• Robina (3/5): Stort og upersonlig. - Ok beliggenhet, men leiligheten ligger under bakken. Det kom ikke tydelig frem i beskrivelsen. Kun kaker og kaffe til frokost. Verten sa ved bestilling at han skulle møte meg men plutselig mens jeg gikk ombord på flyet begynte han å sende meldinger med kontrabeskjeder om å hente nøkler på en helt annen adresse. Det var veldig stressende. I leiligheten var det en del insekter. De visste jeg skulle ankomme sent. Etter alle butikker var stengt. Hadde satt pris på om de hadde satt frem noe frukt og en flaske vann for eksempel. Men ingenting. Neste morning fant jeg ut at det ikke engang var kaffe der til kaffemaskinen som sto der. Dynen hadde ikke engang dynetrekk, men ett laken over og ett laken under. Upraktisk og uhygienisk.

Dobrý den, nelíbilo se nám, že informaci o vyzvednutí klíčů jsme dostali až když jsme byli na místě a hledali jak se dostaneme do zamčeného ubytování, to bylo velmi nepříjemné. Když jsme si vyzvedávali klíče, tak pán si okamžitě vyžádal uhradit městkou daň hotově.My měli informaci že ji budeme platit, ale nebyli jsme informováni že hotově, a pro nás to bylo nepříjemné, protože byl večer a museli jsme hledat bankomat.Také informace o skvělé snídani byla zkreslená. A o ubytování na základě fotek jsme měli také jinou představu. Chtěli jsme 3 pokoje, a byli jen dva a jeden ještě sloužil jako ložnice i obývák. A chybělo vybavení pro 6 osob (židle, nádobí). Také na fotkách byla terasa-kterou jsme ani neviděli. Myslíme si,že by zde mělo být uvedeno, že apartmán je v suterénu a bez terasy.

• Mariluz (9/5): - El apartamento es bastante amplio para 7 personas, la decoración es moderna y las camas MUY cómodas. Nos encantó que nos incluyera un desayuno de croissant y café en el bar de al lado. La cocina tiene de todo. El anfitrión resolvió todas nuestras dudas rápidamente. Está a 15 min paseando del Duomo de Milán. Quizás un solo baño es poco para 7 personas.

Non tre camere, come pubblicizzato, ma una cameretta piccola e stretta con letto a castello, una finestra molto in alto a livello di strada. Uno spazio aperto (avente funzione di soggiorno, stanza ed entrata) con un letto matrimoniale più un letto singolo. Cucina von poche stoviglie e tavolo con solo due sedie utilizzabili.

• Sebas Villalba (10/5): Buenísima ubicación y estupenda relación calidad-precio - La ubicación es estupenda. En 10min andando llegas al Duomo. Además, pasa la línea 9 del tranvía a 2min del apartamento, lo que facilita la comunicación con la Estación Centrale y con Navigli. El disponer de desayuno es un extra muy de agradecer. En una cafetería cercana, donde recoges las llaves, te ponen un café con un croissant riquísimo. Si quieres algo a mayores, lo pagas, pero el desayuno básico es suficiente. Se nota que el anfitrión lee los comentarios, pues las carencias que habían indicado inquilinos anteriores estaban resueltas. Aunque la entrada es un poco extraña, con las indicaciones que nos envió el anfitrión por whatsapp es muy sencillo encontrar el apartamento. La verdad, es que no se puede poner ningún comentario malo acerca de este alojamiento. La distribución del apartamento es un poco extraña, se nota que lo que ha primado es el aprovechamiento de los espacios. Pero es un mal menor. Es un alojamiento estupendo.

• Mercedes (10/5): Great location, perfect for a big groups short stay - The location is excellent. We booked last minute and communication with the host was brilliant which really put us at ease. Breakfast of a coffee and a pastry in the nearby cafe was also such a great little benefit. Brilliant value for money during a short trip and the location was great. For a short trip its a brilliant option, with a good location about 15 mins from Duomo, but it was quite close quarters. It is on a main road and in an apartment block so can be noisy but for a city we didn't find it too bad, we had two single beds and a double in the living room, then a bunk bed in one room, which worked a treat for our group. The pillows were a bit hard, but again, not an issue for a couple of nights.

