• Juliette (10/5): Best stay of our whole trip! - The rooms are beautiful and the location is perfection, but the staff here are the true stars- Mauro and Sara were so helpful and responsive! We left feeling like family and can’t wait to return again. There isn’t a single negative word to say; highly recommend you book this stay! Be aware there’s no elevator, but Mauro kindly carried our luggage directly to our door. Amazing service.

• Alexander (10/5): Amazing experience in a great place! - This Palazzo is really a magical place right next to the cathedral in best location. The interior design is amazing up to the little details you can find inside and outside the rooms. Breakfast serving local products always with a glimpse to the cathedral was so nice. And the people welcoming you, assisting you with any kind of information. are really great. You can feel that they love the place and love what they are doing. Mauro, Sara and the team couldn’t have been more accommodating-went above and beyond and made our stay really special. Communication was great from start to finish. Nice breakfast. Comfy beds and all amenities were perfect for a short stay. Rooms could have done with a small safe and sadly our fridge was not working, however didn’t affect our stay too much. Room with roof terrace has steep stairs but weren’t a problem for us, maybe for others who may have difficulties walking.

• Bridget (10/5): Perfect base for a Monopoli holiday - Perfectly clean, spacious and beautifully designed room with a gorgeous little Juliette balcony for fresh air (there’s also great air conditioning). We loved everything about our stay. The hotel is perfectly located on the edge of the old town, in the same square as the cathedral and around the corner from the best gelato (Cafe Roma) - doesn’t get any better in terms of position. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful - pastries, pancakes, fruit, coffee, focaccia. Mauro and Sara, who now manage the hotel, are the most attentive, wonderful hosts. Mauro even collected us from the train station so we didn’t have to walk with our bags! Nothing! Wish we could have stayed longer.

• Arturo (10/5): Increible estancia, la recomiendo totalmente - La ubicacion inmejorable, el desayuno bastante bien, pero basico, la atencion de las encargadas del hotel espectacular, lo unico que no me gusto mucho, fue que las escaleras estaban muy reducinas y era un problema subir con las maletas, todo lo demas super bien. Las escaleras estaban muy pequeñas, en varias ocaciones topo mi cabeza con los peldaños de la escalera de arriba.

Aldri opplevd maken - Et lite og nydelig hotell, midt i det historiske sentrum av Monopoli! Bodde i toppetasjen, suite med egen stor takterrasse. Fantastisk! Flott bad. Veldig god seng. Rent og pent. Svært hyggelige, hjelpsomme og omsorgsfulle ansatte. Jeg ble syk mens jeg var der og manageren, Mauro, kjørte meg til sykehus flere ganger og var med som tolk. Han gjorde alt han kunne for at jeg skulle få den behandlingen og de medisinene jeg trengte! Han var min trygghet i en vanskelig situasjon for meg. Jeg er evig takknemlig for all den hjelpen og omsorgen jeg fikk av personalet. Alt var bra på dette hotellet! Anbefales på det varmeste!

Staff were great at responding before we arrived with queries & checked in during the sty with texts to make sure we were OK, Very little hanging space and lots of stairs when bringing up your suitcase but it’s an ancient building- I know u are not going to get a lift in these buildings.

The appartement was very stylish and to our taste, very clean and comfortable (even with tempur pillows 😊). The hostess Sara was outstanding, both in pre-arrival communication and arranging reservations and transport later. Nothing really, but the apartment would have been 11 out of 10 with a french balcony towards the piazza. 😉

Der Chef hat uns extra einen Parkplatz freigehalten und sehr offen empfangen. Er hat dafür gesorgt, dass unser Urlaub entspannt und schön starten konnte. La pulizia è eccellente: ogni ambiente è curato nei minimi dettagli, con un livello di ordine e freschezza che trasmette immediatamente grande attenzione per gli ospiti. L’accoglienza è stata calorosa e altamente professionale. Lo staff si distingue per gentilezza, disponibilità e discrezione, facendoti sentire benvenuto fin dal primo momento. • Tayla (9/5): - The location was great, the room was spacious and clean and the free breakfast was really good. Staff were very accommodating and were able to offer us an early check in. If booking the terrace room be aware of the steep staircase. It was manageable for us getting our large suitcases up/down but I can see it being a struggle for some.

