• Stephen (8/5): Excellent value for money, fantastic staff, brilliant location - OK, it’s a hostel, but it’s linked to a nearby hotel and we had our own room with a balcony and an ensuite and it was all we needed. More than anything it was clean. The staff were fantastic and the location second to none Nothing really we could’ve got something cheap cheaper but it would’ve been miles out of town. Don’t get me wrong it’s not luxury, but I’ve stayed in three star hotels that were much worse.

• Nascimento (9/5): Semana agradável - A localização excelente. Ter eletrodomésticos no quarto ajuda muito. Chuveiro tivemos dificuldades para a água ficar quente. Sugerimos colocar uma explicação para facilitar novos hóspedes. Nem todo turista sabe usar o aquecedor.

• Hafsa (9/5): Calidad-precio PERFECTO - La localización era perfecta, estaba bien connectada con el transports publico, tanto buses como metro. Además de estar muy cerca de calles con tiendas y Restaurante, eso fue positiva para ir a cenar no muy lejos del hotel. El personal era tan amable y cercano, que entablar conversaciones con ellos salía de forma natural. Las camas eran algo incomodas, pero lo importante fue que pudimos descansar trotas estar mas de 8 horas paseando por Londres jajajaj.

• Paula (7/5): Sencillo pero muy atentos - La ubicación es maravillosa, cerca de todo y zona super bonita y tranquila. El personal es encantador, te ofrecen atención en todo momento y tienen muchísimos detalles (café de bienvenida, té etc...). Y en cuanto la habitación es antigua y un poco pequeña(especialmente el baño) pero cada día vienen a limpiarlo y te traen toallas limpias. Lo que nos preocupó un poco fue que la llave del portal era el mismo que la habitación... por lo que nos faltó un poco de seguridad por esta parte. El wifi muy inestable

• Lima Filho (10/5): Excepcional - nota 10 - O lugar e muito próximo da estação de Paddingon, sem mencionar as lojas,restaurantes,mercados e paradas de ônibus que fazem parte do caminho até la, o que para nos turistas auxilia muito na hora de se organizar para sair e passar o dia fora. Quando tivemos que fazer o check out, tanto o recepcionista quanto a dona do local foram muito simpáticos, e ficamos muito gratos por toda a ajuda que nos ofereceram Recomendo!
• Laurel (8/5): Wonderful budget stay in an excellent location! - Wonderful location, excellent and responsive staff! Simple but complete accommodations. Thank you for a lovely stay. Beds were a bit squeaky if you are a light sleeper. Not a lot of extra space in the rooms but just across from an excellent garden square. Overall, very good especially for the price.

• Thi Nhat Linh (8/5): - The position is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our rooms are very spacious. The facility is kinda old, but it’s well-kept.
• Martine (8/5): J’ai adoré mon séjour - Hai aime le personnel qui était très agréable et l’emplacement pas très loin du centre ( 40 min de marche ) ou vraiment à proximité de tout ( transport, magasin ou encore restaurant) Le faut qu’il n’y ai pas d’assesseur et d’avoir été au dernière étage. De plus au dernier étage on ne captait pas la connexion de l’établissement. Puis quelques inconfort dans le logement ( un peu de brûlure ou de plaque qui s’enlève sur le plafond ) mais pas dérangeant .

• Mari Carmen Avendaño (8/5): - The location was good. Even though it was not in the very centre with the tube or bus , which was very close, you reach all the attractions. The manager was very charming and at your disposal trying to help. She offered us coffee, tea and biscuits as courtesy, which was a great detail. Room a little bit small for us, a little bit noisy when you opened and close de door of the bathroom, which was disturbing for the rest of the group when sleeping. Pillow was uncomfortable for me. The rest was OK

Lovely area of London,felt safe and was clean.Little kitchenette area was very handy for making cereal,tea,sandwiches etc,bathroom,cutlery and cups etc were washed/changed each morning.Beds comfortable for our family of 6 on a budget.would definitely consider staying again.Litsa was very nice and helpful on arrival and allowed us to check in early. Check in is a2min walk around the corner-could be a little inconvenient for some with early or late arrivals with luggage or very small children etc.Acc was clean and safe but definitely could be doing with some updating and modernisation.Some noise at night-expected in a city.also need some comfortable chairs/stools for the kitchenette area and maybe a small fold down table.A bigger t.v would also be a bonus.

