- Ana Nelia (1/5): - Paguei as diárias e quando meus pais e minha filha chegaram na reserva , o quarto estava locado para outra pessoa . Um completo descaso com o cliente , meus pais viajaram por 5 horas e quando chegaram se depararam com esse situação , foram para comemorar o aniversário de minha mãe . Sequer me deram uma solução , apenas informaram que havia ocorrido um problema na reserva e que iriam reembolsar o valor que havia pago. Um descaso e falta de respeito com o cliente .

- Marcell (10/5): - Quarto limpo e organizado, banheiro amplo e cama confortável. Piscina estava em manutenção, poderia ter avisado, pois nas fotos e nas descrições confirmavam a piscina, pois minha filha adora.
