SorayaV (9/5): - the location is great. The room is very spacious, clean and cozy. And the host is super helpful. Definitely will come back again. Just the bed that is a little too soft for me who personally prefer a hard one. but for those who like soft mattress its perfect.

The apartment is very central — easy to get anywhere with several tram lines right at your doorstep — but still quiet. It’s very spacious, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The building is secure, and the owners were very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Was well appointed with comfortable furniture. The location was amazing with great access to trams (straight out the door) and walking distance to restaurants, major attractions and convenience stores. Will definitely stay here again for our next Melbourne footy weekend. Great value for money! The upside of being so close to the trams was also the downside. If you're a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs if you stay in the front bedroom. The trams run most of the night and like to frequently use their bells!

Loads of restaurants and cafes around us, all within walking distance. The hosts were very welcoming and communicative. If we ever return to Melbourne, we would definitely stay here again.

Cavanagh (10/5): 100% would stay again, fabulous. - The size, layout, location, apartment temperature, apartment natural lighting, quality of beds/linen/pillows/lounge/cushions was all perfect. We had a 42 degree day whilst there and we honestly could not feel it in the apartment at all. All three of us had an excellent sleep for all 5 nights. Access to everything we needed within a few mins walk. Age range of guests: 15 years, 45 years, 75 years - and we all loved the apartment and the location. Nothing to add here. We were very happy.

Highly recommend for up to four people. - Fantastic location near flinders st station and the river - loads of cafes and restaurants and shops nearby. Tram stop on the street below and Woolies and Coles nearby. The apartment is very spacious and quiet and the beds are super comfortable. Great value for money. A very comfortable stay. The beds were super comfy but a top sheet was missing, meaning you had no cover or were hot, even in the ducted air con. Apartment was mostly clean but could do with a little more attention to the little details - skirting boards and light switches were grubby. A few minor maintenance issues reported to the owner which were responded to quickly.

Jill (9/5): Very enjoyable stay in a great location and attentive hosts. - Large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with plenty of room. There is a large smart tv. The beds were comfortable and the sofas were very comfortable as well. There is a bath if needed in the ensuite bathroom. We did not eat in or cook at all but there was everything you need if wanted. Toilet paper and toiletries are well supplied and no need to bring your own. Peter gave very detailed instructions on everything including picking up keys, rubbish disposal and info about air conditioning. He got back quickly with any queries. Location was awesome. The apartment is in Collins Street near Elizabeth Street so right in the CBD which is great for location. Being from South Australia we do not have trams rumbling down the streets like in Melbourne. This apartment faces Collins Street and there is a tram stop right outside the front entrance. You can hear them rumbling and ringing the bell a lot but you do get used to it. It does stop for a few hours after midnight but starts quite early in the morning. This is not a complaint against the stay or the apartment but something one needs to be aware of when staying.

Yvette (10/5): Fabulous location, great layout and value for money - We loved the layout and that we had 2 bathrooms. The full kitchen was fantastic as we both prefer to get breakfast and snacks for the day. It was conveniently located in front of a tram stop and close to everything (or a short tram ride) we needed to get to. There was no tea towel in the kitchen to dry the dishes, we didn’t use the dish washer as we wouldn’t have filled it everyday.

Our information generated from booking , com told us someone would meet us at the property which was not correct The owner made us feel like idiots cause we did not have the link to access the info.
Jodie (8/5): The Mark on Collins had everything we needed for a great week in Melbourne. - The location on Collins Street was great with a tram stop directly outside the door. Close to shopping, Flinders Street Station, a nice walk to MCG and Rod Laver Arena. The property presented very clean and had everything we needed. Communication was prompt and helpful with very descriptive details for key access etc. No major criticisms. Water pressure in second bathroom was low.

The only downside was the water pressure in the main bedroom was pretty weak, however was still able to have a nice hot shower.

Ka (9/5): Excellent location, cleanliness, and comfort make it well worth a high rating and a second stay. - I'm not trying to lie, but this apartment is really worth a high mark. The apartment was very nice and clean. The living and dining areas were more than sufficient for a family of three. We had a very good time chilling and relaxing after sightseeing during the day. Also, the location was excellent. Although we were living in the heart of the city, it was surprisingly quiet at night. Combined with the comfortable beds, we were all able to sleep well and recharge our energy for the next day. Despite the apartment being worth a high mark, a few tiny steps could lead to a perfect score. 1) More than half of the light bulbs in the living area were not working, which made the place a bit darker than usual. 2) The bathtub stopper didn't seem to match the bathtub; you need some skill to store water. A small suggestion: Instant coffee is great, but a capsule coffee machine would match the atmosphere of this place better.

Paula (8/5): Fantastic location, very large and comfortable apartment, close to all amenities - Loved the location, the tram was outside the entrance, so close to Flinders Street Station too. Supplied with ample amounts of washing machine pods and dishwasher pods, also shampoo and body wash. The only fresh air was via a balcony door which didn't have a fly screen so needed to keep air con on for air flow.

Tracey (10/5): We were very comfortable! Everything we wanted was there and the beds were super comfy! - Earlier bag drop off required. We arrived at apartment at 8.30am. We had to walk around the city for 2 hrs, then went back to apartment that someone would be able to let us drop off luggage. After waiting for approximately 20 mins outside apartment a guy showed up on a pushbike asking if I was Tracey..we then did baggage drop. A lot of messing around and wasted time.
