• Krzysztof (1/5): Nigdy więcej. - Przyjazd był o 1:30 - nikt nie czekał z kluczami, wszystko było pozamykane, brak kontaktu z kimkolwiek. Byliśmy zmuszeni zapłacić za tę noc w hotelu. Następnego dnia zdołaliśmy odszukać opiekunkę obiektu - po wejściu okazało się, że były dwie sypialnie (w opisie figurowały trzy) i jedna łazienka (w opisie były dwie). Co najgorsze, w obiekcie nie było wody - awaria pompy. W rozmowie telefonicznej z właścicielem, przebywającym w Portugalii, uzgodniliśmy bezkosztową rezygnację. Musieliśmy znaleźć inne lokum na nasz pobyt. Całość - koszmar!

• Jessica (2/5): Xellent location. Close 2 beach, but electricity, water & internet were unreliable & it felt UNSAFE. - Someone met me at the airport with the keys. It was very helpful. The location is GREAT! Very central. The woman who comes to clean (Anna) is very nice. The closest beach is beautiful and a great place to swim (though to be fair, my housemate and I had masked children pull knives on us the first time we left the beach. Women don't go out alone at night!) After that, I ONLY went out accompanied by a MAN, even during the day). If you read my reviews, you will see that IN GENERAL I am VERY COMPLIMENTARY and give VERY POSITIVE reviews. I'm a teacher, so I look for the positive and good. In fact, people often tell me, I'm "too nice." Unfortunately I cannot be that way this time. This was a very economically feasibly situation (i.e. it's inexpensive) but they also say "you get what you pay for." I did not feel physically safe or taken care of in this place. I ended up going to another place. I stayed 4 days here because I really liked the girl in the apartment and had paid, but other than that, I would have left. I paid to have the ENTIRE apartment and I was put in an apartment with someone else. That wasn't "bad", because I really liked the girl, but it wasn't what I paid for or what I was told I'd get. The building (not apartment) door on the ground floor was left WIDE open for 3 days! It wasn't safe!! The door was broken from the inside. At one point they supposedly "fixed" it and we were LOCKED IN the building! It was a fire hazard! Had there been a fire at night, we would have had to jump from 2nd & 3rd story windows onto pavement or concrete. We could NOT GET OUT! I told the owner. He said he'd send someone over to fix it. No one came. Instead, he asked another resident (who wasn't a professional) to fix it. It all felt very unsafe and like the owner didn't care. The water, electricity & internet periodically stopped working. I was only there 4 days. For 2 of those days, there was NO WATER. One day I skipped a shower. The next day I took a shower in another building on the premises (thanks only to another lodger there. The property owner didn't offer a solution). THERE WAS A DEAD BIRD IN MY ROOM UNDER ONE OF TWIN BEDS. It was conveniently pushed under the bed. I've gone all over the world & NEVER have encountered a "welcome" like that anywhere before. I found it disgusting & VERY unwelcoming. Overall, it's a great location, but they really have to "clean up" their act.

• Sheila (9/5): A very convenient location, and very helpful staff. - The apartment is in a very good location, a short walk from the sea and a slightly longer, but very manageable walk, from the Plateau. There is an excellent rooftop restaurant next door. Nothing.
• Mondher (1/5): Bad stay to be avoided - Location It is advertised in a misleading way and wrong way The apartment is shared You only have one small room with 2 beds only and a window on a small area.. very claustrophobic Bathroom living kitchen are all shared

• Laurentcalais (3/5): Nice place but mismatch on the announcement - The person onsite Anna was really nice and helpful. The patio was nice with a cool view on the city. The place didn't match the announcement, that's the reason why we paid for two nights, but left after one night. We didn't feel at ease, we felt we were in someone else's place, we had troubles with the locks of the doors, trouble to get in touch with the host when we arrived (but we arrived earlier than expected), we couldn't get the Wifi from the bedrooms. The apartment is more or less a bed and breakfast, it should be noticed as so, and the equipments that don't exist (e.g. Swimming pool) should disappear from the announcement, and only the photos from the apartment should appear on the Booking website. The mismatch between the announcement and the reality was the main reason of our frustration, that's why we left.
