Melanie (9/5): - Hübsches und liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement in zentraler, aber ruhiger Lage von Oberderdingen mit eigenem Parkplatz. Gute Ausstattung und gemütliches Ambiente. Sehr freundlicher Eigentümer, der Kontakt über WhatsApp war unkompliziert und Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Wir würden im Bedarfsfall definitiv nochmal buchen!
Mariusz (10/5): - Bardzo polecam ten apartament. Kontakt z właścicielem był szybki i bezproblemowy. Mieszkanie jest przestronne, zadbane i bardzo czyste. Robiliśmy już kilka rezerwacji i za każdym razem wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie. Pobyt przebiegł bardzo komfortowo i bez żadnych problemów. Na pewno jeszcze tu wrócimy.
Bianca (1/5): - 1/10 – Absolut enttäuschende Erfahrung Leider war unser Aufenthalt eine komplette Katastrophe. Am selben Tag nach dem Check-in wurde unsere Buchung plötzlich storniert. Es wirkt so, als wäre dies absichtlich passiert, um die Provision über Booking zu umgehen und mehr Geld zu verlangen. Am nächsten Tag wurden wir ohne berechtigten Grund aus der Wohnung geworfen. Uns wurde vorgeworfen, gegen Hausregeln verstoßen zu haben – was absolut nicht stimmt. Wir haben uns korrekt verhalten und alle Regeln eingehalten. Der Vermieter war sehr arrogant und unprofessionell. Wir standen kurzfristig ohne Unterkunft da, was enormen Stress und zusätzliche Kosten verursacht hat. Ich kann diese Unterkunft leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen.
Isabelle (9/5): Lovely flat, great location - This was an excellent flat - really spacious, comfortable, clean, well-equipped. Excellent location, and great to have a parking space. The owners came to check everything was ok and explain the recycling system, which was much-appreciated. The instructions for accessing the property were really good. Would absolutely recommend staying here 😊 Only one thing bothered us. We originally booked for 3 people for a week and thought the price was truly excellent at €875. Then when my mother decided to come with us we added her onto the booking and this cost another €620. This was such a huge increase (considering that we were already using both bedrooms with three people) that we actually thought there had been a mistake and contacted booking.com. It was not a mistake. This is our only criticism of the property. We could not work out how one additional adult justified a 70% increase in the cost. Apart from this, we very much recommend the property.
