• nadezda (8/5): 30.09 - Очень уютная квартира.Приятно,что из окна видишь канал Хороший матрас. После выселения оставили вещи в коридоре,который на кодовом замке.Правда,они не охранялись,но мы их спрятали,чтобы не было видно. В целом квартирой довольны! Ужасные подушки,особенно одна из них как цементом набита! У меня болела шея целый день после первой ночи,остальные спала на своем свитре! Сомнительные кастрюли,без крышек,чайника нету вообще! Хотя бы на одно окно можно поставить москитную сетку.Мы были в то время,когда уже комаров почти нету,но как только открывали окна,они сразу налетали!
• Vaknin (7/5): - Clean and cozy apartment. Great for a couple We were unable to enter the apartment because the door would not open. We had to wait over an hour. In retrospect, after a staff member arrived to help us, it turned out that due to the moisture from the water, the door was swelling and could only be opened in a certain way. Even later in the stay, opening the door was very frustrating and did not work smoothly.

• Christine (10/5): - We had a wonderful 4day stay. The location was excellent and the facilities comfortable. The door was not always easy to open. We would have appreciated an electric kettle for heating water.
• Mable (4/5): This could be a nice vacation rental, if it was maintained. 😞 - The location was good as far as going sightseeing. The property is very hard to find with the instructions and directions given. It needed a lot of plumbing maintenance. The bathroom and the kitchen BOTH leaked. When it's HIGH tide... the only exit outside of the property through the tunnel... FLOODS!
• Susan (10/5): Lovely Venice hideaway for two! - Loved the location and watching boats go past. Bed comfortable, shower excellent, heating/aircon very good. Very clean and cosy. Would have liked a kettle and toaster but otherwise all fine.
• Mike (7/5): lovely apartment, shame about hard to open door, and mosquitos - and shower floor always wet - Nice apartment by the water and good location Door was always hard to open and on first time the agency had to come out to do it. We never managed to do it at first attempt. Also, there needs mosquito covers on windows or at least a warning or spray ro something about having windows open as we were badly bitten.
• Persefoni (9/5): Great stay right on the canal. - The apartment is spacious and well furnished. There were clean sheets and towels and the bed was comfortable. The location is great, close to the grand canal and the airport water bus station. There is great view on the canal outside, which is very busy from early morning. The sound of the passing boats was not an issue for us. Easy check in and check out with locker. Host responds quickly. Overall, I would recommend and stay again at this place. More attention needs to be paid on cleanliness (there were hair and spider webs in the bathroom). Electric kettle was not available and a toaster could be added in the kitchen. The narrow street was flooded when we arrived and it was not easy to access the entrance. But this was part of the unique Venice experience.
• Daniel (10/5): An apartment on land... or on a boat??? - The location is truly unique. We felt like we were ourselves transported on a boat as the two windows in the room are directly on the canal with boats passing by non-stop (closing the windows at night blocks most of the sound)... As a result, you can hear the waves hitting the walls. It was magic!!! We used the kitchen facilities to prepare our daily breakfast. The AC was also working very well as it got quite hot for a couple of days. The entire apartment was very clean and very quiet. The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the beginning of a major street with all facilities and is only about 15-20 minutes from San Marco piazza. P.S. One of the 3 photos points to the location of the apartment on the canal (around the corner), another shows the main entrance to the building and a third one depicts a morning delivery in the inside yard of the building... Visiting Venice for the first time, we had a little hard time at the beginning to pinpoint the exact location of the apartment. That said, the photos shared by the owner helped us find our way... sometimes with the help of kind neighbors!!!
