• Maria nohemy (9/5): Una escapada perfecta a la tranquilidad - Es un lugar muy agradable, especial, diferente, es muy acogedor, perfecto para quienes simplemente quieren tranquilidad Mejorar las camas auxiliares, un poco más de comodidad en esas camas sería la estancia perfecta. Me gustaría encontrar en la alacena café de la región, las marcas comerciales que había en la cocina definitivamente no van con ese lugar tan hermoso!!

• Tomasz (10/5): Beautiful lake front property with everything you may need for short to medium stay !!! - Perfectly located lake front property, near main attraction of La Piedra, with everything single traveler or couple might need for great and romantic gateway. Fair value, the host, Doña Dora, was very responsive, gave us great, point to point directions to the property with pictures and recommended places to visit. Breakfast was delicious and delivered on time every morning. We rented JetSki from James, who welcomed us on the first day, to make 1 hour tour of Guatape Lakes. JetSki was delivered to our property, so no unnecessary traveling to a different place. We used Jacuzzi at night. It was ideal place to spend 4 day long weekend. I would highly recommend this very private and lovely little house. Everything was just perfect, nothing to complain about

The place is spectacular: the views are breathtaking, and the location is peaceful, surrounded by nature—perfect for disconnecting and relaxing. The cabin was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were high quality, and everything worked perfectly. I also want to highlight the hosts, who were very kind and attentive at all times. It’s clear they care about providing a great experience.

• Faridh (2/5): Save your money, look elsewhere - The wifi was very fast, and the person responsible was always available. The location was very close to the Piedra. I would not recommend this Treehouse cabin under any circumstances. We stayed here with 3 people. This was not our first time in Guatape, but it was the worst experience as for accomodation we had so far. When we arrived, the beds weren’t even ready—there were no bedsheets despite us asking for arrangements ahead of time because we were going to be arriving later. To make things worse, the main bed was ridiculously small for two people; it was more suitable for just one person. The entire room was incredibly dusty, and all the cutlery was old, with pans that were dirty. At one point, even the gas went out, and it really felt like they weren’t prepared for guests at all. The jacuzzi was disgusting, filled with brown water, and it clearly hadn’t been used or cleaned in months. We also had cold water for showers the entire weekend, which is unacceptable. For the $150 per night we paid, this was not worth it at all. Another thing to consider, although not the cabin's fault, is the noise. From 11 am, the helicopters start flying overhead, and the party boats are incredibly loud. Lastly, the stairs leading to the cabin are extremely dangerous, with some steps broken. In previous reviews they mentioned that they were going to fix them, but that clearly hasn’t happened. When we pointed these issues out, all they said was that they would work on it, but honestly, I’m skeptical they’ll actually address anything. Save your money and look elsewhere.
