The room is cleaned very well, furtniture is new and it's was a pleaure to stay here. Imma is really hospital persone. There was no balkony as it was indicated in the description of the room.

The apartment itself was modern, beautifully furnished, and super clean – it felt really cosy and comfortable, like a little home away from home. - Jeremy (10/5): Modern, clean, perfect location, even better administration - Location: Perfect, in a rather upscale neighborhood right next to the Galleria Umberto I with a plethora of good restaurants, cafes and shops. The old town with all its touristic attractions is within a 30 min walking distance and you're right next to the port if you'd like to catch a ferry to capri. Also, loads of public transport options are very close by. Accommodation: clean, modern, cozy! Nice clean shower with good water pressure, bed and pillows not the comfiest ever but still okay and what's more important: very clean! You do get some street noises but it's a great trade off for being in such a nice, central area. Communication/checkin: Imma is an absolute gem! Uncomplicated, everything just flows and works no matter the circumstances. 10/10 recommended! All in all, I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Naples!

The bed was too hard for my husband and I, but it didn’t take away from our general liking of the hotel and area it was in.
