Lara (8/5): - A localização é excelente. Vários restaurantes, bares e cafés perto. Cama muito confortável! Check-in e check-out muito práticos. Precisei falar com o anfitrião e não tive problemas. A porta da sala é a mesma que fecha o quarto, prejudicando um pouco a circulação. Como ficamos uma diária só, não nos incomodou. Pode ser um pouco barulhento a noite se você tiver sono leve.

Vanessa (10/5): Excepcional! - Além de muito vem localizado, o apartamento é uma graça e a limpeza impecável. Nota-se que há um cuidado para deixar máquina de café e um despertador que carrega o celular no quarto. Colchão e travesseiro super confortáveis assim como o sofá. Todos os utensílios de cozinha são ótimos e estão em excelente estado de conservação. O único ponto que identifiquei é a falta de um bowl ou prato fundo na cozinha. De resto, nada a comentar. Lugar é excelente!

Não voltarei! Apenas da localização! Único favorecimento!

Emilio (9/5): - The location is great, everything is waking distance. You have 2 supermarkets less than 5 minutes away as well as many restaurants for all budgets. Shopping center is 7-15 minutes by car and 15-20 minutes walking. You feel safe as per my experience. The room is a little bit small, but I believe all the apartments are like that in Itaim Bibi. For a couple (perhaps with small child) is great specially if you do not plan to stay all day in the apartment.

Mauricio (10/5): It was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. - Location for me was perfect, tons of restaurants and shops in the area, as well as gyms. Easy to walk around and friendly neighbourhood. Convenient laundry room located within the building operated by your mobile phone, staff was super friendly as was the host. Only thing that was a bit disappointing was the towels in the bathroom. The laundry company wouldn't deliver enough towels and replacement wasn't always on time, plus the quality of some towels wasn't the best.

Excellent location for me. good gim. good staff. good mattress. not even 1 sharp knife in the kitchen. bedroom door very (very!!) uncomfortable. a bit smaller than the usual flats in the area.
