• Chris (10/5): Lovely apartment. Very well equipped. Off road parking space - Easy to find, with a numbered parking space in the adjoining car park. A very well equipped apartment with everything that we needed. Well stocked as well - not necessarily a complete list, but tea, coffee, hot chocolate, crisps, milk..even a couple of beers in the fridge! Nice having a view over the canal….more movement of ducks than boats. Communication with the host, Paul, was quick, helpful, and you got the sense he would go out of his way to make sure your stay went well. Any time we need to be in that area this apartment will be top of the list. I couldn’t identify a single thing to not like

• Alan (10/5): Great location for the CBS Arena, nice and peaceful on the waterside - The property is a home from home, it has everything you need, the most well equipped property I’ve stayed in. It is in a very quiet area and has easy parking. Good WiFi, tea, coffee and a welcome pack on arrival just perfect. To be honest it would be very hard to find a fault.

• JULIE (10/5): Modern apartment furnished to a high standard, everything you need for a comfortable stay. - Went to see a football match at the Coventry Building Society area. Very convenient location for this. About 10 minute walk along the canal. Lamp in twin room was very good, different colours when you touched it but no good for reading in bed.
• David Martin (9/5): Prime location for CCFC! - Convenience to Coventry Arena (easy walk). Canal view. Free parking. Excellent communication. Welcome pack. Everything clean. Lounge a little overlooked by neighbours when curtains / blinds open, but more of an observation than a criticism. I also find 4:30pm check-in a little late. I would recommend this apartment to all, and hope to stay here again.

Lots of little extras left by the hosts which were really useful and also made me feel welcome and looked after. The apartment was easy to get into via the lockbox and good instructions from the host. Inside we had everything we needed and the apartment had been decorated and fitted out to a high standard. Would definitely book again. Nothing
• della (10/5): 100 percent perfect for a weekend away - Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Host was super helpful with allowing an earlier check in however you hit traffic on the motorway and arrived slightly late. However the facilities and the comfort was perfect home away from home. Will be back in a few months. Sam and della Nothing not to like.

• Egle (10/5): A fantastic apartment- it felt like at home - Area was very quite, we had a free space to park our car. Apartment was excellent! Clean and cozy with a fast internet. We only stayed one night, but there were all appliances needed. Bathroom was clean and had shampoo, shower gel, etc. Beds were comfortable and we had a peaceful sleep. Host has excellent communication skills. Provided us with all necessary information and guidance. We arrived to a pre-warmed and lit up flat. It felt like at home ❤️ very appreciated. • Sami32 (9/5): Great apartment. Stylish, comfortable with parking. - We liked the location, it was about a 15 minute drive to the centre. There was one official parking space but loads of parking on the street too. Key collection was easy as was returning it. The apartment was stylish and pretty clean. The beds were comfy with a place to hang clothes but no where really to put underwear. They had put some squash in the fridge and a cute welcome basket with a biscuits and crisps in which was a nice touch. The WiFi was easy to connect to. Well stocked kitchen too. The owners were very responsive with messages, which was great. Overall we would very happily stay here again. Just needs a dust (above lamps/lights and the fake plants) and this is us being VERY picky!

• michael (10/5): Excellent, spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment - What an excellent apartment! Exceeded my expectations in many ways. Very nice and clean, comfortable, bright, spacious and very well equipped. The owners were communicative and very helpful. In general, it felt very chilled and relaxed. Nice and quiet with a lovely view onto the canal. It was also really nice to have a very cold beer in the fridge after driving for hours on a hot day (thank you for that!). The main double bed was comfy and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The location was excellent and we were able to walk to the Ricoh stadium. It was also pleasant being by the river. • Lynda (10/5): Football / Birthday Family Break - Slight delay in getting keys - though there was a pub 5 min walk away on canal (The Langford Engine). Apartment clean with fresh towels and bedding. Paul was very welcoming on arrival. Welcome basket was a hit by all. (2 Adults 2 kids) If visiting CBS Arena would definitely recommend staying here as only 15-20 min walk away along canal.

• Hannah (9/5): Great stay near the NEC - We stayed here between two days at the NEC and it worked perfectly for us. It was quick and easy to get to from NEC, just a short trip on the M6, about 20 minutes, easy to locate. On arrival the host was waiting for us and there was an allocated parking space for us by the apartment. Once in, everything was clean and comfortable, we were offered a travel cot, as we were travelling with my 2 year old, but we didn't need it (the host had messaged ahead to see if we would like it set up) but there was also a highchair that was handy for breakfast. The beds were comfortable, the heating was easy to use and adjust. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and all the usual appliances. Beautiful light in the living room in the morning from the window overlooking the Canal. Travelling with a toddler this was the perfect solution for us over the alternative option of a hotel at the NEC as we could put her to bed, and then sit up and watch a film and have a drink without disturbing her. We stayed a Friday night and it was quiet, we were all in bed by 10pm and none of us were disturbed! Nothing - The only thing I would note is that it is on the first floor with no lift as far as I'm aware. Absolutely no problem for us what so ever, but something to consider if you have mobility issues.

We are planning another two trips to the NEC next year and we will definitely stay here. Having to leave, we would have liked to stay longer.

The WiFi password didn't seem to work which wasn't an issue as I was only there a short time and I'm sure I would have been helped if I asked for help with this but I didn't as it wasn't important to me.

The flat has everything you need for a few days away or longer. Quiet location...allocated parking space. Decorated really nice, comfortable beds. Nice view from the lounge overlooking the canal. We intend to book again next year. We met the host Emma who was lovely & left some food essentials which was a really nice touch. 10/10. Liked everything.

Ten minutes to motorway, ten minutes to CBS Arena, but in nice quiet location. Really, REALLY, need a new lock on the front door. Host struggled when letting me in and on one occasion I genuinely feared I was going to be locked out. Have to travel a ways to find somewhere decent to eat.

Little touches like a welcome basket with essentials such as bread biscuits and milk were a lovely extra. Even having shampoos body washes etc was more than I expected for an apartment stay. The location was ideal for us visiting family and the buses ran all the time for easy commute into town/city centre. A very quiet location with views of the canal. Emma the host met us and give some recommendations as to where to walk to eat etc. couldn’t have had a nicer stay. Would highly recommend to families. Hardly ever leave reviews but this apartment really stood out to us. Perfect from start to finish.

• Eduardo (10/5): Excellent - The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It is excellent for a family. It has a parking place. It was relatively near the Arena stadium of Coventry (15 minutes walking) in a quite and nice residential area by a nice canal. No restaurants in the area. Few trains to reach Arena stadium from Coventry. No problem if you go by car.
