- Emmanuelle (9/5): Emplacement moyen mais appartement parfait - Très bel appartement très bien équipé, très fonctionnel. Tout l'électroménager est parfait. Très propre, moderne, confortable et spacieux. Petite épicerie/boucherie juste à côté, bien pratique. Arrêt du bus 800 à 100 mètres en face pour aller dans le centre de Québec sans prendre la voiture. Billets et pass journee pour le bus en vente dans la petite épicerie, très pratique aussi. Ca fait bizarre d'être juste à côté d'une station-service mais une fois dans l'appartement, fenêtre fermée, on n'y pense plus et on est bien dans l'appartement. Le spa est certes agréable (température ideale) mais il penche car il doit être trop lourd pour le balcon sur lequel il est posé. Nous n'avons pas osé y aller à 2, de peur que le balcon s'écroule. De toute façon, je pense que 2 personnes dedans feraient déborder l'eau car il est rempli à ras bord. Je pense que c'est un plus pour attirer l'attention mais l'appartement est déjà très beau et n'a pas besoin du spa pour être confortable.
