• Palomares (4/5): - Estaba muy bien ubicado en pleno centro de la ciudad. El dueño harald es muy amable y educado. El alojamiento está bastante sucio necesita una buena mano de pintura y las puertas y ventanas al ser tan antiguas no cierran bien. La habitación es pequeña pero lo que menos me gustó fue que la ropa no daba la sensación de estar demasiado limpia y el dueño es muy desordenado con todas las habitaciones llenas de ropa zapatos y cosas por los suelos en sus habitaciones privadas cosa que se ve claramente puesto que siempre tiene las puertas abiertas
• Shane (9/5): - The location is phenomenal. You are right in the old town of Malaga. You are not too far from the beach if that's your thing or from alcazaba and the roman theater. The shower was fantastic too. It can be noisy at night on the weekends from the street (it comes with being so close to the main street). It was tricky to find when looking for it look for the building with "abogados" and it is the second floor. There is also a 3 on top of the door.

• Julie (9/5): Delightful and quirky in a good way Central flat - A beautiful apartment in Central Malaga. Host was very helpful. Large TV in living room guests are permitted to use. Good kitchen appliances. Easy to access with lift. Absolutely no complaints!

We had a small room to ourselves, which was sufficient for us and had a comfortable bed. It was fine for a 4-day stay. The bathroom was adequate. The kitchen was large, but we didn’t cook there—we just made breakfast. Perfectly adequate for an undemanding couple looking for a place to stay for a few nights. The apartment could definitely use some repairs and a good cleaning. On weekends, you have to expect a lot of noise from the street until the early hours of the morning. It’s the heart of the city, where things really come alive.
• Klaus (9/5): A special experience - Extremely interesting and friendly host. Our room was quite small, but we felt fine. The location is spectacular, in the middle of everything. Of course it is quite loud, especially on a Saturday night, but we loved that particularly. To sum up, the accomodation was adequate, but our stay with Harald Ericsson was really great.

Harald wohnt mit in der Wohnung, was vorher nicht klar war. Viele persönliche. Die Küche war für mich in einem nicht sauberen und aufgeräumten Zusatand. Nicht eionladend zum selber Kochen.

• Pascale (2/5): Propreté à revoir - L emplacement Je ne savais pas que le propriétaire vivait dans l appartement. Il est très gentil ce n est pas le problème mais on ne se sent pas chez soi . Mais c est surtout la propreté qui n est pas au rendez vous . La chambre est vétuste . Et la salle de bain qu il faut partager car il y a aussi d autres locataires n est pas propre du tout surtout la douche qui est très sale . Le lavabo est minuscule et surtout il y a des étagères remplies de produits déjà utilisés sûrement laissés par les anciens locataires et pleins de poussières . Franchement la propreté est à revoir car c est le plus important quand on loue un appartement. Et la chambre aussi .et aussi la cuisine qui est à partager où vous avez également pleins de produits sur le plan de travail

• Sabrina (8/5): - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement: toutes les commodités sont à proximité ( restaurants, magasins, plage). Il était extrêmement facile de se déplacer à pied et la plupart des extractions étaient à à peine 3-5 min à pied. L'appartement était climatisé, ce qui est indispensable avec la chaleur estivale malaguène. Notre hôte était également très chaleureux et accueillant. Il habite sur place ce qui est aussi assez rassurant. Il nous a même fourni des serviettes de plage, et s'est montré très flexible pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ. Vraiment très gentil à lui. La propreté n'était malheureusement pas toujours au rendez-vous, notamment pour ce qui est de la salle de bain: les joints de la douche sont à refaire... La rue et le quartier sont extrêmement bruyants surtout la nuit, donc c'est à éviter si vous êtes un lève tôt/couche tôt car on entendait tout malgré le triple vitrage. L'appartement est également à partager avec d'autres invités et il est parfois un peu difficile de s'organiser pour l'utilisation de la salle de bain. Dernièrement, les portes des chambres ne sont pas équipées de serrure, mais de cadenas, ce qui n'est pas très pratique. Ce système est à revoir.

• Janny (10/5): A fantastic place to be in the historic centre of Malaga for 90 days - Situated in the historic centre of Malaga it is a fantastic place to start your vacation. 4 min to the Cathedral, 5 min for the Picasso Museum, 7 min for the Harbour. Sharing the large nicely furnished living room, the well equiped kitchen and bathroom was not a problem. I had my own (sleeping)room. There were mostly no other guests. The host, Harald, made me feel at home. He is a warm, kind person. He gave me tips, respected my privacy, had his own studio where he had his own work. The heavy doors for entering the appartement building.

