While the neighborhood was lovely and the apartment had great proximity to the train station, the actual stay was deeply disappointing.
Let’s start with the photos—they are not an accurate reflection of the space. What I walked into was a far cry from what was advertised. The carpets and curtains were visibly dirty, the sofas had stains, and the sink and bathtub were clogged. The curtains didn’t open or close properly, and the balcony door had no key, raising serious security concerns.
I sent a complaint with photo evidence the day after I checked in via the official WhatsApp number provided—no response. It took several days and a chance encounter with one of their staff before anyone acknowledged my concerns. By then, only the sink was “fixed”—yet it continued to clog throughout my stay.
I paid in full and upheld my end of the agreement, yet what I got in return was poor service, delayed communication, and an apartment that clearly needs serious maintenance.
The response I received? An offer for a free night and 10% off my next stay—which I neither needed (as I was leaving the country) nor asked for (because after my experience not sure I would stay here again).
There’s a big trade-off here: if you want location, fine—but be prepared to sacrifice cleanliness, functionality, and basic customer service.

- Diyar (2/5): Very late Check-In - View was quite nice Was meant to check in at 3pm, upon arriving with the two staff members, we all walked in to a dirty unclean apartment that the cleaner still had not cleaned, was then told to wait a hour for the cleaner to arrive and clean, upon waiting a hour and more we went back to the place, cleaner just got there and told us another hour, ended up checking in at 6:30 instead of 3, was a terrible experience and very poorly managed on the property managers end
