• Florian (1/5): Stank nach Rauch - verdreckt - kein besonders toller Service - Rein gar nichts Nichts - das Zimmer war total verdreckt. Es stank mach Rauch und es war super sehr schmuddelig. Wahrscheinlich war nach der Reinigung jemand im Raum und hat Party gemacht. Telefonisch war niemand erreichbar. Ich musste mir dann nachts um 23:30 ein anderes Hotel suchen. Das war teurer und ich bleibe auf den höheren Kosten sitzen. Die Erstattung erfolgte zumindest schnell.

• Lisa (10/5): - Alles. Es war so super. Echt tolles Konzept das man in einem Hostel alleine ein Zimmer hat und bad und wc teilt. Es war sauber und der check in total einfach und unkompliziert. Habe dann verlängert und konnte im selben Zimmer bleiben. Super Kommunikation.

• Nathan (1/5): - Leaving. Poor security, did'nt feel safe. They gave my room code to another guest who walked in!!! Big red flag. Very very bad. Thank Goodness I was awake. One shower, two toliets fir entire hotel.
• IVAN (4/5): Un hotel sin personal = caos - Ubicado a 40min del centro andando y a 20min en transporte público, en un barrio tranquilo y con buena oferta gastronómica. Tiene cocina común y puedes dejar el equipaje. No hay personal y el sistema de códigos en las puertas da errores: nos costó mucho conseguir cerrar nuestra puerta y varias veces quedó abierta. El personal tarda en responder y por las noches varias veces gente se quedaba fuera y tenía que aporrear la puerta de la entrada para que alguien le abriese. La limpieza era escasa: nuestra habitación estaba sucia (suelo con restos, cajones sucios...). Estuvimos 4 noches y no entraron a limpiar. Solo hay 1 WC de hombres y otro de mujeres, y solo hay 2 duchas. Mucho ruido al estar en un bajo: gente pasando por el patio molestaban por las mañanas. No hay persianas. NO volveríamos.
• Ana Maria (6/5): - The hostel is about a half-hour walk from the city center, and about a 3–4 minute walk to the station to catch public transport. I liked the cleanliness of the bathrooms, the kitchen, and the hallway. To get from the building’s hallway into the hostel hallway, you need to enter an access code (a second code after the one for the building entrance), and this one was incorrect. I arrived at the hostel around 11:00 PM, when no staff members were available, but luckily I ran into another guest entering the building who gave me the correct code. That’s not acceptable, especially since it didn’t happen only to me. It also happened to other visitors, and hearing someone banging loudly on a door at 10:00 PM (understandably so) is not okay. This happened on multiple days, and as a woman I admit I didn’t feel very safe, since I couldn’t tell whether it was another traveler or someone trying to get into the building. The walls are extremely thin, and you can hear every noise; I could hear my neighbors talking at a completely normal volume. The smell in the room was also an issue. The bed linens were clean and neither the pillows nor the sheets smelled, but there was a constant odor of a stuffy, unventilated room, even though I aired it out for at least 30 minutes every day.

• Nathan (4/5): System glitch gave strangers access to my room - The location is very good. This hotel has serious problems — everything is automated and it clearly doesn’t work. My issues began when another guest was given a code to my room and walked in during the day, waking me up. The system had reassigned my room even though I was still staying in it. A few days later the exact same thing happened to another guest. I was lucky to be in the room at the time, because my money, documents and belongings were all there. It didn’t feel safe and it left me in a terrible mood. The girl who was mistakenly given my room was very upset, she had just got in from Syria, so was tired. Also, on the day of arrival, the codes are sent out at 3pm (not two hours before), and the email finally arrived at 3.34. So, I was sitting outside waiting half an hour after I was supposed to check in. After a phone call to the remote manager, I was promised a partial refund, unsurprisingly, I'm still waiting for it. I don't mind the paper thin walls, or the fact that there were only two toilets for everyone, its the automated locks and codes that are a real issue. Take your passport and money with you whenever you leave the room.

• Pablo Avalos (7/5): Buen precio y calidad para pocas noches - La comunicación fue muy clara y prolija. La ubicación es muy buena conectada por Metro y Train a 100m. Si te manejas caminando podes hacerlo queda a 30/40 min el centro con las principales atracciones. La limpieza y orden , el sistema de acceso es seguro. Te dejan toallas secador y de cortesía agua y algo para comer (maní en mi caso). Alquile habitación individual. Bueno en realidad no es que no me gustó. Pero la habitación para uno tenia una cama mesa de luz y un banco...demasiado pequeña. Los baños (inodoro) había uno solo para todos los quartos a veces se encontraba lleno... pero nada grave. Las duchas son separadas y ese espacio cuenta con bachas .

