- Jesusa (1/5): BED BUGS AND DODGY MANAGEMENT DO NOT STAY - The location is close to the city There were a number of issues that had risen throughout our stay however I would like to mainly address the issues of health and safety particularly with the way management handled our issue with bed bugs. 1) Upon arrival at the complex, we were greeted with a gentleman who took us directly to the room. He urged us to settle the bill in cash within the apartment (which we weren't familiar with as typically we would settle the payable amount at a counter/concierge). I told him that I wanted to pay card as per the booking.com details to which he urged me to open up the booking and was adamant to pay cash. I showed him the booking says visa/mastercard and he was very pushy for us to pay cash and was saying if we pay card it would be a hassle because we would incur extra fees and he would have to get an EFTPOS machine from somewhere far. He then urged us to go to the ATM machine downstairs to settle cash and so we did (we trusted that since this was through booking.com that maybe this was the way it was supposed to be). We paid him MYR1480 (MYR1280 for the room and MYR200 as a deposit which was the only thing that was stipulated to be paid in cash on the booking confirmation). He has provided a hand written receipt please see attached. 2) The room was not what was outlined in the booking. This room was heavily damaged with scratches on the wall, broken cupboard doors, washing machine not turning on, no rugs, no TV in the master bedroom. Our main issue here was that advertised, there would be three beds (one master, one bedroom 2 and a sofa bed). I asked that the room isn't what it seems as well as the room number staying on the booking room C40-01. He messaged me saying no there is no sofa bed but he can just give us extra blankets. Also, the room on the booking number was different because C40-01 is the number of their office. 3) BED BUGS.

- Wynakmal (3/5): Go somewhere else. Plenty of modern room and value for money with great services in KL and - Modern Look. The instruction to checkin was not clear. They said, they have waited, but when I arrived, they were not there and the checkin in was a big hassle. Then, after we got the key, they did said, you can park anywhere. But actually, different lift/elevator bring you to differe block and floor. So you CAN NOT park anywhere actually. My time wasted. Lots So much hassle. so uneasy. It has a deposit RM200. I dont like it. This is booking.com though. not Airbnb. They give the wifi password, but it is not activated. We dont get wifi during our stay it is not very clean. Like after a long vacant full of dust. The bed was not good. We have to take the trash out. Oh no! it was super busy. Too many people. Lift/elevator are all super slow. especially during the checkout time. We were at the floor 47 and the lift stop at literally at every floor. Super slow. Too much time wasted. This one I can not compromise. Yes they have infinitiy pool. But it was not pleasant The moment I step my foot at the pool area, the guard scolded me asking me to do shower before get in the pool and scolded me to get the towel. Without welcoming words. It was early morning, its ruin the whole morning and our vacation. They dont have manners. They chase all people out at the time close. It feel hurt though. Why cant they talk nicely, and remind nicely. My son wanted to visit the gym, yes he wears flip flop, but it was just a visit, the guard scolded him and lock him out not allowing to get to the pool either. I got so angry. The guard even told me to wear the towel while I was using the towel to cover my body on shoulders Then I see the same guard scold another person who did not wear swimcloth. He literally scolded. The room is ok. but like any other room at other building all are modern look. But this one, has big minus point where this building and service is a big No, if u like to have a pleasant stay Congested. It is offer skydeck and nice view. But the service is a total out.

- Malgorzata (9/5): Superb - Great location, close to the monorail station and Petronas and walkable to all parts of the city. Very comfortable, spacious apartment, big bed. The pool is as on the pictures, stunning view during the day and at night. The communication with the staff was a bit weird, they propose some not ordinary solution to cancel and re book the apartment, however, all in all, it was good. Remember to have 200 in cash for the apartment deposit.

We often waited over five minutes with a large group of people to get a lift up to our floor. The lifts all seem to stay at the top floor. A lot of extra charges were added that were not clear at the time of booking.

- Jan-hendrik (1/5): Scam upon check in - Photos match the real room and view. Owners tried to scam us upon check-in. They told us we need to cancel the room because of some „error with the system“. It was obvious that they tried to get around booking.com‘s fees. That made us feel very uncomfortable. Would not stay here again. It was still pretty noisy even for a suite on the 37th floor.

The location city center room specious and clean, if you want to twin tower walk in distance 10 minutes to access there the property include swimming pool gym bar restaurant. That's not necessarily a huge deal per se, but important to know. This was our second stay in the same location, a week apart - but things were quite different than the first time: - (see above) you communicate with the host via whatsapp - it's multiple people answering the same whatsapp account, and they do not communicate very well - the guy doing the "check out" was a different person than the one who checked us in => they had to coordinate by whatsapp regarding our deposit return, while we were kept waiting (apparently one guy A took our deposit, handed it over to guy B, but we were being checked out by guy C). Yes, as confusing as it sounds. - single bathroom, right between the two bedrooms => impossible to use it at night without waking somebody up - the bathroom doors failed to close on one side
