• Dan (7/5): Good value for the price! - Nice pool. Good lounge/bar area. Room was ok, if not a bit run down & dirty in spots. Not far from the beach, restaurants & shops. Good fan & AC unit. Good staff. SUPER FIRM BED! Trying to pay was a NIGHTMARE. In house card system didn't work & online portal (like most online portals in India) RUBBISH! Room is generally in ok condition, although could do repainting & finishing properly. Could also most DEFINITELY do with a deep clean in the corners & around the edges of everywhere. Walk down an unpaved dirt track not ideal in the dark. But I knew that before booking & wasn't an issue. Bedding had most definitely seen better days! WiFi average & can be temperamental. Sometimes randomly loud music. No fridge. Shower less than average water pressure.

• Siddhesh (10/5): The hosts were both helpful and friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and in-house food. - Location is better as it is closer to the market and beach. Some electrical switches and sockets were damaged and loose in the room and swimming pool, as well. This could be a safety hazard.

The olace is very inside main road.. there is no any cell network not a single bar for jio and idea.. this makes uncomfortable.. door mat should be replace..

• Shivam (1/5): ⚠️ Worst Experience Ever – Unsafe for Couples, Extremely Rude Staff - ⚠️ Worst Experience Ever – Unsafe for Couples, Extremely Rude Staff! I had a terrible and shocking experience at The Social Stay Hostel/Hotel. This place is absolutely not safe for couples or even solo travelers. The staff behave more like goons than professionals. They have no manners, no respect, and no sense of hospitality. We booked the room at a fixed price, but later they forced us to pay ₹1300 extra without any valid reason. When we refused, they snatched our bags and tried to threaten us. Their behavior was extremely rude, aggressive, and scary, especially for a couple staying there. They entered our room twice without permission and sat with local boys in front of our room. There was no privacy or security — they kept interfering and making us uncomfortable. They entered our room twice without permission and saw with local boys in front of our room. The staff spoke in a disrespectful and intimidating tone, creating a very unsafe environment. We genuinely felt harassed and scared inside the property. This place is a complete fraud, and the management supports these unprofessional and abusive staff members. They try to extract extra money by force and make you feel helpless. Couples, please avoid this place at all costs. It’s not worth risking your safety, comfort, or dignity. There are many better hotels nearby where staff are polite and you’ll actually feel welcome and secure. Strongly NOT recommended Fake hospitality – real harassment. 🚫

I would urge everyone to make a visit and experience the best by themselves. Nothing, Everything was perfect. No complaints.

Starting with Ashutosh, he goes more than out of his way to make you feel at home and is omnipresent whatever time you call him. Kudos to you buddy, grow from strength to strength. His team includes Rahul, Mithun and Chef Akshay. This was my first time at North Goa and I would recommend this place to everyone who visits.

• Vikrant (6/5): It’s good for couples but would recommend to solo backpackers looking to know people while travelling - Facilities and infrastructure. 1. Its location. 2. Since I am a backpacker I prefer meeting backpackers. In my 6 days of stay I mostly saw Indian couples in the hostel so getting a chance to know people and make friends is very slim

I was told to get out of the hostel at 3o clock at night, telling me that they have already booked the whole place and I don't have any space !! . But the beds were empty. I begged the administration to let me live till morning,but they didn't understand and called cops on me I got mentally harrassed,I went to the hospital after this. I am going through a therapy to come out of this trauma.

The dormitory was comfortable, with cozy beds that made for a restful sleep. The location is excellent, just a short distance from Morjim Beach. The staff was friendly sand helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. • Kanaan (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect. 5 minute walk to Morjim and ashwen beach. Some cool eclectic restaurants in the area and mini markets close by. It is close to a few things happening but also a bit further out so it’s quiet and you can relax. The staff were really great. Cool hang out spot to chill with pool table, it’s open for everyone to play communally.

The staff is supportive and caring, also they provide good facilities. The road reaching the property should be in better condition, since it isn't proper, one should take care of his vehicle while driving.
