• Sabine (10/5): Es war ein richtig schöner entspannter Urlaub - Sehr ruhige Lage . Strand vor der Tür. Das Apartment war toll,hatte alles was man braucht.Genügend Platz ,wie auf den Bildern. Fussläufig in nächster Nähe Supermarkt,Restaurants,Promenade vor der Tür. Vermieterin sehr nett ,Whatsapp Kommunikation,hat alles geklappt. Leider im Ort grosse Baustelle der Strasse. Aber muss halt auch mal sein

• Herceg (10/5): ˇUžasné místo! - Úžasné místo s výhledem na moře. Majitelka ochotná s pomocí pro zajištění taxi transferu z a na letiště. Místo přímo u moře s dostupnými obchody a restauracemi. Moc jsme si to užili a uvažujeme o další návštěvě zde.

Власниця апартаментів дуже уважна, квартиру нам підготувала, таксі з аеропорту з дитячими кріслами організувала, приємні сюрпризи також чекали на нас у помешканні☺️ Помешкання досить просторе, акуратне і чисте. Все що потрібно, для комфортного проживання у ньому було, за що велике дякую Джуліі. Вигляд з вікна просто фантастичний❤️❤️❤️
• Sotiris (10/5): Lovely place to stay with amazing view! - Very nice apartment at a perfect location. Truly on the beachfront with panoramic sea views from all rooms. It is equipped with everything you need for preparing a meal and even for baking a cake. Balconies are equipped with sun loungers to accommodate for sun bathing in private. Everything is within walking distance and you don’t need a car in order to go to the mini market or out to dinner. The host is very responsive and proactive providing everything you may need including 10 litres of drinking water, tea, coffee tablets for the Nespresso maker, sugar and other sweeteners. Complimentary wine!
• Femke (9/5): Spacious, family-friendly apartment with stunning sea views and a welcoming, helpful host. - We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment in Cyprus. The host was extremely friendly and helpful — not only did she respond quickly to any questions, but she also offered great suggestions that perfectly suited our family. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with good shutters that kept the rooms nice and dark in the mornings. Our kids were thrilled to find little surprises waiting for them — welcome chocolates and cuddly toys in their room — and they especially enjoyed using the games available. The large water dispenser was a thoughtful touch and really convenient. The balcony was a real highlight, offering a beautiful view of the sea — perfect for relaxing at any time of day. Shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance, which made everything so convenient. The shared swimming pool was another plus. Even though it’s shared with other apartments, we had it to ourselves during our stay. There were no sunbeds, which would have been nice, but we understand that might be difficult to arrange for a shared space. Overall, Julie's Beach House was a wonderful place for a family holiday, and we really appreciated the warm welcome and thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommended! If we had to mention one small improvement, it would be the living room lighting — it could be a bit warmer or cozier to make evenings inside more inviting.
• Erene (9/5): Excellent and generous host, a well served apartment. Fitted our needs perfectly and would return. - Julie was an excellent host, sending clear information well in advance, we arrived late evening to find, tea, coffee, water and wine. An unexpected and welcome treat. Although we didn’t need to use the kitchen equipment, it had everything you would need, including a water cooler which we did use. Shower was good. Generous balcony and chairs enough for everybody although a 2nd lounger would be nice. Julie was attentive and we felt that if we had encountered any problems Julie would have dealt with them efficiently. Walking through one bedroom to get to the bathroom came as a surprise but both bedrooms had access to the balcony so we could walk around.
• Krzysztof (9/5): Superb - Apartment is not latest but spacious, fully equipped, well groomed and clean. Around 100m away of beach with direct view of sea. Whole area fenced with swimming pool and tennis court between building and beach. Very helpful and involved host. We felt welcome and comfortable.
• John (8/5): Relaxing in the Sunshine. - The balcony is spacious, with chairs and loungers to enjoy the wonderful view from. The flat is well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Easy to get to the beach and restaurants or supermarkets. The only negative is having to go through one bedroom to get to the other bedroom. To avoid disturbing anyone sleeping in the first bedroom, you have to raise the external blinds, go out through the french doors, along the balcony and back in to the lounge (or vice-versa).

• Helen (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was everything we could have asked for & more. The view was fantastic and as on the 2nd floor, there was a lovely breeze as well as shade so we could enjoy the view all day. The pool was great & also as you were just a few minutes walk from the local beach, we had the best of both worlds. The secure key box also means no need to worry about the door key when going out swimming. Julie was great and provided all the information we needed as well as making sure we were ok during the stay. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing we did not like. A personal preference would have been a balcony dining table rather than the coffee table for eating but this is just very minor point especially as other people may prefer the coffee table.
• Nada (10/5): Fantastic, accommodating host. Great location and excellent apartment - The location of the apartment was so close to the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, easy to get to Larnaca, Ayia Napa and Limassol.
• Anthony (8/5): A great stay, well supported by the host. - The location was fantastic, the apartment very clean and spacious The pool was closed but was advertised as being available. The TV was very old and you can only connect though an old style HDMI cable.
• Leona (9/5): Very nice clean well-equipped place, everything one needs is nearby. - There was a nice big terrace with a sea view, the kitchen was well-equipped, and even coffee and a bottle of wine were there. A good location is also one of the advantages of the place - restaurants, shops, beach all is nearby. There was enough parking place. Simply we were happy there and we would come back. Thank you.
• John (10/5): Excellent choice! - Very nice apartment, located on a great spot overlooking the sea at a very close distance. The view from all the rooms was magnificent. Both bedrooms and the living room were ovelooking the sea. Very well equipped apartment, it even had clothes detergent and all other necessary cleaning products. 10 litres of drinking water was provided and there was no need for us to carry water bottles from the market. Everything is close by and you won't need a car. Excellent choice, will definitely revisit soon.
• Nora (10/5): Perfect place for your stay - This is a wonderful apartment, perfect for a family with 2 kids. The terrace is huge and amazing. All the best restaurants and cafes are a short walk away from the apartment. Julie is a wonderful host, always helpful. 10/10 on every aspect. We will be back! Thank you Julie!

• Tom (10/5): The perfect place to stay! - Julie's place is amazing! The access to the beach is really easy, it takes maybe 2-3 minutes on foot to be in the water. The apartment looks exactly like the photos and we were very grateful to Julie for accomodating our baby, she provided a grib and her kitchen is very complete with plastic plates and enough things to cook everyday. The apartment was extremely clean and all instructions were easy to follow. Our baby monitor reached all the way to beach so our baby could sleep in the AC peacefully while we could enjoy the sea and heat. Julie has made sure her apartment feels very homey with many details that make you feel welcome, like drinking water, coffee/tea and basics for cooking. The location is great, there are shops and restaurants in a walking distance which makes it easy to go get supplies to enjoy the apartment. The AC worked amazingly and the black out shutters were wonderful. We enjoyed the balcony in the evenings and got breeze throughout the whole day. Nothing! Everything was perfect 👌
