• Markendria (1/5): - very clean property and nice staff location great easy access to i10 new hire was trying to change us for different prices and then had our reservations jacked up after shower my booking confirmation saying I booked for the weekend then she said she fixed it and didn’t overall the communication and check in process was bad
• Monica (7/5): - Staff was friendly and helpful. My booking was for 2 Queen beds, but we were given one king bed. It wasn't the worst, but it did mean sharing a bed with my boss. Staff said that yes, I booked one King bed, but when I came back to work, I verified that it was 2 Queens.

• Tammy (10/5): - It was an awesome stay! It was a brand new hotel so that was a plus! Bed was very comfortable and ac was very cold! Room was very clean. Even though we didn’t use it, loved the kitchen! Would definitely stay here again!
• Deanna (6/5): - Hotel is very new and there were a few glitches with the water. First couple of days were fine, then we lost all water to our room. They moved us when it was clear the water situation was not going to improve to the top floors. After a day in the new room on the lower floor, we had no hot water until our final night. I asked for a credit as we had booked a suite and when moved were only in a small non suite room. They were unable to accommodate as we had booked through Expedia and not directly with the hotel. The staff was great and I was sorry we had to keep telling them there were problems, but after our stay, we were glad to move on and get a hot full shower. Disappointed they couldn't discount our bill some with the change to a smaller room and the water issues.

• Jonathan (10/5): Excellent! - We were the first to stay in our room, at this brand new hotel. Everything was of course clean & new. The only complaint we had was the lights in the living room area came on any time we walked in. That’s where our son was sleeping so it was inconvenient if we went in to get a drink or went through to get to the bathroom at night. We couldn’t figure out how to turn the auto light off. Other than that we had a great experience & will definitely there again!
