• Mihail Liviu (10/5): I would definitely return, it is an excellent value for money. - First of all I have to mention the excellent comunication with the host, very responsive and helpful. The apartment has all the necesary amenities for a long-term stay. The Salinetas beach is just two minutes away, it is pretty large and with fine black sand. In a ten minutes walk range there are cofee shops, two Spar markets and a few restaurants. If you rent a car you can go to a Mercadona super market which is less than a kilometer away. Bus 75 has a station across the street and it can take you right to the historic city center of Las Palmas. Very suitable for people looking for peace and quiet, and willing to take long strolls on the seafront promenade, which is in great condition. Nothing

• Raquel (4/5): Casa OK, comunicación negativa - La vivienda está bien equipada, es cómoda, está limpia y tiene todo lo necesario. En este caso, como ya le comentė a la persona de contacto, el error fue la falta de comunicación por su parte, al no informarnos de que la playa llevaba cerrada varias semanas por contaminación. Pudieron hacerlo antes de que cumpliera el plazo de cancelación, antes de que hiciera el checkin online, en cualquer momento del proceso, pero no lo hicieron. Me llevė la sorpresa el día antes de volar al enterarme de esta situación por casualidad. Ya nada podía hacer porque todo estaba pagado. Elegí precisamente esta vivienda porque se publicita como que está a 200m de la playa y yo iba con niños pequeños. La realidad fue que me tocó coger coche y desplazarme todos los días a otras playas abiertas. Nada que ver con las vacaciones y el descanso que buscaba. No es responsabilidad de la empresa el cierre de la playa, por supuesto, pero sí lo es informar correctamente al cliente y en una situación así, deberían haberlo hecho. La persona encargada me pidió disculpas una vez ya salí de la vivienda. Se agradece, pero considero que ya fue tarde y que es necesario dejar aquí constancia de lo sucedido.

• Daniel (10/5): - Nos encantó el apartamento. Todo estaba impecable, muy cuidado y con todos los detalles necesarios para una estancia cómoda. La limpieza, la decoración y la ubicación fueron excelentes. Se nota que se preocupan por el bienestar de los huéspedes. Sin duda, un lugar muy recomendable al que volveríamos encantados.

Que tenga plaza de garaje es un punto muy positivo porque en la zona en verano es imposible aparcar. Nada. Como propuestas de mejora que las almohadas sean más blandas o que hayan dos tipos: duras y blandas. Eso ya sería la excelencia!!!
• MarcinJ ZG (10/5): - Apartament położony jest w bliskiej odległości przepięknej plaży bez tłumów turystów, hałasu jaki jest zazwyczaj na południu wyspy. Można poczuć się trochę jak mieszkaniec tej wyspy. Podziemny parking był bardzo pomocny, bo w okolicy jest problem z parkowaniem. Sam apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebujesz.

• Juris (10/5): Recommend if you like well equipped and quiet place. - This apartment has everything you would need for a vacation. Quite place, close to beaches and have some nearby restaurants and grocery store. Really recommend this place for staying at. Check out time is 11AM not 12AM so keep that in mind.

Kitchen is well equipped and has washing machine and tumble dryer, great for longer stays. Great location for getting around the island, with bus stop right outside for Las Palmas and ample parking either in the garage below or outside on the street. Nothing.
