They should be available for you at all times and not waots for hours for an answer, that why the rating was 8/10.

• Dmytro (9/5): Reasonable for the money paid - large and comfortable apartment, two bathrooms €300 refundable deposit. Smell in the bathroom with the shower. Shower cabin in a bad condition. No tablets for the dishwasher (I would add one for each day of renting, it wouldn’t cost a lot, but instead we should have bought a pack) Not attractive view from the windows

• B-reist (8/5): Convenient location, comfortable stay - Due to flight changes, the family arrived at different times, being a family of four adults, using the key box was a good alternative to extra set of door keys, as long as everyone remember the code. The flat was fairly modern and practical, and fitted our needs - we dined out for lunch and dinners and really just needed the fridge for cold drinks and breakfast cereal items, water kettle for hot drinks and some place to relax and eat and sleep - all worked fine and appeared clean upon arrival. Long enough beds. Windows in the main bedroom could be opened when you just learned how they functioned - new to me. Rack/clothes drier for drying towels on the back balcony (convenient since no towel-bar in the bathrooms). Good location for short walks to the Lazarus church and the fort; and easy reach for everything in the older city, very good restaurants (recommended by a local guide on our first day) within 10-15 minutes walk. We also made our longer walks to the salt lake and the Hala Sultan Tekke which worked fine as well, but perhaps not midday in the heat of the summer as there were limited shade. Google maps based on the given booking.com-address doesn't show/give the exact location of the flat. Use the provided pictures and name of the building from the host when booking any transport/taxi service to limit misunderstandings. The microwave could have been convenient for some simple heating, but missed a plug to use (wires only in the end of the el-cable). Upon arrival and throughout our stay there was a smell from the bathroom with a shower as if the water lock/U-bend had run dry at some point but the smell didn't go away upon use. Two bathrooms each with a wc and sink, and one also combined with a shower; rather small rooms/shower, and limited storage place (e.g., no shelves above sink or in shower, nor towel-bar/-hook for the big towels).

Barking in the morning and late at night group gatherings very nearby. Wifi sñow and like some hotel rooms the appartment required the door key fob for power which meant a delay each time

• Angela (9/5): Superb - The apartment is new and very attractive. All the furnishings were new and there was plenty of space for everyone. It's spotlessly clean and is in a good location - within walking distance to the centre where all the shops and restaurants are. There were some small supermarkets in the area around the apartment too. It had 2 balconies and two bathrooms and felt spacious. There was parking under the building, but we didn't use it because you could could get blocked in by other cars. However, there was also an area directly opposite the apartment on the street where we could park for free too. We didn't actually meet the owners, but they set up a group on whatsapp so we could contact them whenever we needed. And when we needed more sheets and towels, for the 5th guest, t hey delivered them very quickly. The only thing that could be improved was that there was no oven even though it says on the booking that there is. And the coffee machine didn't work. No oven and the coffee machine didn't work.
