- Louis (1/5): Horrible people - Nothing. The staff. The attitude. The no replies. I booked the accommodation for a homeless women who got mugged. Home from Home turned her away. Did not respond to my phone calls or emails and did not refund me for the five days prebooked. Horrible people.

The Staff is incompetent They have Check in so late (at 5pm) I came after 6 pm and my no one knew about my reservation. I had to wait for them to call someone to check, ridiculous! And in the end they didnt even give me the duvet to cover myself. They lock the bathroom you have to have the key to enter There is no kitchen This place should not be on booking.com !!! I am wondering how they can attend people like that.
