• Shah (10/5): Overall, this apartment gave us the convenience and comfort we had hoped for when visiting Athens. - The host was very responsive to our messages and accommodating of our needs. The unit itself was very cozy and felt like a nice home away from home. The location was also convenient since the bus stop was right next to the unit and the metro station was several blocks away.

• Lola (9/5): Super ! Merci - Un super appartement : tout est propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Ce n’est pas très proche du centre, mais l’endroit est très bien desservi. Le matelas un bonheur Merci ! Attention : la salle de bain ( douche ) est glissante (je me suis coupé le pied).

• Mina (10/5): - Très bel appartement bien décoré. Nous avons été très bien reçu. L’appartement est propre et confortable. Il s’agit d’une vraie location professionnelle. Les dosettes de café étaient excellentes.

• Yuliia (10/5): - Квартира чиста і гарна. Є все необхідне (фен, праска, пральна машина, рушники і т.д). На кухні є все для того, щоб готувати самим. Хороший Wi Fi. Великиий телевізор навпроти ліжка (SmartTV). Апартаменти знаходяться прям біля автобусної зупинки, що є дуже зручно, так як можна доїхати до центру без пересадок. Якщо на метро, то від станції метро Viktoria 10-15 хв пішки (з валізами важкувато😅). Також Uber коштує до центру 5 євро. Власник дуже люб'язний, завжди на зв'язку. Дозволив виселитися на пару годин пізніше, за що йому величезне дякую. Також інструкція як добратися до апартаментів і як зайти дуже детально розписана. Поряд багато кав'ярень і є 2 мінімаркети.

• András (8/5): Very well located and comfortable - The place was comfortable and well located. There are great restaurants in walking distance, and the metro is also close. The patio is a cool gimmick to hang out, and we had occasional cat visits which was cute. There were minor annoyances with the bathroom, the shower courtain was missing and also half the shower handle. Ultimately it didn't really affect our experience, but I hope things like this get fixed eventually, and are not left to detoriate.

Ο νιπτήρας είχε ένα θέμα θέλει επιδιόρθωση,όπως και η αυλή που ήθελε λίγο περιποίηση αλλά προσπερνιούνται!!!

Από τα ποτήρια του κρασιού μέχρι τις διαθέσιμες ταμπλέτες για το πλυντήριο και από την μεγάλη smart TV μέχρι τις συσκευές της κουζίνας όπου υπάρχει ακόμα και εσπρεσιέρα είναι εμφανής η πρόθεση του ιδιοκτήτη-διαχειριστή να παρέχει υπηρεσίες στο υψηλότερο δυνατό επίπεδο. Άφησα για το τέλος την πρόσβαση σε μια απίστευτη αυλή με τραπεζάκι, καρέκλες και χαλίκι λες και βρίσκεσαι σε κάποιο εξοχικό ενώ απέχεις μόλις λίγα μέτρα από την Πατησίων. Θα ήταν παράλειψη αν δεν αναφερόμουν και στην άψογη εξυπηρέτηση. Χρειάστηκε να μιλήσω με τον διαχειριστή στο τηλέφωνο 3-4 φορές. Ευγενέστατος, με μοναδικό στόχο την εξυπηρέτηση των ανθρώπων που διαμένουν στο χώρο. Άψογος επαγγελματίας!

• Nikita (9/5): Very decent product ! - Very well-managed apartment in terms of amenities. Clean, tidy and pleasant place to be in. Suitable for long stay. Wi-fi was stellar and a smart-TV available. The land-lord is very helpful and fast responding. Around 25-30 min walk to the heart of the old town. You have a nice local food places to eat and quality coffee shops on the way. As well as other historical sites. Metro and busses are there to your disposal. I would probably only add some facial tissues and an amenities holder for the bathroom. But that’s subjective. Other than that, no concerns at all.

Perfect apartment for 2 people, clean, intimate, modern, everything new and neat, absolutely all the comfort. The garden was a great bonus! 30 minutes walk to Monastiraki. Although I'm very picky, I didn't find any downsides.

Some recommendations also useful. Patio is could be more maintaind. The grass shout be cut and the garbage thrown away. Anyway in my opinion is the place that I highly recommended.

The self-check-in process was smooth, and the host was prompt, friendly, and accommodating. The apartment is fully equipped — there’s a kitchen with a coffee machine, cookware, and tableware, plus a washing machine, a large window, and even a private garden! Honestly, it’s better than staying at a hotel. Great value for money — truly a hidden gem! If you’re coming to Athens, you must choose this place! None
• Lauren (9/5): The lovely bed and huge TV got me through miserable weeks of Covid! - Very quiet and clean and safe for an otherwise loud neighborhood! It was wonderful to have access to private outdoor space in the middle of the city. The bedsheets and the bed were amazing, and I really appreciated the high temperature options on the washer and the strong toilet flush. The TV was great and had access to apple and Amazon. It was a really modern place for Athens and I really loved it. The most modern conveniences I’ve experienced in Athens, for sure, it was like a great hotel. Giannis was communicative and always responsive when I had trouble. He made sure I had fresh sheets and towels and a Covid test and painkillers when I was sick. The appliances were top notch when they worked, but I had trouble with the heater (filters stopped it from working), the remote for the heater (I needed to replace the batteries or the heater wouldn’t work), the washer (a sock got stuck and I could not retrieve my clothes and bedding from the washer for several days). Also the handle to the bathroom sink spigot fell off on my last day.

