• Carlotta (9/5): Soggiorno molto piacevole, camera molto carina, pulita e centralissima! Personale davvero gentile - Posizione comodissima, camera super pulita e molto carina! Aggiungerei una postazione caffè/tisane!

• Silvia (9/5): Piacevole soggiorno nelle vie del centro - Posizione ottima : La struttura è in pieno centro , quindi vicina a tutto: Davanti ad una pasticceria , ai localini per la sera, ai negozietti d’artigianato caratteristici e a soli un paio di minuti a piedi dal mare ! La struttura è molto pulita e arredata con stile : ampia camera con letto molto comodo e bagno ampio con doccia comoda . La camera aveva il frigo, molto utile se alloggi d’estate. Ciliegina sulla torta :nella nostra camera c’era un piccolo balconcino che si affacciava sulle vie del centro. La struttura offre a pagamento anche escursioni all’isola della Maddalena. ( che vi consigliamo di visitare!) L’unica pecca di star così in centro è il chiasso notturno se si tengono le finestre chiuse , ma comunque la camera è dotata di aria condizionata .
• Sara (7/5): Gute Preis-Leistung, am Wochende eher vermeiden - Sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Top Lage, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem hat es gepasst. Preis-Leistung geht in Ordnung. Es ist Abends sehr laut, da die Fenster so gut wie garnicht schallisoliert sind. Achtung: am Samstag war bis 05:00 morgens laute Discomusik, die uns wach hielt. Prinzipiell war es sauber (Bett, Boden), jedoch wurden das Fensterbrett und weitere Armaturen diese Saison noch nie abgestaubt.

• Giorgio (10/5): - Credo più centrale di così è impossibile, è di fatto un grazioso appartamento nel centro di Santa Teresa, l'abbiamo adorato, pulitissimo, comodissimo, e molto molto bello negli interni, ci torneremo sicuramente! e poi anche il rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente! niente, davvero top!
• Celine (9/5): - L'emplacement Le mobilier, lits confortables, grande salle de bain Manque d'isolation. On entend beaucoup ce qui se passe dehors. Et le vendredi soir c'est la fiesta... Dommage.

• thenon (1/5): Si vous voulez rentrer fatigués de vos vacances c est là! - la chambre est située à 20 mètres d un bar pub très très bruyant, nous n avons pas pu dormir jusqu à sa fermeture, soit 3h30, la fenêtre est équipeé d un simple vitrage! Pas de wi-fi et pas de réponse du propriétaire. La douche débordait donc la pièce était innondée! C était en effet moins cher mais on comprend pourquoi... On ne peut pas se garer près de l établissement qui se trouve dans une rue piétonne,parking plus haut payant.

• Pascal (8/5): Sauberes und modernes Gästezimmer mitten im Zentrum - - sehr zentrale Lage, mitten im Geschehen - freundliche Vermietung, direkt unten drunter im selben Haus - geräumiges Zimmer - sehr sauber - Geräuschpegel nachts (teilweise bis morgens um 3 durch die anliegenden Bars) - Wasser in der Dusche läuft schlecht ab
• Giulia (3/5): Non consigliato - Buona posizione Esperienza terribile. La struttura, che avrebbe del buon potenziale, è mal curata. Muffa ai bordi della doccia. Incrostazioni in bagno. Non ci sono serrande alle finestre e la tenda "oscurante" non oscura. Infissi di bassa qualità per cui rumori altissimi. Al mattino entrano al piano terra gli impiegati dell'ufficio e dai rumori sembra che siano in camera. Accoglienza zero, neanche una bottiglia di acqua in frigo. Abbiamo chiesto se fossero disponibili delle stuoie (e magari anche un ombrellone) ma non ne avevano, non mi è mai successo in qualsiasi altro alloggio del genere sia in italia che all'estero. Il giorno del check out (previsto max per le 11) sono venuti a bussarci alla porta alle 9.30 per chiederci di andare.

