• Ernesto (10/5): - Professional, courteous management. Good location walking distance to train station, and trams. Apartment is cozy, clean and well furnished with a well equipped kitchen. There are a variety of shops and markets and eateries in the area. Will reserve again when I return to Florence.
• joaquin.o.sanchez (9/5): Ubicacion estrategica - La ubicacion es buena, esta por fuera de la zona turistica, a pocos minuto cminando de la estacion de florencia y tambien cerca de todo tipo de transporte publoco, se puede ir caminando a los principales lugares sea de noche o de día. El apartamento todas las comodidades para una estadia de mas de 2 días, es completo y amplio. Eñ ñigar es tal cual las fotos y hasta mejor Nada estaba todo muy bien.
• Gorin (8/5): - Хорошие апартаменты, чисто, есть все необходимое, к нашему приходу был включен кондиционер, я хорошая кровать в спальне, в гостиной 2 дивана, один раскладывается для 2 человек и небольшой диванчик чтобы сидеть Персонал не умеет объяснять как попасть в апартаменты, с большим трудом попали. Район не приятный.

• Mariana (3/5): Decepcionante. Mal servicio. Irresponsables - Nos hicieron ir hasta el local a buscar las llaves, en lugar de dejarlas en el cajetín de la puerta. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. En la primera ocasión dijeron que pasarían a arreglarlo y no acudieron. Al dia siguiente fueron en la mañana pero no lo solucionaron. Llevaron solo 1 ventilador a pesar de que eramos 3 personas, durmiendo en dos ambientes distintos. . Me comentaron que harían reembolso parcial por los problemas con el aire acondicionado e Internet (de esto si se ocuparon) pero han pasado 3 semanas y todavía no la hicieron, asumo que no cumplirán con esto tampoco.

• Sharlad (4/5): Not great but fine - Easy to collect the keys and good location for two people that wanted to walk a lot and stay out of the downtown core. The first night the apartment was really cold. We cranked the heat up to 30 Celsius but it wasn’t really working. I emailed the management but never heard back. The next day the apartment had warmed up. We had closed the bedroom door in order to try to warm up faster but then when one of us got up to use the bathroom we ended up locked in the bedroom for a good 10 minutes. The elevator in the building also almost got stuck.
