• celine (6/5): Séjour agréable mais cuisine à refaire - Très bon emplacement. Chambres correctes. Hôte adorable qui fait tout pour rendre le séjour agréable et propose des excursions à des prix défiant toute concurrence. Possibilité de laisser les bagages en cas d’excursion ou de départ différé salle de bain très vétuste et cuisine pas propre avec peu d’équipement qui ne donne pas envie de rester manger au logement

• Jack (7/5): Reliable budget hotel - The hotel is a budget hotel in a city that has predominantly expensive options. Thus, it is difficult to complain about basic amenities if you're paying a much reduced price compared to competition. The room works. It has a roof and the toilet flushes. The kitchen is an acceptable state for cooking a bowl of porridge. The hotel is only a short 10 min walk to the square. Perhaps 15mins for a portly American addicted to glucose. Natural light is most welcome and not something to be taken for granted. The man at the desk was pleasant enough and painstakingly explained the complex hot water mechanics The man at the desk was friendly but displayed slightly erratic behaviour when we checked in. However his demeanour calmed itself during our stay. The WiFi was incredibly weak in our room, a router booster would be a no-nonsense investment. A mirror in the bathroom would go very far. I highly suggest that one is installed pronto.

• Kian (4/5): - There were stains on the walls and the plaster was peeling off the walls and ceiling. The room was out dated and cramped with three beds filling the one room. The shower was over complicated to work and disappointing when it did. The kitchen was so rundown that when I opened the door of the welsh dresser it disintegrated in my hand and there weren't enough facilities for the guests to cook.

• clementina (6/5): - La struttura si trova vicino a 10 minuti a piedi da plaza de armas. In una via facilmente accessibile. Lo staff accogliente e molto disponibile a risolvere ogni richiesta. La stanza assegnata i è abbastanza grande.. occorrerebbe un poco più di manutenzione soprattutto per il bagno....questo aiuterebbe un po' di più non è una critica ma un suggerimento perché questa struttura se ne avvantaggerebber molto.

• Arthur (10/5): a homey lodging - It's an excellent place; for a low price, you get 2 beds and a private room, clean and comfortable. It also has a kitchen and is very close to everything. It's a very quiet and homey place. .
• Alicja (7/5): - Po takiej cenie nie należy spodziewać się luksusu, ale obiekt spełnia podstawowe zapotrzebowanie- pokój z łóżkiem do spania, ciepła woda pod prysznicem, bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel. Mogliśmy zostawić bagaże na 2 dni, a także po powrocie z Kanionu Kolka (po wymeldowaniu) skorzystać z łazienki. Przydałaby się mała lampka nocna obok łóżka.

• Wendt (6/5): Voor de prijs prima. - Locatie is goed, en voor de prijs moet je niks verwachten. We hadden onze eigen (niet spik en span schone) kamer, dat was prettig, maar de tijd heeft gewoon 20 jaar stilgestaan daar. Douches en toilet zijn niet meer dan oke. Niet altijd even schoon, zeker in het ene douchegebouw. Ook sochtends boren om half 8 had wel even aangekondigd mogen worden.

• simon (3/5): - I can't say I liked much about this property, its very run down. The room looked like a prison cell, the breakfast was OK, bread, butter, jam, coffee. The bathroom was was supposedly private and was a short walk from my room and really in a poor state. At 6.30 am there was a deafening loud drilling noise above my ceiling which was the roof and I food work men breaking the concrete on the roof as it needed replacing. The owner apologised and offered to give me my money back, I let him keep 1 night. Noise, as well as the builiding work, also had loud neighbors, walls paper thin, playing music and getting drunk
• Sam (8/5): Super cheap and cheerful option - This is a super cheap and cheerful option. The staff were really helpful and welcoming and it's the cheapest place I've stayed so far in Peru. It's a little bit out of town but that does mean its nice and quiet. The private bathrooms aren't en suite, so not really private, but they are nice and hot water too. The rooms are a bit scruffy, but for the price it's worth it.

Assistenza incredibile! Camera pulita e luminosa. Il locatore mi ha fatto stare in una stanza più grande perché quella prenotata non era disponile. Una gran fortuna perché non mi ha fatto pagare il sovrapprezzo! Ho lavato a mano le mie cose e potevo stenderle dove lavano e asciugano le loro. Il cancello principale è un po’ difficile da aprire e il giorno del check out devi liberare la stanza molto presto, per le 9.30

They have laundry service The property is outdated and needs some urgent renovation.The toilets are dirty, the shower curtains are so old and full of holes. There’s no soap in the toilets either. Some of the locks are not working and you don’t feel like you have privacy while having a shower. Reception is not open all the time during the day and you need to coordinate with them to check in or out. Also, the check out at 9.30 am is really early.

(Que se soit la chambre ou la douche!) J’ai pris une chambre avec salle de bain privé et j’ai eu le droit à des toilettes dans la cour en extérieur, juste horrible quand tu as envi de faire en pleine nuit, j’ai été malade à cause de ça par rapport au froid.

• Tomasz (9/5): Superb - Place is actually super quiet! Sure it is totally run down but it is far more quiet than places at 5x the cost. So if you are not afraid of paint pealing from everything then this is a good place to stay and rest. Quiet. The owner and cleaning lady are not there 100% of the time. Thus you have to wait for them to get there to open things up or let you in. Once you have keys things are great.

• Pilot (10/5): Exceptional - The place is nice, the staff is very friendly, the owner is very patient and always willing to help, it has a basic but functional kitchen, clean bathrooms with hot water at all times, I went trekking and they kept my backpacks for several days without paying anything and they let me use the bathrooms and wait until my travel time, they even called me a taxi since I was no longer a guest because my check out was 2 days before, excellent! :)
• Lider#1 (10/5): I felt great! - The service is excellent, I arrived early in the morning and they welcomed me, I waited at reception and when a room became free they cleaned it and let me enter well before check-in without paying more, I was able to wash my clothes at a good price and it was ready the same day, they sold me a tour at a good price and it was excellent, the hostel is very close to everything, it is easy to walk to the city, I felt great! • Parissa (4/5): Overbooked - So, the good thing was the communication before arrival. However, when we arrived and after we had paid it turned out that they had overbooked our room. So, the great thing was that they immediately offered a solution. We were walked over to a neighboring hostel. Everything from then on was below expectations. Yes, we had our own room. BUT it had no window, the bathroom was only divided by a halfopen wall, the sheets were dirty and worst of all: it was super moldy. At first sight, we agreed because it was late and we just wanted to sleep. But it was a really uncomfortable place.

When I arrived I complained that the bathroom was dirty and they cleaned it. The worst was the shower, I had hot water for a minute and then turned off the electricity. Bedroom & bathroom need more lights.
