• David (7/5): Not the best, but not the worst. A lot of potential! - Huge house. Comfortable beds. Great air conditioning. Huge tv. Large kitchen/dining area. Nicely renovated bathrooms. Lots of indoor and outdoor spaces. Kitchen equipment could be updated, eg knife with tip broken off, no bbq utensils and no equipment to clean the bbq (which had a lot of cobwebs!). Random opened and unopened food left in the fridge, freezer and pantry. Fridge crisper had food remnants. A couple of holes in the walls (front door handle). Lots of cobwebs. Thick layer of dust under main bedroom bedhead. Overall cleanliness of the house could definitely be improved.

• Gieles (6/5): - Ir was convenient It was dusty, the kitchen stove extractor was filthy, the heating was hot in the front bathroom, the rest of the house was cold, needs warmer donnas, the remote was missing for the front windows so everyone could see in to the main area - no privacy,, the pool was filthy and the 2nd bathroom glass was filthy. The heating needs a filter clean.

• Sue (10/5): fantastic family home for a get away- everything you would ever need is in this home. - the communication with the host was excellent- very clear instructions re the key access, details on features of the home and how to use them ie security blind/shutters, heating and cooling, also clear instructions as what to do when upon leaving.It is not the Hilton but it was amazingly appointed- i would only suggest labelling the cupboards!!! so much kitchen storage. We will be back!

• Mary (10/5): Exceptional - The minute we walked inside we were pleasantly surprised with this beautiful property. The photo's don't do it justice. We felt totally at home and the beds were divine. The swimming pool was a big treat as we had warm weather. Everything was perfect. Darcy was an excellent host as we forgot my son's kindle and he kindly offered to post it to us free of charge. Thank you again for a beautiful stay that brought my family together. Benny (our Japanese Spitz) thoroughly loved it too.

• Kirsten (9/5): Excellent stay in lovely Kyabram - The property was as advertised. Clean and huge bedrooms with 2 living spaces. Decorated well and having basic condiments was great. Had it been summer we would have used the pool. Would definitely return when we stay in the area.
• Roz (10/5): Spacious getaway home. - The location was perfect for us to attend a family function at the club. The home was spacious with two separate living areas. Spotlessly clean with new bathrooms and carpets in the bedrooms. Everything was great.

Nice big kitchen table to sit around. Has all the facilities u need for a great stay. Front of the house not so appealing but once you walk inside ..its lovely, clean and welcoming And great little pool in back yard to cool off on a hot day.