• Moses (1/5): Avoid this rental — misleading listing with mold in bathroom and unprofessional host - Unfortunately, this was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. The host charged us an extra €200 for a “late check-in key delivery,” but instead of meeting us, he left the key in a flower planter outside a coffee shop. We had to walk to this location late at night just to retrieve it ourselves — completely unacceptable and dishonest. When we arrived at the apartment, we were immediately hit with the strong smell of cigarettes. The place was filthy. There were blood stains on the floor and visible mold throughout the bathroom. I contacted the host, and his response was dismissive. He said the apartment was already clean and that offering to send a cleaner after we had checked in was an act of kindness. I didn’t feel comfortable having someone come into the unit after we had already moved in with our belongings. The listing itself is extremely misleading. It claims to be a 3-bedroom apartment, but only one very small room with bunk beds exists. All the other beds are crammed into the living room, and there is no actual sofa — just a mattress on the floor. The photos do not reflect the true condition or layout of the apartment. Do yourself a favor: skip this listing. It’s deceptive, poorly maintained, and the host is not trustworthy. Not worth your time, money, or peace of mind.

• Fernon (3/5): Vreselijk! - Locatie is centraal en openbaar vervoer in de buurt. Loopafstand van de Duomo en het centrum. De eigenaar was niet te bereiken. Pas na 3 dagen. Veel schimmel in het appartement. Geen beschrijving hoe je binnen moest komen. Geen beschrijving wat de wifi werkt. Geen wc papier, onvoldoende stoelen en servies voor 6 persoons appartement. Geen tafel om aan te eten. Onvoldoende dekens; het vroor buiten.
• GIOACCHINO (7/5): - Gentile HOST , Le scrivo per esprimere il mio disappunto riguardo alla colazione fornita durante il mio recente soggiorno presso il Suo appartamento, dove ho alloggiato per una notte. Il servizio di colazione è affidato a una struttura esterna (un bar a circa 150 metri). Il problema non risiede nel bar in sé, ma nella palese differenza di trattamento riservata ai clienti dell'appartamento rispetto ai clienti diretti del bar. Questa disparità è stata evidente quando ho richiesto più acqua calda e una seconda bustina di tè per riscaldarmi al mattino presto. Mi è stato addebitato un costo aggiuntivo di 1€ per la bustina di tè. Inoltre, il tè mi è stato servito in una tazza di vetro senza coperchio, costringendomi a usare il piattino come copertura per l'infusione. Poiché l'acqua era in ebollizione e il vetro è un ottimo conduttore termico, l'acqua non si è raffreddata anche dopo diversi minuti, e mi sono bruciato la lingua. Una teiera sarebbe stata una soluzione decisamente più appropriata. Spero che Lei voglia prendere in considerazione questo feedback per migliorare l'esperienza offerta ai Suoi ospiti in futuro. • DR. FRANCESCO (7/5): Un salto a Milano in famiglia… - La posizione, appartamento del tutto ristrutturato, fine, elegante Non ci è piaciuto per nulla l’essere preso per… i fondelli. Condizione indispensabile per aver prenotato questo appartamento era la presenza di TRE CAMERE da letto indipendenti, per vari motivazioni, in primis la privacy. Ebbene, si tratta di un’open space con un ingresso con a lato un’armadio-letto e in fondo una camera con letto matrimoniale. Di lato, uno stanzino con 2 armadi e a seguire uno stanzino con letto a castello. DELLA TERZA CAMERA, come da sito e foto opportunamente eseguite, NEPPURE L’OMBRA. Poi ovviamente non è ampio 80 metri quadrati ma si e no una cinquantina. Siamo rimasti perciò delusi e arrabbiati. Perché prendere in giro le persone? L’appartamento è sicuramente affittabile anche pubblicando correttamente la presenza di 2
• Sonia (8/5): Correcto - Solo estuvimos una noche, el apartamento está bien, bastante nuevo todo y suficiente para nosotros que íbamos a utilizarlo solo para dormir, pero no hay mesa ni sillas si necesitas utilizarlo para comer por ejemplo. Solo hay una habitación el resto de camas están distribuidas por el salón, poco íntimo Las pocas explicaciones del anfitrión, recogimos las llaves en un bar pero no nos explicó para nada en qué piso estaba el apartamento. Gracias a los comentarios de otras personas descubrimos que estaba en un sótano aunque había varias puertas, tuvimos que meter la llave en varias puertas para ver cuál era. El bar cuando llegamos al apartamento ya había cerrado y sí había un teléfono pero no lo utilizamos. El desayuno bastante pobre, elección de café o capuchino y un croasant
• Chantelle (5/5): Could have been amazing and perfect if there were extra blankets for when needed and if it was cleaned properly - Loved the set up, modern, had everything all very new and beautiful, fit lots of people if a big family comftable It wasn’t cleaned properly there was previous people clothes in cupboards, under couch and someone’s sponge in shower, felt like someone had just come in made beds and left that’s it didn’t actually clean or check anywhere or anything else, also happen to be a colder 2 nights in Milan at that time of year and had no extra blankets and heaters didn’t work properly, couldn’t get any blankets either.