Bed was very comfortable and the modern interpretation of the palazzo is great. Really good value in this location Not an issue for me but you should note that the building I spread over several levels and there are steps only to get to the higher levels

• Elaine (5/5): Some rooms are better than others so beware of room 1 and 6 - The interior design was nice and the location was exceptional It is not a hotel and should not be marketed as such. It was more an air bnb . No on site reception, no proper coffee/kettles and no daily cleaning (maybe once in our 3 nights). Billing did not match the booking and zero explanations when queried. ‘It is what it is’ was the explanation. Shower stalls didn’t always drain properly and one of our rooms was flooded. But worst of all were the steps - beware of booking the suite. Beautiful terrace but the ladder to the room was ridiculous. This was not communicated prior so they should be more transparent

• Michelle (10/5): The staff were so responsive and helpful! They answered every question I had or help I needed within minutes on WhatsApp - The location was amazing! So central and easy to walk everywhere for a great visit. The first room I had was on the ground floor and had a funny smell but the service was so amazing, they moved me to a room upstairs which was lovely. I would recommend booking one of the higher level rooms.
• Eileen (10/5): It was a lovely apartment, centrally located and very clean. It was an enjoyable stay - Spacious and clean . Air conditioning was exceptional. Location from the square where our taxi could drop us off was less than a block away which was great when dragging luggage over cobblestones . Our host Kekka was very responsive and hurriedly prepared our room for us and we were able to check in at 12:00pm. She responded promptly when we messaged her and even provided us with names of reputable car service. I would have like a coffee maker in the room and extra blanket for the bed ( which Kekka provided quickly when we messaged her) A larger refrigerator for storage of bottled water that we purchased from the local market

We were entitled only for a coffee and a crosisant which is unacceptable. The host told me thay breakfast is on a budget of 4 euros per person which is definetly a rip off. Also to top it all off, she was suppose to give me the code number to get in a day before, however she didnt. I spent from 7am till 9am calling her and sending her various messages which she didnt reply. I dont think that is how you treat people spendimg nearly 1500 Euros for 3 nights.

• Peter (8/5): Excellent property - Lovely suite which was very clean, modern and comfortable. It is in a great location. Kekka, the property manager was excellent to deal with and very helpful. The stairs were steep to the top floor suite we had but once at the top it was superb
• Hanane (8/5): A very calming and charming place to stay in Monopoli. - Great location, a very calm and beautiful place. Great staff, very friendly and flexible. Just would have love to have breakfast indoors.
• Bruno (10/5): Great place to stay when in monopoli and the staff are amazing also the suite I stayed in was the best in town thank you - I absolutely loved my stay at the Palazzo Gasparino in monopoli from start to finish the location was amazing everything was within reach the suite was very spacious and facilities great also the staff Kekka was very helpful for my check in and suggestions for things to see and do around monopoli and a special mention also for Nicolette who cleaned the room and made sure I required anything else it was no problem whatsoever I would like to say kekka and Nicolette are both an amazing and are valued employees who went above a beyond making my stay very welcomed thank you very much.

• Yvonne (8/5): Beautiful room - Beautiful room with an amazing view from the terrace. Excellent air con and comfortable bed. Some reviews state that rooms aren't cleaned daily, we only stayed 2 nights but had cleaning and towels changed on day 2. The stairs into the suite are extremely steep; manageable for us but some people may struggle. The breakfast needs improving, for the price of the room, a coffee, orange juice and croissant is not good enough. We had take away and ate it on the balcony. We then went to Cafe Machiavelli for brunch!
• J (8/5): Incredible location, beautiful rooms and host that is always available and very helpful - Location was excellent! Just inside of Historic Center, so brief walk with luggage to location. And being on the cathedral square meant a mostly quiet evening for a very busy city in August The breakfast was vouchers for a nearby cafe and it was clear that this was the same for SO MANY visitors in the area. If you weren’t waiting for a table, you waited a very long time just to be greeted and eventually served. This is fine for a “normal” Italian breakfast, but for tourists on the move, spending one hour each morning just for a coffee and cornetto is far from ideal.

• nelly (10/5): - Unser Aufenthalt in den Palazzo Gasparino Suiten war einfach fantastisch! Mit einer perfekten Lage und beeindruckender Architektur war alles genau nach unserem Geschmack. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Alles war super, und besonders Kekka hat unseren Aufenthalt bereichert. Sie war unglaublich nett und hat uns wertvolle Informationen über Monopoli gegeben. Ein absoluter 10/10 Aufenthalt!
• Petya (3/5): the quality does not match the price - The only good thing is location and the view to the Cathedral A small room, furnished in an uncomfortable and uncozy way despite it is a modern one. There is an echo throughout the building and you can hear every guest who enters, leaves and climbs the stairs.

• Isabelle (8/5): Monopoli est une petite ville magnifique, très typique avec son petit port .Tout est très beau.Dommage pour le petit dej - L'emplacement , la chambre spacieuse ,moderne et confortable . Le petit déjeuner, en revanche, n'est pas en adéquation avec la prestation( petit déjeuner au bar du coin , plus que moyen :café , croissant ...)
• Costa (4/5): Si reservas en este sitio y tienes la habitación para familia debes llegar con maleta muy pequeña!!! - La ubicación ! Demasiadas escaleras , la habitación tenía unas escaleras muy empinadas y no se podía subir las maletas !
