• Yaroslav (7/5): Good place to stay for a couple of days in Rome - Good location, next to metro with a hypermarket next to metro and supermarket 2 minutes away. Clean spaces, all kitchen appliances are available, AC is working, good refrigerator, place is really comfortable overall. Theres odd rule about kitchen use from 8-12am which dont make much sense at first, but then i realized that it has to do with noise - the sound isolation is really bad and you can hear absolutely everything thats going on outside of the room, so if anyone flushes the toilet at 4am youre gonna hear it. Another small issue is with one of bathroom showers - the seal in the cabin is not good and the water leaks from there, so after one shower the bathroom is somewhat flooded.

• Marlies (7/5): - Gute Anbindung an Metro. Trotz geteiltem Bad in Summe sehr sauber Leider war es sehr sehr hellhörig. Wir sind mehrfach nachts wach geworden, weil andere Personen abgereist sind.

• Silvia (9/5): - Cerca del metro y en general el espacio todo bien, comunicación con el anfitrión agradable y puntal. El Internet no era bueno, falta bayetas para secar el baño.

Die tägliche Reinigung hat einen super Job gemacht. Der Kontakt per WhatsApp war unkompliziert und schnell. Es gab zwei Bäder. Man muss die Anleitung zum Betreten des Gebäudes sehr genau lesen, sonst wird es zum Exit Game. Die Küche sollte nur vormittags benutzt werden. Manche Gäste taten dies trotzdem in der Nacht und wir wurden mehrmals nachts durch Gespräche im Nachbarzimmer geweckt.

• Tincu-Gorea (6/5): - A fost curat și aproape de linia B metro Am avut o experiență foarte neplăcută la această locație și nu o recomand. 1. Comunicarea – Mesajele primite pe WhatsApp de la gazdă au fost agresive și lipsite de profesionalism. În loc să ofere suport, tonul a fost jignitor și nepotrivit. 2. Lipsă de informații corecte – Pe Booking nu era specificat faptul că bucătăria poate fi folosită doar între orele 9:00 – 12:00 dimineața, iar în restul timpului este nevoie de „autorizație”. Această restricție este neclară și neadecvată pentru un guest house. 3. Probleme la cazare – La sosire, camera indicată de gazdă era deja ocupată și închisă. Am încercat să luăm legătura prin WhatsApp și e-mail, dar nu am primit răspuns imediat(după 3 ore) astfel încât a trebuit să ne cazăm singuri într-o altă cameră deschisă. 4. Atitudine lipsită de respect – Când am primit în sfârșit un răspuns, acesta a fost însoțit de remarci ironice și jignitoare (gazda afirmând că „pierde bani și timp” și că sunt „needucată”). 5. Facilități inexistente – Nu exista nicio modalitate de a face o cafea dimineața, deoarece singura mașină de espresso era defectă. În concluzie, lipsa de transparență, condițiile restrictive și atitudinea neprofesionistă a gazdei au transformat începutul vacanței într-o experiență extrem de neplăcută. Pot furniza și capturi de ecran cu mesajele agresive primite pe WhatsApp, dacă este nevoie.

• Aldo (8/5): - The appartement was very clean and comfortable. The communication with the owner were clear and good. A little bit far from the center but there is a metro station just next to the appartement. The area is not the most beautiful place of Rome but that's ok.

• Katarzyna (9/5): Superb - Lovely apartment. Very comfortable bed. Nice neighborhood. Nice view. Very close to the metro.Clean, everything you need is there, including an iron and a dryer. I highly recommend it!

• Piotr (8/5): Very good - It was a nice place to stay. It's close to the metro station and a big hipermarket, in a rather quiet and green neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped. It's generally clean. Shared bathroom was not a problem. We had some space in our room to place our belongings and move around. The host is responsive and solved most of the reported problems during our 9 days stay. It was also no problem with using the kitchen beyond the scheduled hours. It's hard to not make noise in this apartment. One of the bathroom doors are terribly squeaking, also moving chairs in the kitchen produces loud sound. Walls are generally thin so you can hear that your neighbor is watching the TV or is going to bathroom.

• Ting (1/5): TERRIBLE experience - The pros are self-check-in, early luggage drop-off, proximity to the subway station, and nearby supermarkets. There are 4 rooms sharing 2 bathrooms, so it depends on luck whether the roommates will maintain cleanliness in the common areas. The following are reasons I do not recommend this place: At 3 AM, unidentified individuals repeatedly knocked on the door. I sent messages asking if the owner was the other traveler who checked in that day. The responses were vague, with promises to advise against such behavior. The replies implied these were not fellow guests but unknown individuals attempting to enter, leaving me feeling extremely unsafe. At 6 AM, employees from a laundry company rang the doorbell, disrupting what was already a restless night. Furthermore, the soundproofing is extremely poor; I could clearly hear television noise from upstairs and conversations and movements from different rooms. Overall, this accommodation experience was exceptionally disappointing
• Helene (9/5): Amazing stay would definitely recommend to others - The host was super friendly and we were able to check in a little early. The location is right outside a metro station. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Only a small thing but the bar fridge in the room doesn’t really cool.

• Nour (10/5): Great stay - Everything, from the vicinity to the metro, the place itself, the room with TV and AC, to the great way the host treated me. The plugs in the room don't work with many types of devices, so an extension cord would be needed. The light also was not working properly, but it wasn't a big deal in sunny Rome.

• Audronė (10/5): Great stylish apartment - I really liked whole apartment, it was stylish and bright. Room was spacious, with a lot of storage space, table and TV. The apartment was very clean and tidy, staff were friendly. It is right next to metro stop and big supermarcet, the district is safe and there is greenery around. The walls are rather thin, so you can hear almost everything 😅 also the distance from center is not the best , but metro takes care of it. And there is no extractor fan in the kitchen, so after you cook, you need to open windows to vent.