Din acea camera se trece in bucătărie si o anticamera spre singura baie din apartament. Tot de acolo se întra si in singurul dormitor cu ușa care are un pat supraetajat. Nici un fel de săpun de spalat pe mâini in baie. Nici urma de produse de igiena personală. Fără șervețele la bucătărie. Lipsa de intimitate si Lipsa produselor de igiena chiar au fost o problemă. Scaunele de masa sub pat.... Prosoapele într.un scaun cu ladă... Apartamentul se afla la subsol si e destul de gălăgios. Este renovat si frumos dar are multe minusuri....ar trebui sa fie altfel compartimentat.

Матрасы не удобные и есть какие то насекомые которые кусали всю ночь.полуподвальное помещение ,в которое приходят переночевать одну ночь ,но не более. Утром не было горячей воды. Это помещение для нелегалов из арабских стран.

Vi leide en leilighet med 3 soverom.Det viste seg at dette ikke stemte.Rett ved inngangsdøren var det en sovesofa med uttrekksdel(på gulvet),en stor seng stod videre rett inn og en stor «madrass»var på gulvet.Alle disse soveplassene var i ett og samme rom,ingen dør i mellom.Sovesofaen som vist på bildet viste seg å være den store «madrassen»som var på gulvet.Til denne fulgte det ikke noe sengetøy.Videre var det ett soverom,mellom det store fellesrommet og soverommet var det dør.Badet var dårlig rengjort og halvtomme såper stod igjen i dusjen.Såpedispenser ved vasken var fylt med vann.Badematte på gulvet var møkkete og luktet surt.Vi brukte ikke kjøkken. Merk at leiligheten jeg omtaler ligger i kjelleren. Bilder og omtale i annonsen stemmer ikke overens.

Keys were not provided at the property (asked us to collect from a shop) Collected amount of City/tourist tax was more than what initially asked before few hours before. There were only less rooms in the property rather than as advised. Agreed for breakfast but it wasn’t appealing.

The title of the apartment is “three bedroom apartment” however there is no seperate third bedroom. Single beds are in the same room with the double bed and located in front of the apartments door. Heating system is closed at the night and air conditioners are insufficient. The apartment was very cold and we all had the flu.

The main room of the apartment has the large bed and a twin along the wall of the entryway. It was also too far from the center.

Spacious main livingroom. Good location - a short walk to the Duomo. This property was not as advertised. This is NOT a 3 bedroom apartment. There is one bedroom only with bunk beds. My children found it noisy as it faces the main road and windows are not good at keeping out noise - possibly not double glazed? When we first arrived I was convinced we’d been given keys to the wrong apartment. Travelling for my sisters 40th birthday we were a group of 6 and needed 3 bedrooms. My 2 children shared the bunk beds however myself and my partner ended up sleeping in the livingroom on the double bed, my sister on a ‘shelf bed’ in the corridor leading to the front door and my 72 year old mum slept on a mattress on the floor next to us! We were incredibly disappointed that this property had not been advertised properly. We stayed only 3 nights so made do. The ‘expanding’ dining room table had no top or chairs so we could not use it as a table and perched on the edges of our beds to eat our breakfast in the morning.

