Timothy (9/5): The Cabin was great, comfortable and roomy, in a great location, close to the beach and lake. - Stayed in a Cabin - location, size of the Bathroom, towels were fresh-smelling and soft, close to an access gate to the lake and beach. Plenty of room in the cabin and pet-friendly close to a small off-leash area The vertical blinds on the front glass door did not rotate, so there was some lack of privacy, but not a real issue. This was reported to the staff, and we said no rush. Though the cabin was pet-friendly and the veranda was well 'fenced' in, there was no gate on the veranda, so we had to use chairs lying over as a barricade. A gate or an available removable baby gate would be a great enhancement for those with dogs
Peter (8/5): we will be back. - Fantastic location. The little Cabin 13 could not have been better located, a literal stone's throw from the beach and the lake. Cabin 13 was great but could do with a little love.

Di (10/5): Great location very clean accommodation 10/10 for the ⛺️ Tents - The GLAMPING TENT WAS DO WELL DESIGNED IT WAS WONDERFUL WITH RAIN ON THE ROOF OF THE TENT AT NIGHT WAS GREAT THE BATH WAS A BONUS OF RELAXATION .....WE WILL BE BACK TU The Only thing was the people in the next cabin where smoking at night on the there Deck ....😩 Being in the bush it should be a smoke free zone Or sign up NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY BUT THAT WILL NOT STOP US FROM COMING BACK

Darren (3/5): I would like a refund for the amount of money I paid. - Location was fine. No food available at all. The toilet wouldn’t flush a number 2. There were holes in the fly screen. The carpet was stained and dirty. The smoke detector was falling off the ceiling. There was sand on the floor upon arrival. The outside exterior was mouldy. The external stairs and deck were showing signs of age and poor maintenance.

Ken (7/5): A little dissapointing and not to the standard that I anticipated or expected based on the price. - The location of the park was excellent and the gardens, trees surrounding the cabin made sitting on the balcony relaxing, enabling one to observe the wildlife and birds as they foraged around the gardens and in the trees. The park was close to beach and lake with easy access from the park to both. Several restaurants were close by, and a couple within easy walking distance including the cafe at the surf club. I am a regular visitor to the Reflections parks and have been trying out different locations during my travels. My favourite destination is Bermagui where I regularly stay at the reflections park in cabins, so this is the standard that I am comparing other reflections to and was expecting. Unfortunately, the accommodation of this reflections was a little dissapointing. The cabin showed signs of being tired and lacking in some maintenance and general cleaning. The door to the cabin was noisy to open and close as it scraped on the bottom of the sliding track. The TV in the bedroom did not work (could not get it to come on), and the one in the lounge room was connected to the wi-fi, but not to the internet, meaning I could not connect to any of the streaming services. The cabin itself was grotty, with furniture, dirty and stained and floor in the bathroom appeared to be dirty. The kitchen lacked some of the basics. There were no sharp knives for cutting and no frying pan other than an electric one which was dirty. I had to clean the pan before it could be used. The coffee machine had also not been rinsed. I put several cups of just water through the machine to rinse it before a coffee pod was used as the water coming from it was brown and had obviously not been rinsed in some time. The furniture was a little uncomfortable as was the bed.

Madeline (7/5): Great location & stay! Although some room for improvements - This place was amazing for the location and pretty cheap for the basic cabin (beds, kitchen, tv). Located directly next to lake Ainsworth and the beach so it was lovely to dip in the lake every morning and walk on the beach! Also a very short 10-15 min drive into Byron Bay main area. Staff were lovely and check in/out was super swift and simple. Toilet/shower facilities were very well kept. Some WHS concern. We were not able to use AC in our cabin as it smelled terribly of mildew and was very clearly covered in mould inside the duct (fairly unsafe). Also quite obvious the cabin had seen better days (fairly creaky water damaged floors).

Camp kitchen was nicely designed and clean. I was in C4 . I think a gate to access out to lake and beach would be nice.
Suzanne (8/5): Lennox Head 3 day stay - Great location, sounds of surf. Very clean. Good towels and sheets. Kitchen good, bathroom small but fine. Shampoo etc provided. Lennox has grown, has big supermarket now. It is very pretty. Great cafe walking distance William St..breakfast, L and D. Kiosk in surf club. Lake and Beach right there for swimming/surfing. We met friends there for a birthday celebration. It was so peaceful. The camp kitchen great facility to use. We drove from Noosa...4 hours. We are two friends in 70s. We could not tell from photos that the lower bunk bed was right on the floor. It was hard to get in and out. Would have to upgrade if we went again. We had standard cabin.