• Wendy (1/5): Filthy Old Flat in Very Old Building in a Square With Night Club - Nothing, the worst place we have stayed in Malaga If you are a teenager looking for something on the lines of student accommodation you have come to the right place ...if not scroll past You wont find clean sheets or towels here. If you decide to wash your clothes you will need to hang them in the atrium. However your washing will share its drying space with the pigeons so beware and if any item of clothing drops off the make do line you will be scolded by the owner and your item will be lost forever. Beware female travellers , the shower room has a panel glass door so make sure you dont step out of the dirty scum ridden shower tray naked as anyone passing will be able to see everything. The kitchen is full of food products which belong to the owner. You will not have sole use of the utilities and you will find dirty worktop, and a full to the brim dishwasher. The room itself had no television or bedside table just an old cupboard and dirty old drawers...the windows are 3 inch in layers of old dust ..and when you looked out all you could see was an old blank wall. The bed had a mismatch of old sheets with a red bedspread that had not been washed in a while. We found 2 very old towels which we were expected to use for 9 nights, there were no change of sheets or towels Just a word of advice please do not use the ear plugs you will be shown as they have wax on them from previous sleep deprived guests. If you do go into the living room you will find the wing back chair stained with sweat and an old blanket on the sofa covered with lots of hairs for you to sit on ....if you think your going to watch tv in the main living room your not as its locked ...yes the tv is locked i wonder why ? The owner of this property has no idea how to look after guests, this is reflected in the owners living space which is littered with clothing all over the floor and items just disguarded anywhere.....i would not recommend to anyone over 22 years of age or any femal travelers.

• Laman (2/5): I don’t recommend for people who prefer their own privacy. - The location was good, very center and reachable. The room was clean, common area was clean. Soundproof windows. If you value your privacy, I would not recommend staying at this place. The host is always at home and controlling what you are doing, particularly in the kitchen and other common areas, which makes it uncomfortable. The door to our room didn’t close completely, allowing noise to travel in and out. This made the experience less private. Additionally, the first message I received from the host was about the house rules and how we should behave—not a very welcoming introduction for a first-time visitor. On the positive side, the location was good, and we were allowed to use the kitchen, though the host monitored everything we did😅

The location was so close to everything, and the host was really helpful and accommodating. The only issue was the noise at night due to it being close to the main restaurant and bar area, but the host made every effort to help with blocking the noise out.

The apartment is very beautiful and Harold the host of the apartment is very lovely and welcoming. I can only recommend staying there!

• Bo (10/5): Exceptional - We spent a week here as and it was perfect. The location is right in the city center, making it ideal for exploring the city and enjoying the nightlife. Harold made us feel very at home and was extremely hospitable. We will definitely come back again!
• Kitti (7/5): I don't recommend it, because the host will be there all the time and you won't feel comfortable. - I really liked the surroundings and the accommodation's living room furnishings. The host left out a terribly important piece of information, that he will be with us in the apartment the whole time! Whenever we were in the kitchen, he watched us, it happened that he changed the spoon in our hands so that we wouldn't use it. My family and I were in constant tension and we fought several times because of this. We never sat down in the living room... we never turned on the television... because he was there and it was terribly embarrassing. He works from home, so he didn't leave home. He also declared that "this is not a hotel". He wrote me a separate message not to leave a cup on the kitchen counter and to wipe it down. At the same time, after he used the kitchen, all the oil stains were clean and he could leave everything, we cleaned it up. He made us feel that this was HIS house. I don't think it should be published then! It was so bad to be there that in the evenings I looked for other accommodation nearby. Sometimes we would like to cook and eat together. We couldn't do it calmly once. After a while we ate in our room. We didn't feel like being at the flat. We had no desire to sleep too, because every night until midnight he listened to his television at high volume and flapped loudly in the kitchen. We told him that we had to get up early in the morning. When we would have slept in the morning, he still went out to rattle the kitchen. Selfish and horrible.... I would have liked to be able to decide on our one-week vacation, which we were really looking forward to, with whom I would live. I couldn't do it because he didn't write it here in advance. This is a lie. I've travelled a lot, but I've never been in a situation like this before. My mother also came with us, I felt sorry for her too that she had to be so dependent. We are a quiet and humble family, I didn't understand why we deserve this. I don't wish this felling on anyone!
