• Jacqueline (10/5): Comfy stay in a perfect location - Central to everything we needed. Easy access. Had everything we needed. River views with direct access to the walking track. Cosy and comfortable. This apartment is a 10/10! Will definitely be back. Would have liked an updated TV so we could access our own Foxtel/Netflix/Disney etc. Having very limited access to TV channels (3 or 4) was a bit disappointing. Not a deal breaker, but would be an added bonus.

• Allison (9/5): - The location was amazing. The apartment was very neat and clean definitely recommend. Very well equipped had almost everything. Just needed a pair of scissors lol. AWESOME! Apartment was fantastic. Within the grounds the BBQ was not clean.

• Tammy (10/5): One of the best places to stay in Echuca. - Great location - beautiful backdrop, walk to main street and wharf, modern facilities in the unit. Undercover parking. Keypad, self entry. Was a great place to stay. Extremely decent sized unit. Great for our family. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom, when the kids used the spa, there was like beard hair all over it and folded in the bath mat was loooong black hairs. My son went to make a tea and there was a dirty cup with hair in it too. Was not aware there were no private courtyards, we all share the open space. Which is fine. I just wasn't expecting it. Main bed was VERY soft.

• Heather (10/5): A wonderful weekend in echuca - The apartment was right near the river, but only a short walk into Echuca. The apartment was so nice inside. We had great weather, so we ate out in the alfresco area. The apartment was clean and well equipped for all our needs. Really happy. There was not one thing I didn't like

• Jennifer (10/5): Adelphi apartment 4 had everything we needed - Everything provided what high quality, clean, comfortable and felt like home while we were on holiday. It was great for adults and kids and being such a short walk from all the main attractions, activities and restaurants, we barely got in the car once we arrived. Can’t fault our stay!

• Sally (8/5): It was good but think it was a bit pricey for a night - The location was excellent very close to everything and easy walking distance With the coffee machine it needed a milk frother so you could use the machine which I was disappointed. Also the blinds in entrance and the main room needed a good clean

• Jacobson (8/5): Great spot in the heart of Echuca - Fantastic accommodation with everything that we needed. Around the corner from the main rd of echuca and right on the Murray. I didn't realize that it was part of a complex with shared facilities, eg the pool but was actually totally fine and still felt quiet and fairly private.
• Amanda (9/5): Dream location, beautiful view & great value for money - Fabulous location in the heart of the town centre, with an excellent view and access to the Campaspe River from the courtyard. Eating breakfast on the porch each morning was blissful! Very clean rooms and well-appointed. Would definitely return here when I’m next in Echuca, and I highly recommended it to others. The only negative aspect during our stay was that one of the bedroom air conditioners made a noise that could be heard clearly from the other room, so it might need some maintenance.

No folder to look at to promote activities or restaurants. Not enough cutlery. Terrible bed mattress that hurt my back and uncomfortable couch in living area. Also for this price I expected better pillows on beds.
