were little worried in the beginning. It is also very small.

Tanya (7/5): Nice but could be lovely. - The size of the apartment suited us. Comfy sofa. This apartment has the potential to be so much nicer if they paid more attention to its maintenance. It's starting to look worn with empty picture shelves, broken bedside light, screws in walls with no purpose, bad smell in the shower which is poor ventilation. We didn't start off well when we arrived and only one bed was made because the reservation was for two people so they assumed that both will share one bed. To me this is nonsense because otherwise I would have paid for a one bed apartment, not two. Whilst the messages were responsive, to be told, someone will sort it and then the next day, advised to get bed linen from a locked cupboard in the apartment was irritating.
Oxana (8/5): A different flat but a very professional and client oriented host - Actually, I cannot rate the apartment itself, as it was not ready for check-in upon our arrival. However, the management company handled the situation very professionally – they immediately offered us an alternative apartment of the same standard. The replacement was brand new, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. They did everything they could to ensure that this unexpected situation (which occurred due to third-party issues) did not affect our stay in Prague. I highly recommend the host for their customer-oriented and reliable approach.