The location was the best just a hop over from the metro. We were given the wrong access code for the hotel entrance and when we tried calling the property no one picked up our message or responded to my message on whatsapp. We had to wait for other guests to get the access code. It was stressful and annoying and we talked with other guests and they had also faced the same problem. The lights in the hallway were turned off and it was very dark. The curtains were really big and it was difficult to move them

• Michaela (5/5): - Die Lage zur U-Bahn und 3 Gehminuten zur Lugner City Das Zimmer war für eine Nacht ok, was die sanitären Anlagen betrifft : für die Zimmeranzahl es waren 9 und 4 Kojen gab es nur 2 Toiletten und 2 Duschen wobei eine defekt war.
• Elizaveta (9/5): Good hostel with cozy rooms - The rooms are cozy and well-equipped. There’s a fridge, kettle, capsule coffee machine, microwave, dishes in the kitchen. Everything was clean. Would be great to have more toilets. The place is pretty loud- you can hear a lot in the room.

• Steffen (2/5): Eine Enttäuschung, nicht weiterzuempfehlen. - Zentrale Lage, das war aber auch schon alles was mir gefallen hat. Wo soll ich anfangen… es fing schon damit an dass mir der Zugangscode für das Zimmer nicht wie beschrieben per Mail zugestellt wurde. Telefonisch war mehrfach niemand erreichbar, es ging immer nur die Mailbox dran. Nach Nachfragen per Email hab ich den Code dann zugesendet bekommen. Im Zimmer dann die nächste Überraschung, das Mobiliar sehr billig, das Bett fiel fast auseinander und so schlecht habe ich selten geschlafen. Ich spüre jetzt noch die Federn der Federkernmatratze, eine Zumutung. Sauberkeit ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig, auf der Matratze waren noch diverse Haare… in den übrigen Räumen schien auch nicht regelmäßig geputzt zu werden, im Eingangsbereich lag zwei Tage Müll rum der nicht aufgeräumt wurde. Fehlende Reinigung auch in Toilette und Dusche, fehlendes Toilettenpapier sowie Papierhandtücher, selbst nach Reklamation beim Reinigungspersonal. Von zwei Duschen nur eine benutzbar, ohne jegliche Möglichkeit zur Aufbewahrung von Handtuch oder Kleidung. Insgesamt wirkt alles sehr billig, um möglichst viel Geld mit möglichst wenig Aufwand rauszuholen.
• Hannah (8/5): So wie man es sich vorstellt :) - Sehr süß eingerichtet und gestaltet. Unser Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und wir haben gut geschlafen. Nur eine Toilette pro Geschlecht und insgesamt nur zwei Duschen, die nicht geschlechtergetrennt sind. Hätte ich meinen Freund nicht dabei gehabt, hätte ich mich als Frau da schon sehr unwohl gefühlt, auch, wenn man die duschen abschließen konnte. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig, was für hostels aber relativ normal ist, daher kein richtiger Abzug dafür.

When booking the room the page didn't mention anything about ongoing renovation, so I was really suprised when I arrived at the hotel and saw two repairmen there. The hallways were quite dirty due to renovation dirt, the common kitchen was out of use as it was being renovated and the wash room was half done and dirty. There were no lights, no shower curtains and no place to hang our towel/clothes in the shower rooms. Due these I was uncertain if we were allowed to use the showers even. I was at the hotel for two nights and in both mornings the repairmen came to work at 7am. This wasn't informed either. The room's walls/door are thin and you could hear clearly people walking at the hallways and entering their room's codes into the locks.

• Robyn (8/5): Enjoyed. Tram out the front though I walked everywhere, a BILLA down the road for groceries. It was enjoyable. - I initially had booked into the older Urban Key as my son had stayed there. A couple of days prior to arriving I received a message that they were renovating and couldn’t accommodate but that they had just opened a new hostel on Löwengasse. Being new it was very clean, very modern. Assuming they are still putting things in place there as there was only a microwave and a kettle but if it gets set up it’ll be a great place for travellers. Was a bit noisy from the street as it’s on street level. Needs a door on the women’s toilets when first entering. Other than that there was t anything to not like.

• Daniel (7/5): sehr KALT - Das Zimmer komplett neu eingerichtet, und sehr schön, aber als Heizung war eine alte Klimaanlage eingebaut, der hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Das Zimmer war wahrscheinlich nicht vermietet einige Tage lang, Heizung war nicht eingeschaltet, als ich angekommen bin war 16 grad Celsius im Zimmer.

