Irena (1/5): - Rating: 1/10 – Completely Unacceptable Stay This property should not be listed until major issues are resolved. We were without running water for FIVE DAYS during our stay. This is a basic necessity, and the situation was handled terribly. The landlord did not believe us, showed no urgency, and offered no meaningful help while we were dealing with an unlivable condition. In addition, the elevators are extremely slow. Waiting 15–20 minutes just to go up or down was a daily issue and added unnecessary stress to the stay. Despite the lack of water for several days and the constant elevator problems, we received no compensation, no apology, and no accountability. The overall attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. This was a very disappointing experience. If you value basic comfort, responsiveness, and respect as a guest, I strongly recommend choosing a different property.

Sonia (8/5): Very good - I would stay here again. The view from my balcony was nice. The decor was nice, the location was walking distance to the beach, it has a small convenience store that sells pretty much everything and it has a coffee shop. The area was super nice. This stay does not restock anything in the apartment. No napkins, toiletries, trash bags, towels, etc. The pool area doesn't provide towels. The biggest issue is the elevator rules. You can't access lobby elevators. If you've been in a pool or beach, you have to use the service elevator, and there's only one, and it takes super long. I was there for 20 minutes.
