• Daniel (7/5): Good value and good size/comfortable bed Good host - Good location. On street parking good but tight for available spaces in the evening. Good value and 4 free rooms so good for a party of 8 or so. Host was excellent and adaptive for my delayed arrival time. Also open to some ideas on small improvements! No WiFi instructions available so could not complete some needed transactions, but it was in evidence! All round opinion is above good for cost but not excellent 😊 Wifi available but password not working.

• Jack (1/5): Very bad worst experience I have had. - Nothing It was not clean and untidy and the staff were very unprofessional. That why we left after two hours.
• Baz (3/5): Not good, don't waste your money. - The only plus for this place was the owner was quick and efficient in answer messages The house is not clean, shower pretty disgusting, mould and lose tap in the sink, shared towels which were obviously not clean, the others staying there were extremely noisy, cooking food until after midnight, terrible smell of weed, smoking in the house, food left on sides, room is ultra bare, not even coat hangars in the cupboard / wardrobe. Bed wasn't falling apart but bed linen wasn't clean, just a knackered office chair in the room, In short it wasn't a pleasant stay, other 'guests' were just treating the place like student accommodation, no respect for others. Don't waste your money, for £10 more I could've got into an Ibis but short notice. Lesson learned.
• Grania (9/5): Comfortable bed, lovely place and neighbours were great too x - I was very surprised how clean and comfortable this house and rooms were, I didn't hear one peep from anybody else and the landlord was a gentleman, would 100% stay here again..thanks Nothing it was perfect.

• Sammy (1/5): WILL NOT BE BOOKING AGAIN - I did not get in to the property left me without a roof outside my comfort zone had to stay at a distant friend’s home who charged me £70 so I could use their shower Did not get through the front door also tried the back door no entry heard some sounds in the property but no answer

• Grace (8/5): Clean and comfortable - Really clean room, towel provided. Nice room in a half house-share/half hotel. But, there was no internet code given or left in the property, and the details to enter (keycode system) weren't sent in an email until AFTER I left, the day after. Luckily the man downstairs helped me. The owner/landlord seemed helpful upon ringing for entry advice, and he did sound stressed. But there should be a bit more guidance and necessities left. Had to ring to ask for wifi or ask the tenant. Had to disturb the tenant to get in.