There is a big space with a double bed and a sofa bed and a smaller room with 2 bank beds. In order to enter the smaller room you have to pass through this space. There is also a bed in a corridor.

It does have 3 beds that include a set of bunk beds. One main living area includes the double bed & a single bed with a couch and a little Pull-out dining table, It was difficult to obtain access. The owner tried to be helpful, but he would not admit his misrepresentation of his property. Although basic, clean & well located , I would not recommend this due to the inaccurate description. The description say its a 3 bedroom apartment, but actually there’s only one room with bunk bed. The King size bed and the single be and the sofa bed is all in the living area. And there’s only one bathroom which is situation inside the bunk bed room. We are a group of 5 who are 2 couples and one adult. It’s so inconvenience! By the way, it’s misleading to customer. When we try to boil water to drink, the water has oil in the surface no matter how many times we boil.

• Balázs (2/5): Very poor - The breakfast was a crossant and a cofee in a cofee house. This apartmant is a one bedroom apartmant. Its atvertised as a 3 bedroom apartmant. I asked discount from the owner but he refused to give any. My collegues had to sleep in the bunk beds.

• Almohanna (1/5): Bad - No thing We booked for 3 rooms and there are just very small rooms and one bed in the corridor not the same as showing. When we booked, I say we are 3 people they just give us 2 beds, and when I ask for a blanket and pillow, they do not give me because they said not informed! Very bad experience

• Francis (6/5): Clean, new and centrally located - but not a 3 bedroom apartment as all the beds except two bunks are in the open plan l - The location is excellent - very central in a good area. The apartment was very clean. This is not a 3 bedroom apartment. We booked it because it was described as having 3 separate bedrooms, but actually all of the beds except for two bunks are in the open plan living area. We were traveling with our three teenagers and there was limited privacy and it felt as if we were on top of each other the whole time. It also wasn’t ideal being asked to pay the tourist tax for all of us in cash and a 70 Euro supplement for an additional guest for one night - the tourist tax was a surprise for us and we would have expected it to be included in the cost.

I was disappointed because I had to pick up keys at coffeehouse and the person was really disrespectful, and told me to call Luigi, it was cold and waiting outside the street, then came back to the coffeehouse and a waitress gave us the key, I paid $350 for 1 nights, and this person treat me so badly, I was not sleeping for free. I would never comeback again and I would not recommend this place.

• Kassey (10/5): AMAZING. I WISH I COULD MOVE HERE - AMAZING! Great location. The staff was extremely nice and thoughtful. We got a courtesy breakfast in a close by cafe. Very spacious and with a luxurious feel to it. Definitely the best of this euro-trip experience, will definitely recommend.

• Alice (6/5): Hidden costs if you’re late. Good for a long stay not a stopover. - Good size and facilities. The hidden fee of €80 if you came late, which we were not made aware of until after we’d paid for the room. Luckily they waived the fee. If I had known earlier I would have found a different accommodation for our one night stay. Also the bunk beds were not safe for younger children as top bunk had no rail so had to move my child to a different bed. Also breakfast was at another location which we weren’t really made aware of. Also a lot of noise from other apartments until the early hours
• Madalena (4/5): Disappointing - The location was perfect and the house was very clean. In the living room there is a king size bed and in the hall there is a two bed bunk so be aware that there is no privacy whatsoever
• Amanda (9/5): Clean, spacious and stylish apartment in heart of Milan - Beautiful, stylish and clean apartment with loads of space for a group of friends or family. Nice kitchen (although we didn't really use it). Good location on a quiet street within walking distance to main attractions. Would definitely recommend. The check in process wasn't so smooth as we had some transportation delays (a key box with a code would have be easier). Check out was quite early (10am) but no complimentary luggage storage past mid-day. Overall a nice experience though - many thanks to the owner!

Air con and wifi were great and it was so clean It states 3 bedrooms online but actually there was 1 bedroom with bunk beds and then a double and a single in one big living room. It didn’t matter to us but the description wasn’t that accurate

• Edward (9/5): Superb - The apartment was clean and nice. Great location. You need to buy and activate a ticket for Area C in order to reach the apartment by car. The host forgot to mention it. We only figured that out thanks to Waze.