• Teresa (10/5): - La ubicación. En plena calle peatonal Mandé dos mensajes a través de Booking para anunciar mi hora de llegada y preguntar donde se podía aparcar. No obtuve ninguna respuesta
• Riccardo (8/5): - La posizione è nel piccolo corso di Santa Teresa, quindi in mezzo a bar, negozi e ristoranti. Il parcheggio è abbastanza semplice in quanto a 3 minuti a piedi c'è la piazza dove c'è quasi sempre posto (a pagamento). Il vantaggio di stare in centro, di notte si trasforma in uno svantaggio se si ha il sonno leggero, dato che fino a tarda sera c'è rumore. A noi non ha dato particolare fastidio, ma se avete problemi tenetene conto.

• Daniele (9/5): bellissimo!!!! - camera molto molto curata e pulita, con frigorifero. posizione centralissima in strada pedonale a pochissima distanza dalla torre e dalla spiaggia. La nostra camera aveva un piccolo terrazzino proprio sulla via pedonale. nonostante il via vai di persone la sera, con le finestre chiuse, l'insonorizzazione è assicurata. Non c'è il servizio di colazione, ma proprio di fronte c'è una pasticceria con prodotti a dir poco superlativi. l'entrata e il check in sono nella sede dell'agenzia di escursioni in barca Mistral. lo staff è cordiale e disponibile. assolutamente da ritornarci, davvero bello. nulla; non c'è il parcheggio privato ma con un po' di pazienza noi abbiamo trovato a 100/200 metri di distanza non a pagamento e considerando che era la settimana di ferragosto non è banale. A pagamento a 100 metri si trova senza troppi problemi.
• De Carlo (7/5): - Camera molto comoda e funzionale, posizione ottima! Nonostante la posizione ottima la camera non è dotata di una buon isolamento acustico! Poiché siamo proprio nel pieno del centro di santa Teresa i rumori sono molto persistenti fino a notte fonda! Unica pecca…
• Greta (8/5): Comodità del centro - La struttura si trova in pieno centro. Comodissima a tutti i servizi, bar e ristoranti. Qualità prezzo ottimo. La stanza è poco insonorizzata, ed essendo in pieno centro, si sentiva molta confusione. Migliorerei anche la pulizia della camera (abbiamo trovato qualche capello e le lenzuola con dei buchi).
• Gwendavid (9/5): Appartement idéal centre ville - Idéalement situé dans la rue piétonne principale de Santa Teresa, l'appartement est confortable, décoration moderne avec du rangement et suffisamment grand pour 3 personnes. Il manque juste une bouilloire et une cafetière capsule je trouve mais sinon tout est ok. Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages dès le matin avant le check up de fin de journée afin de ne pas laisser nos valises dans la voiture et le personnel est disponible et accueillant. Une super adresse pour profiter de la vie animée du centre ville l'été. Un parking payant et la magnifique plage Reina Blanca à quelques mètres. La poussière sous les lits et derrière la TV.

• Ignacio (5/5): Passable - The girl at the front desk was very nice. The room and the bathroom were pretty new. First of all, there is no elevator… When I first went to use the toilet, it was dirty (pee). At night, when me and my girlfriend went to bed, there were no sheets! We were lucky we have no kids and we could use the sheets from the bunk beds. Lastly, it was very loud outside (all the bars are right next to La Maison del Corso.

• Christophe (7/5): Good - Very central, was able to park nearby for free The cleanliness of bath towels (all were stained). A coffee machine inside the room but no cups/glass. The noisy street and the lack of soundproofing of the windows. Nobody at reception when we left at 9am.
• Victoria (7/5): It was fine for one night. Would have been nice if the room was just for two. - Central location, modern room and nice decor. The room was too small for 4 people. The bunk beds were small for adult size teenagers and not very stable. Would be ok for small children. Paid parking only.