Bien situé mais vous pouvez vous retrouver dans le logement rue Lowengasse (quartier proche du centre-ville) et pas dans le quartier Neubeu. Cuisine réduite au strict minimum avec micro-onde et bouilloire.

Nem kaptam kódot a külső bejárati ajtókhoz, csak a szobaajtóhoz, és telefonon sem lehetett elérni senkit, így a szállásra való bejutásom a szerencsének utána pedig egy segítőkész karbantartónak volt köszönhető.

• Firuza (4/5): We had BAD EXPERIENCE in this hostel - The rooms and restrooms were clean and comfortable. The location was about 15–20 minutes by tram from the city center. The staff were helpful. 1)We stayed in Room 9, and the main light didn’t work. There were only two lamps that provided limited lighting. We contacted the staff about this issue, and they said it was a problem with the building. Fortunately, after reaching out to Booking.com customer service, we were given a partial refund. 2) Their heating system is awful. In the morning, it works well, but in the evening, it starts blowing cold air after a while. We contacted the staff about this issue, and they changed our room on the second day, but the problem was the same. I think their heating system has serious issues. It was cold inside the room

• Steffen (1/5): Grottenschlecht - Also der Fenstervorgang war nass und dementsprechend feucht war es im Zimmer. Heizung ließ sich nicht einstellen und wenn man überall genauer Hingesehen hat sah es nicht gut aus. Okay es ist ein Hostel aber dann wären 40,- als Preis gerechtfertigt. Ich kann dieses Hostel auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

• Matthias (4/5): - Der Moment meiner Abreise. In einem Bürokomplex. Self Check-in. Kein Personal vor Ort. Die Zimmer durch einfache Gipskartonplatten voneinander getrennt. Sie hören ALLES von nebenan. Jeden Furz. Ich durfte mehrfach bei einem homosexuellen Bülowjob im Nebenzimmer 'dabeisein'. Platz für ca 15 Personen. Eine! Toilette für Damen, eine! für Herren. Das Putzteam kommt irgendwann mittags, dann ist es sauber. Jedoch dauert es keine halbe Stunde bis der erste daneben pinkelt oder nach dem K..... nicht spült.

• Celina (10/5): Nagyon elégedett vagyok, máskor is de fogok foglalni, ha Bécsbe utazom. - Könnyű ki- és bejelentkezés. Tetszett, hogy az egész online kapcsolattartással történt, így egyszerű volt és nem kellett az idegnyelvvel bajlódni szóban. A szállás maga szép tiszta volt, kényelmes és jól felszerelt. Vékonyak a falak így könnyen zavarhatják egymást a lakók zajongással.

Були постійно на зв'язку, чітко прописали заселення, роз'яснили як самостійно заїхати і розміститися. Можливе прибуття в будь-який час, навіть опівночі. Всі двері на кодових замках. Постіль була чиста і зручна. На кухні все необхідне. Холодильник є і полиця кожної кімнати підписана. Я залишилася дуже задоволена. -

• Sateesh Kumar ARRURU (7/5): It's good option for ONE or TWO days Stay ! - The room is okay ! It's clean and tiny as shown in the pictures. The services are as good as mentioned in the list. The entire place was nicely build and maintained for the guests. The good thing is, we have a common kitchen to cook the preferred/choice food and the fecilities are okay. Bathroom water is jamming a lot. I know that it's common WC for all the guests so obviously, will face some problems but those are not critical to resolve.

• Oskari (8/5): - - Private rooms - Bathrooms and showers were clean, 0 problems - there's a kitchen you can use, including a fridge and a microwave - the location was pretty great. Very close to Vienna stadthalle, close to some major public transportation lines - the price is a bit much for a hostel and what you get, but nothing too expensive - you can hear pretty much anything coming from the other rooms and the hallway. It didn't bother me much, but I ended up wanting to wear my headphones 24/7 - the door was a bit hard to unlock at first

• Jeremy (6/5): wasn't impressed, even knowing it was a hostel. - Location is great. Metro station a few steps away, and a short (about 1 km) walk to the museum quarter calling the walls "paper thin" doesn't do it justice. we were kept awake all night by our neighbors talking, and they actually weren't even loud. we asked for slightly late check-out as a result and it was like pulling teeth. when check-out is at 10 and you request an extra 2 hours, it should not be that difficult even if they are fully booked - given check-in is only after 3. but the woman on the phone was so put out about it. finally... it is a lie to say you have a kitchen when it is nothing but a kettle and a microwave. that does NOT count. having a kitchen means you can cook, which I had fully intended to do.
