• Laura (10/5): Excellent - Excellent location, close to the beach, the night market and also Dragon Bridge. Internet was good, and we really enjoyed the Breakfast and the view from the restaurant. Nothing we didn't like, we will be returning.

Room includes a very comfortable bed, fridge, kettle, cable tv with many english channels, fast wifi, great walk in shower window with strong pressure and hot water. Each morning i got woken up by the sound of furniture moving upstairs from the breakfast service on the 14th floor (i was on 12th). Also i kept finding black hair on my floor, even after i asked to clean the room. Only a small issue as rest of the room was very clean, but staff should take note.

The building exterior and interior look nice. Rooms are small, and the bathrooms are very cramped with limited space. Location close to the beach and restaurants, staff was friendly and helpful with a good level of English for hassle free communication, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast also nice and filling. Got an early check-in on the day I arrived on a night bus, which I was super grateful for. They also arrange tours BaNa Hills for a price I first considered experience, but later learned it was actually really good deal, so would definitely use them next time for the Bana Hills tour, if wanting to save money and don't mind going with a group. I would highly recommend Golden Sun and would definitely stay here again. :) Nothing
