- Laura (9/5): Very pleasant with attention to detail and a comfortable bed. - Very comfortable with all amentities and special attention to detail throughout the accommodation. Beautiful very comfortable bed. Parking at the door- very convenient. I just had a little trouble locating the accommodation in the dark. Thats my issue more than the accommodation.
- Aimee (10/5): -
- Jacqueline (6/5): - Comfortable bed

- Angela Crompton (8/5): - Lovely big cottage. Bigger than I expected! We were very comfortable.
- Amanda (10/5): Would not hesitate to recommend this property - The owners were just so accomodating and helpful thank you so much
- Karen (9/5): Would return anytime - Clean quiet comfortable Maybe a power point near bathroom sink
- Jodie-Anne (10/5): - The unit was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean.
It had everything that we needed.
The bed was super comfortable
Host was a delight to communicate with.
- Stephen (9/5): - The unit had everything required for stop over
- Chris (9/5): Very comfortable and enjoyable. Made a couple of suggestions to make it even better. Thank you. - Owner was great. Furnishings very comfortable. No internet connection. There’s no accessible power point in the bathroom. A mirror in the bedroom near the PowerPoint would solve that issue. A shelf in the bathroom would be great to put clothes and toiletries on.

- Mary (8/5): We did enjoy and would possibly use again if in the area. - Spacious Cottage, Well equipped / had everything we needed. Good location.
Welcome bottle wine mush appreciated and a lovely surprise. Outside area very unkept / window needed a good clean
Too hard to find, no signage, really confusing
- Mr Ian (6/5): A pleasant enough stay - Nice location Although stay was value for money in a peaceful and historic location, and we did not want for anything in our one night stay, the facility was obviously a "do it yourself" reno.
The windows could do with a good clean.
- David (10/5): A very spacious and homely, in a quiet location - Very roomy and equipped with everything you needed. Quiet area and a easy walk to the hotel for meals if needed. We loved the treats left for us. There was nothing to dislike.

- Earles (10/5): A cosy unit clean and tidy and spacious. Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Overall Very impressed. -
- Anthony (5/5): will be interested in seeing the finished project - The welcoming gift was a nice surprise and very much appreciated.
The place was generous in size, a nice change from a motel room and the bed was extremely comfortable This place is a still a "work in progress". we found the tlle floors very cold and the air-con struggled to warm up the area. Thankfully blankets were provided to wrap ourselves in.
- Michael (7/5): Had a homey feel and comfy bed - Breakfast was not included Unfortunately the bathroom was a little dangerous.
Could do with a vanity bench, and could supply a hairdryer.
- Barbara (7/5): nice - needs more signage of actual address. nice to have a hair dryer.
- Teresa (9/5): A very comfortable cottage just a short distance from town - Charm made it very easy on check in, communication was great. The cottage had everything you could need - I was on my own and just for two nights so didnt use most of the facilities but it would be ideal if you were staying longer too.
I was welcomed with a note from Charm, a bottle of wine and chocolate, which was a really nice surprise. The bed was comfortable as were the reclining armchairs when catching up on tv. The reverse cycle aircon was very welcome on the cold Burra evenings and early mornings. Being winter and cold and dark in the evening I drove into the town centre a couple of times but it'd be a very pleasant 2km walk the rest of the year. I'd definitely stay again.
- Eric (8/5): Very good -
- Alan (10/5): Exceptional - Nothing was too much trouble with our requests. All issues were handled in a very friendly and efficient manner.
