• Olalla (1/5): Lamentable - Nos cancelaron la reserva media hora antes de entrar con la reserva hecha desde hace semanas, habiéndonos desplazado a muchos kilómetros de nuestras casas y habiendo pagado un parking cerca del inmueble. Había intentado ponerme en contacto con el propietario los días previos y nunca recibí respuesta hasta que finalmente nos cancelaron media hora antes de entrar. Llamamos al propietario y no tuvo una respuesta razonable inventándose que era culpa de Booking.

• Modetti (6/5): Deludente - Buona posizione: l'appartamento è in zona centrale. Buona comunicazione con l'host L'appartamento è datato e poco curato. Il bagno andrebbe sicuramente rinnovato sopratutto la doccia che abbiamo trovato poco pulita; i condizionatori non funzionanti, sporchi e rumorosi. Unica fonte di calore la stufa elettrica. Ospiti indesiderati diversi insetti a farci compagnia (piccoli scarafaggi).

• Alfonso (5/5): - La ubicación, cerca de todo. Pues no estaba muy limpio. No dejaron papel higiénico. El aire acondicionado del salón no funcionaba y tenía los filtros atestados de polvo. No había lamparillas en las habitaciones. La cisterna del váter no iba bien. La puerta del balcón no cerraba y entraba mucho frío. Etc, etc..
• Mohamed Yusri (6/5): Cozy but ... - Location was fantastic, walking distance to tourist attraction with supermarkets nearby. Parking was convenient as well. Roach infested, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. Flushing system was faulty and the power kept tripping (4 times). Walls are very thin and can hear next door neighbour TV.

• ivan (5/5): Descuidado - Muy buena ubicación, piso amplio aunque un poco anticuado, el anfitrión muy agradable y nos facilitó mucho la entrada, incluido dejándonos entrar antes de la hora prevista. Limpieza escasa, sábanas sucias, bichos en los sofás, las camas, las mesas, el baño… la puerta del portal rota por lo que siempre está abierta, el balcón no cierra y está muy cerca de la calle, la puerta del baño si la cierras por dentro no abre, 30 min encerrado hasta que llego una compañera para abrirme, le falta mucha atención y mucha limpieza, limpiar no es pasar simplemente un trapo y hacer la cama sin cambiar las sábanas, 3 noches durmiendo incómodos entre bichos y sábanas sucias

• Jennifer (8/5): Great Location - The location of the apartment was excellent. There are restaurants close by & it was easy to walk to all the sights. The beds were comfortable and there was air conditioning. There needs to be a maintenance check done. The shower head is broken, the towel holder is coming away from the wall. The oven is for decoration only ( To be fair it isn’t stated in the list of facilities) and there was only one cup. It could all be easily remedied.

It is not too much noisy during the night so it is good for sleeping The address on the booking was incorrect. So directions were incorrect. We were walking all around the object for an hour to find it. The object is very big but not very clean

• Alain (7/5): Pour une nuit rapport qualité prix idéal - L’emplacement est idéal à seulement quelques centaines de mètre de la place de Cordoue . La situation dans cette petite rue tranquille et très agréable étaient idéales Très juste en équipement de cuisine , pas de mug , pas de bol juste deux cuillères à café, pas de torchon . Le s de la douche est très glissant il convient de faire attention
• Noémie (8/5): Parking gratuit diffilce a trouver mais possible. Logement très bien situé et pratique et fonctionnel. Nous le recommand - Logement très très bien située dans la partie piétonne et ancienne de Cordoba ! Bien équipé deux chambres, une salle de bain, cuisine équipe qui manque juste un peu de couvert. Facile d’accès. Mur un peu fin, on a tendance à entre le voisinage.

En la página de booking tienen que el check in se podía hacer a partir de las 16:30 y resulta que para ellos es a partir de las 17 (por tanto no cumplen con las condiciones contratadas) a pesar de que llamadas y mensajes porque aun siendo las 17 no dan las claves para entrar no responden. Me dieron las claves a las 17:30. Dejándome con dos niños pequeños esperando entrar desde una hora antes a 42 grados a la sombrita. El agua del baño se sale de la mampara. Los muebles están bastante viejos y rotos. Pero en general lo peor es la falta de organización, comunicación e información que tienen.
• Delgado (9/5): Si duda...volveré a reservar. - La ubicación es increíble, cerca de todo lo visitable de Córdoba, judería, mezquita, patios cordobeses... Tienes a dos pasos todos restaurantes, y servicios como farmacias y supermercado. El piso estaba más que limpio, ordenado y tenías de todo. La atención magnífica.

• Christopher (7/5): Charming location - but strong lingering smells in casa - The apartment location and street it was in was nice , it looked as though one could use the kitchen if you were there for a few nights plus There was a really bad burnt smell in the kitchen from previous and shocking foot odour smell remained in one of the rooms from previous - the super string cleaning products didn’t fix the issues and were actually so strong the cleaning products themselves also were overbearing- apart from that the apartment location was nice

• Jonathan (8/5): Very good - The location was unbeatable, right in the centre and on a lovely street. Very clean, fully equipped kitchen and comfy bed. Can hear noise from next door but this didn't cause a problem. No towel in the kitchen to dry dishes or cloth to wipe the table.
• Elaine (9/5): Superb - Great location! Only a few minutes walk to the bars, restaurants and shops of the historic centre. There was everything you needed in the apartment. It was very spacious. Really good to have the use of a washing machine too.. The managers were super helpful before and throughout our stay. Although the street was quiet, there was some noise within the building but nothing we couldn't put up with - we were only there 3 nights.

Perfect location within walking distance to all Old Town activities. comfortable beds and and a great value for a two bedroom apartment. The owner even let us check in early in the morning since the apartment was unoccupied. Highly recommend!