• Mattia (10/5): Very positive experience - The position was perfect. Our room was rather clean and everyday our towels were changed. One night, around midnight, we had an issue with the power outlets (our fault) and the staff was there in 5 minutes to help us, and solved it right away. Everyone was very polite. We had a very positive experience.

• Eleni (10/5): Overall, a great experience I would totally recommend it for a stress free and enjoyable stay. - We had a wonderful stay for two nights. The host, miss Litsa, was very kind, welcoming and professional communicating with us even before arriving to make sure we had a smooth and quick check in. The room itself was spotless and exactly as described, it was cleaned and tidied every day by the staff which was a pleasant surprise. The location was also perfect with paddington station being just a minute walk away so all the attractions were near.

The accommodation was fantastic for our stay in London, and the location was excellent, as Paddington Station was very close and well-connected to all of London. As for the hostel staff, I have absolutely no complaints; they were all wonderful, very friendly and helpful. We were able to store our backpacks with them without any problems whatsoever. If I travel to London again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you.

W pokojach prywatne łazienki, aneksy kuchenne, wymiana ręczników i sprzątanie proponowane było codziennie. Miły i pomocny personel. Obiekt idealny dla osób które nastawione są na zwiedzanie Londynu. Blisko atrakcji turystycznych do których można dotrzeć na piechotę.

Ho apprezzato che il cambio degli asciugami sia stato effettuato tutti i giorni del soggiorno (siamo stati 3 notti). È presente il phoh e set cortesia. Wi-fi quasi inesistente. Pulizia mediocre. Arredamento un pò vecchiotto, ma se uno ci si acconta è accettabile. Se uno gira per la città tutto il giorno, alla fine va solo a dormire!

• Enparantza (9/5): Magnifica estancia en Londres - Lo que más nos gustó fue el excelente trato al cliente. El personal que lleva el hostal es muy amable y cercano. Al llegar, nos regalaron un paquete de galletas y nos invitaron a tomar té con ellos. Éramos 11 personas y, aun así, no dudaron en recibirnos con tanta atención. Incluso nos acompañaron personalmente hasta el hostal. Tuvimos algunos problemas con la cerradura y nos ayudaron de inmediato; lo solucionaron rápidamente y siempre respondían a nuestros mensajes enseguida. Además, la ubicación es excelente: está en un barrio residencial, tranquilo, seguro y sin mal ambiente. No se escuchaba ruido de otras habitaciones, lo cual se agradece mucho. La habitación contaba con baño privado, todo estaba muy limpio y las camas eran muy cómodas. También nos sorprendió gratamente disponer de microondas y frigorífico en la habitación. Aunque no fue culpa del personal, tuvimos un problema con la cerradura de una de las habitaciones. Se rompió y lo solucionaron dándole la vuelta como medida provisional. Entendemos que cambiar una cerradura no es algo que se pueda hacer de una hora para otra, así que fue una solución rápida, aunque quizá no la más acertada. Aun así, cuando no entendíamos bien cómo funcionaba, vinieron enseguida a ayudarnos a abrirla. Reservamos dos habitaciones: una estaba en magnífico estado, prácticamente nueva, aunque en alguna ocasión la bomba no funcionó del todo bien. La otra era un poco más antigua y presentó algunos inconvenientes; un día salió algo de agua por la pared y la cerradura también dio problemas en esta habitación. Esperamos que puedan mejorar estos detalles, ya que están al tanto de los problemas. De todas formas, siempre que les avisamos acudieron rápidamente y lo solucionaron.
