Guest Reviews
- Jieshan YAO (10/5): - a bit noisy outside of the condo since it is close to hw#5
- Richard (9/5): Great location, cozy with 2.5 baths, highly recommended. - Overall, a great spot, please share that there are three flights of stairs to the main bedroom. Amazing location near Green Lake, shops and dining, close enough to light rail, etc. The house itself was tasteful and comfortable. Two private baths make it so special and a great kitchen. It is very charming! Dishwasher would not open, one toilet seat quite loose, under cabinet puck light in kitchen hanging down the whole time. Didn't love seeing the homeless person and their trash and tent across the street from the front door.
- Emily (10/5): The property is a really lovely townhouse is the lively Green Lake neighborhood - It was located in a lovely neighborhood near Green lake and an easy walk to the Link train. It is so comfortable and quiet.
- Duy (8/5): - Well kept. Good location. Host provided many fans because house got a bit hot. Too many cars parked in front and on side of house makes it difficult to maneuver in and out. Not sure how the city allows people to park illegally like that. It’s a two way street and one car can barely fit going down the road.
- Emily (10/5): The property was beautiful and nicer than billed - Nothing really
- Carl (9/5): Great location for getting to UW with plenty of places to eat, drink & be merry. - Location was great for our stay. Close to restaurants, transit, grocery stores & on-street parking was fairly easy to find if you’re patient. Garage availability was not as described for the unit.

- Kevin (9/5): quiet and relaxing green lake stay - quiet neighborhood, close to the freeway and walking distance to shops and the lake. well-maintained, clean, and the owner was always available when needed. not too far from downtown either! there were many fans provided but it was still hot inside the property, especially on the top most floor. street parking was difficult to find at times.
- Ramin (10/5): -
- Yoga_with_ (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ayham (8/5): Great location, quite neighborhood, clean and comfortable facility - Easy to find, quite neighborhood, main highways are easily accessible from this location .
I highly recommend this house, and certainly I will consider it next time in Seattle The dishwasher wasn’t working properly
- Robin (9/5): Cozy and Conveniently Located Townhouse - The location is excellent - close to the Roosevelt Link station that goes to UW, downtown, and the airport. Easy walk to the station. The neighborhood is very nice. My husband ran around Green Lake every day we stayed there. There is a Whole Foods store and a Safeway a short drive away plus a local grocery store that you can walk to in about 3 minutes. The beds were fabulous and the bedding was super soft and nice. The townhouse has 4 floors - just so you know that there are stairs to climb! The ground floor is the entrance and garage; the second floor is the kitchen, living area, and half bath; the third floor is the secondary bedroom, attached bathroom, and laundry area; the fourth floor is the main bedroom and attached bathroom. Most of our time was spent in the living room/kitchen area which was very nice. The kitchen was large enough for us to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner and have 3 of us in the kitchen at one time. There is no dining area, but the bar is large and worked well for us. The heat was controlled with individual thermostats in the living area and the two bedrooms which was nice, and the heat worked well for us. Note that it is possible to have the units run on either high or low (there is a switch on each unit). There was a little confusion on parking -- the listing said that there was private parking. There is parking on the street, but you can't park in the driveway because it is shared with another townhouse. The parking situation should be addressed in the listing. The living area is cozy but the fireplace did not work when we were there. I messaged the owner several times, and they gave me suggestions for things to try to get the fireplace work, but it did not work. The other downside was the traffic noise because the townhouse is very close to Interstate 5. The sound didn't bother us too much because we usually were busy cooking or had the tv on during the day, and at night we had fans running to drown out the noise. If we had stayed there during a time when the weather was nicer and we had the windows open, the traffic noise would have been bothersome. However, I did see several portable A/C units in the townhouse -- so maybe with the A/C units running and some fans going the noise would not be too bad. There were several large fans in the house which was a plus. Both bedrooms also had ceiling fans although I could not find a control for one of the ceiling fans. Overall we loved staying in the townhouse but there are several small things the owner should address that would make the place even nicer and more welcoming (fireplace, ceiling fan control, no water dispenser or ice in fridge, no lamps in living room - just overhead lights, no glasses in kitchen - just cups, pans and cutting boards were in bad shape, sink plunger did not work in secondary bath, etc.). These are all small things that the owner could address with little cost or effort, so hopefully the townhouse will be even nicer to stay in with some small improvements.
- Pamela (10/5): Amazing stay at Green Lake! - The house is gorgeous and very comfortable, and it's located in Green Lake, an amazing place to stay. We enjoyed our stay very much, slept very well, and could enjoy the neighborhood life as it was pretty close to everything (markets, good restaurants, and the lake itself). The house was very clean and well-equipped for our needs. The hosts were very kind and even agreed to extend our stay when we needed it. The highway is nearby so some noise from it can be heard especially during the day. Everything else was pretty great!
- Anna (9/5): Fantastic location and comfortable home away from home. We'll be back! - Liked location and layout. Good to have beds/baths on each level. Very attractive interior and window views of autumn leaves outside just beautiful. Host responsive to our questions via text. Traffic outside is noisy. Wish we'd had some coffee provided and more water glasses.
- Summer (9/5): Great space, close to lake right off I5 and 20 min from Roosevelt station. Comfortable large rooms and a well equipped k - Each floor has a bathroom, upper floors full bath.
Nice bedding
Large bedrooms No ice available from freezer
Street Parking sometimes difficult to come by
A list of close by restaurants grocery stores and drug stores would be helpful
