• Anna (10/5): Overall great location and comfortable for 2 days. - Very good location. Walkable to main tourist attractions and local restaurants. Shower leaked, wifi spotty, and tv didn’t work half the time.

• Καθολική (10/5): Ηταν ότι καλύτερο για Airbnb 2 ατόμων στο Κολωνάκι & κεντρικά - Ήταν ωραία διακοσμημένο υπάρχαν αρκετοί χώροι αποθήκευσης, ήταν καθαρό, προσβάσιμο κοντά σε όλα, εύκολο και γρήγορο να πας στο μετρό, κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ και φαρμακείο. Υπήρχαν πολλά amenities στο μπάνιο, επιπλέον υπήρχαν και τσάι και καφέ, και μπουκαλάκια νερό. Ωραίο κρεβάτι μαλακό κοιμηθήκαμε τέλεια! Δύσκολα τα πόμολα στα συρτάρια και στην σκάλα για την κουκέτα, δεν άνοιγαν εύκολα. Επίσης το ντους θέλει αλλαγή γιατί δεν γινόταν μετάβαση του νερού εύκολα από την στήλη στο τηλέφωνο του ντους, η βαλβίδα ξεκουμπώνει και γίνεσαι μούσκεμα γιατί το νερό πέφτει από την στήλη και όχι από το τηλέφωνο όπως το ρυθμίζεις. Επίσης θα θέλαμε φορτιστή και στη δεξιά πλευρά του κρεβατιού δίπλα από το κομοδίνο, ένα πιο απαλό φωτισμό για ύπνο, κοιμόμασταν με το φως που υπήρχε πάνω από το πάγκο με ψυγείο. Επίσης η αντλία για το σαπούνι ήταν πολλή σκληρή, επιπλέον καλύτερα να υπήρχαν νερά τουλάχιστον 0,5l + 0,5l ή έστω ένα μεγάλο μπουκάλι 1,5l

• Panayiotis (8/5): A cosy studio flat in the center of kolonaki - Great location, everything is included , like a hotel room, very good communication with the property and immediate attention. A bit cold in the winter , could do with some extra plugs near the bedsides , sometimes there is noise from outside babies it’s in the lower ground floor but generally not noisy , better tv reception

• Michele (7/5): Raccomandata a chi viaggia da solo o in coppia! - Gentilissimo il personale, che si è premurato di farci avere tutte le informazioni per il check in. La struttura è molto vicina a piazza Syntagma, quindi molto comoda per raggiungere il centro. Purtroppo la posizione al piano -1 comporta l’utilizzo forzato del condizionatore per sopperire alla mancanza d’aria. Il bagno è funzionale ma molto piccolo, un po’ scomodo da usare, ma gli spazi sono quelli e di meglio non potevano fare.

• Rik (7/5): It's alright - The room looks lovely and the location is good. Nice neighbourhood and close to the centre. Every accommodation in Athens is expensive and this is one of the cheaper ones to stay in, but still a bit too pricey in my opinion. It didn't feel that clean, the towels have seen better days (a bit rough), there was one little bug in the bed (I'm sure it was just a one time and there are no bed bugs, but ideally you don't have any of course).

• Dave (10/5): Smart, modern, cosy apartment in the centre of Kolonaki - Modern, quiet, cosy apartment in the centre of Kolonaki. The interior is cleverly designed with ample storage space for bags/clothes and the facilities are comprehensive.. kettle, coffee machine, microwave, crockery, iron, ironing board. Everything you would need whether staying for a couple of nights or longer term. Fantastic! N/A

• Olena (7/5): Good - The location is great, one of the best neighbourhoods in Athens: safe, clean and next to the metro station. The host was super helpful and responsive, check in and check out went smoothly. There apartment is located on the underground floor and there are no windows. It was ok for one night stay, but would be disappointing if I booked it for a longer vacation.
• Carolina (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect for our short stay in Athens. Good market, stores and restaurants nearby. It was also very clean and quiet. They provided water and refreshments. Veronica was a helpful host. Check-in/out process was easy. The bathroom got completely wet after shower. It was impossible to take a shower without using some bath rugs to dry the floor. The building lower level wasn't pleasant - weird smell. Lack of plugs right beside the bed.
• Kezia (8/5): Overall a good stay - The apartment is clean and modern. It's located in a nice area, a lot of good restaurants and brunch places. Also, close to a metro station. It's in the basement and directly next to a street. As a light sleeper, I could hear the car passing by and couldn't sleep very well. The bathroom is tiny and the water spilled from the shower.

Even though the studio is small is really well planned and the bed is comfortable as is the space next to the window great for stretching or reading. During/after the shower the water spilled to the bathroom floor. But nothing terrible.

The bed linen was quality. I also felt safe and secure as a solo traveller. It suited me perfectly. It has limited natural light but I was out most of the day so this didn’t bother me at all

• Mayaqt (9/5): Responsive host, great location, well-equipped apartment. - The room is well-designed and spacious enough, and has everything one needs in it. From hair dryer to iron/board to breakfast snacks, different types of coffee and sugar, to toiletries, including cotton face pads, body lotion, showergel, and cotton bud! As well as cleaning detergents... The hot shower had an excellent pressure and the air conditioning can be adjusted to your comfort level. But most of all the apartment host was an excellent communicator, very responsive and his/her instructions were so clear about how to find the apt, get the key and open the door etc. S/he also kept their word about confirming a day before my arrival to see if I could check in early since my flight arrived at 11. Once s/he confirmed their previous guests would vacate early, s/he, on their own, got back to me and confirmed early check-in. I could tell from the attention-to-detail and the quantity and quality of snacks, toiletries, hairdryer and iron that this is a caring, generous person. The neighborhood, Kolonaki, is excellent and very safe, I felt comfortable dragging my luggage at 5.30am in the morning over to the nearby metro, Evangelismos, to go to the airport, even though barely 1-2 shops were starting to open and most everyone was still asleep. Just note that this is a basement apartment, and the small windows are at street level. The least favorite thing is that it is a basement apartment. But for a basement apt, it gets enough light and has windows that open.

• Lucy (9/5): Superb - The apartment is in an excellent location within easy reach of all the museums, restaurants and sites of historical significance that I wanted to visit. It's on a lovely street, with shops, cafes etc a short walk away. It was easy to find and enter, with clear communication from the host. Inside it was spotless, with everything I needed for my stay. Great value for money. I would definitely stay again.

• Lisa (10/5): Beautifully conceived basement apartment - A very stylish, compact basement studio which was peaceful and in a part of Athens we love - close to the metro, Lycabettus Hill cable car and great strip shops. Seek out Papadakis Restaurant for a wonderful meal! While great bolt hole, could be a little dark if you need day time use

I enjoyed the communication with the owner, she was fast to respond, polite and helpful, with clear instructions . With great recommendations about the local places. Would recommend for any one looking for an intimate place in a great location, cheaper then a hotel but has everything a hotel has.
