• Zsófi (2/5): - The accommodation is in a very poor location, with a constant sewer smell in all rooms and persistent noise both in the mornings and evenings. When we arrived, the temperature inside was only 17–18 °C, which is very cold when it is 15 °C outside as well. The only way to heat is with the air conditioner, and it took 24 hours to raise the temperature to 20 °C. These are things we could have overlooked; however, unfortunately, the apartment was extremely dirty. The bedding was moldy — some of the duvets even had double covers, both with visible mold. The towels were damp and also dirty. There was no duvet cover provided for the blanket. In the photos everything looks new and shiny, but in reality this is not the case. Many pieces of furniture are old, used, and dirty — it is far from a “dream” place. Dear Host, again, I reported these issues to you, but your only response was to ask why I didn’t mention them on the day of arrival. After not receiving any further reply, I would like to state here as well that, after more than 20 hours of travel for a two-night stay, filing a complaint was not the first thing on my mind. These complaints are real and should be addressed, as they can harm guests’ health. It would be advisable to replace the entire bedding set and to have at least one clean spare set available — not just put a wet one on the bed that later becomes moldy.

• Ouahiba (8/5): Très belle appartement sans vis à vis et bien éclaire - Très belle appartement et bien équipé. A 10 mn à pied du lac 7 mn à pied de la gare San Gionani si vous venez en train Et le centre ville doit être à 10 mn aussi. Nous n’avons pas rencontré le propriétaire. Mais Alessia nous a transmis toutes les informations et les consignes nécessaires pour accéder à l’appartement. L’enregistrement en ligne sur le service Vikey Check n’est pas simple . Ajouter les pièces d’identités est compliqué. Et de surcroît il faut se prendre en photo avec la pièce d’identité.

The Owner is not nice, 10 a - It was old, looks clean at first but full of bugs at previous hair of previous guests. 10:00 am is quite soon to leave the place. Not clean at all. I asked for the bags to be there a little longer she didn’t accept it. The bed was not clean

• Dima (10/5): Fantastic warm and cosy apartment - Fantastique property, surprisingly warm. The warm floor got us. Has everything we needed. Even olive oil for cooking. The host was a huge help. Maybe on the map looks a bit a side, but is close to all what someone could need. And 10 minutes walk from City Centre.

• Jml (9/5): Superb - Comfortable bed. Nice views from all windows. Worm floor. All you need is there . Good location. If you are sensitive, there is a big road near the apartment and it is so loud also at night.

Apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed also! Host very helpful and informative. Despite the property being exceptionally clean. Towels / bedding was quite heavily fragranced which caused slight issue with allergies.

• Hubert (10/5): Exceptional - had a fantastic stay at the apartment in Como. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the lake(15min), San Giovani station and shops. The apartment itself was spotless and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. Communication with the host was excellent; they were always quick to respond and provided helpful tips about apartmant and the local area. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure our stay was as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Como!

The owner was immediately answering the questions. Location is a bit close to the busy street. By this it is also close to the main city center.

On a busy main road, can hear the traffic from kitchen area, but that didn’t bother us as it was quiet in the bedroom.

• Kateryna (10/5): It felt like home. - The location is superb! It's in a 5 minute walk from Como San Giovanni station, so you don't even need a taxi. Lidl Plus (supermarket) is in a 3 minute walk from the property. The supermarket (Lidl Plus) is very good, they even sell clothes there and near it there also is a shop where you can buy everything you need like an umbrella (or really anything else). Close to the house there's a cafe - delicious Italian food 2 times cheaper than in the city center. The apartment is also close to the city center with numerous shops and close to the ferry terminal. As tickets for fast boats sell out very fast, I had no problem going to the ferry terminal in the morning to buy tickets for the fast boat in advance. It's a 15 minute walk along beautiful streets of Como. It's also very convenient that there're 2 separate toilets in the apartment and a tumble dryer. It was very humid in Como when we were there, so without the tumble dryer, I think, our clothes would have remained wet after washing. There's also everything you may need in the apartment like an iron, ironing board, floor drying rack, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, geyser coffee maker, hair dryer. The host was very helpful and texted back in no time. We also had no difficulty with the check in and check out. Very convenient as we didn't have to worry about getting in the apartment late in the evening if our flight was delayed or something. We had been asked to fill out a form prior to our stay but it's a common procedure for self-check-in apartments.

• Maria (4/5): Suitable only for two. Lots of things to improve. - The apartment is well decorated and tidy, the location is communicative and easy to access. It’s comfortable only for two people - it’s ok only if you sleep in the bedroom but not on the sofa bed. 1. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and it’s impossible to sleep on. It is also located in very noisy area and you hear the noise from the road and the cars the whole night. There was a problem with the hot water and it was proposed to us to fix the pressure of the boiler in order to provide the hot water during the whole stay. There are ants everywhere in the apartment.

I'm definitely coming back. Will advise everyone to choose this apartment. The most comfortable bed. Slept like a baby. Wish I could stay longer!