• Igor (10/5): Great apartment at a great price! - The apartment is located in a very convenient location, near the bus stop and close to the metro station. Checking in was very easy, we received numerous instructions as well as recommendations of places, which were very helpful. The apartment was very clean and quiet, well equipped. Despite the cool weather, we were enjoying the patio:). Highly recommended! I found nothing to complain about!

• Natalie (10/5): 5 night stay in Athens - Easy to find the apartment and helpful travel and check-in instructions from the host, with clear direction. About a 10 min walk to the closest metro, which was also easy to find. This was just down the road from the apartment. Several shops, bakeries and coffee houses on the way. It did not take long to get into the centre of Athens to see all the main sights. 2 stops from Victoria station and you are in the Monastiraki square with view of the Acropolis! Excellent communication from the host who was always willing to help or on hand if we needed it. We also appreciated his helpful guide and recommendations. The apartment itself was clean, modern, well maintained and importantly secure. It had everything we needed for our stay. The washing machine was a bonus, though we did not need to use it. WiFi was easy to connect and worked well, as did the air con. The TV was great and we enjoyed the use of Netflix in the evening to wind down. I hope to return to Athens and would book this stay again. I fully recommend booking this apartment and the host to fellow travellers. Thank you Giannis! Nothing comes to mind.

• Giuseppe (1/5): A proper scam - This host is listing a 1-bedroom apartment as it was a 2-bedroom apartment. By the way, this was our first family trip in 5 years and Ioannis (the host) ruined it. My parents booked the place for five nights last February, and what happened next it doesn't look like an accident at all, in retrospect. Long story short, as soon as we checked in and realized that the place was only one room, I emailed and phoned the host. It took 2 hours to reach him, who blamed the "accident" on booking.com - "I didn't figure out how to change it, it's booking.com's fault"- and on its side, booking.com wished for a resolution between us declining any accountability for the "inconvenient". On the phone, the host said we had to pay for the first night, yet he claimed to be ok with returning the rest of our money in case we decided to leave. That was the deal. After a horrible night - the 3 of us in a small room together with a bunch of cockroaches - we booked another flat with 2 bedrooms (this time for real). The day after, we checked out at 12 and sent the host my father's IBAN. At this point, it was clear that he had no intention to lose a penny despite his fraudulent listing. He told us that he would use part of our money to pay the 50% cancellation fee charged by booking.com, and return the rest after we gave him a good rating and a positive review. Then he stopped answering my messages and despite my efforts, there was no way to start the cancellation procedure. To recap: 1) The host has been listing for months a property that didn't correspond to reality 2) He initially claimed to refund the money minus the first night 3) On second thought he is willing to partially refund us only if we comply with his blackmail Well apparently we DID NOT COMPLY WITH HIS BLACKMAIL, and he kept our money. Yet, we deemed it more important to let people know that this host is far from trustable. Thanks, Ioannis for your greed.

• Simon (10/5): Beautiful Apartment - The apartment is beautifully designed. The kitchen was fully functional, with all the utensils and cooking equipment necessary. The bathroom is big, with a perfect shower and washing machine. The bed is very large, with a wonderful mattress and beautifully presented, neutral sheets, which were perfect for me as I am allergic to fabric softeners. The television is very large, perfectly positioned and has netflix, YouTube and most popular apps. It was the perfect place, in an interesting neighborhood. The apartment is situated at the back of the building, which means that It is quiet and peaceful, away from the busy street. The garden is a wonderful bonus with an electric gate protecting the back door and securing the apartment. If we return to Athens, I really hope that It will be available still. Both my girlfriend and I could not rate this more highly.
• Jen (10/5): Had a wonderful stay in a really cool neighborhood close to a lot! - The location was great! There are so many restaurants and cafes within a very short walking distance. Kypseli is a very cool neighborhood to explore. You are close enough to the metro to quickly get to the most touristic spots of Athens, but far enough to have an authentic local feel. The apartment is clean, modern, and stylish. The bed is very comfy as well. The host went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. I would love to return!
• Mg (8/5): Nice little budget friendly studio - Interior. The building seems to be old from outside but once you get into the apartment, you don't have anything to complain about. Since the apartment is on the main road, it gets very noisy during the day (and night too) due to traffic and honking.
