• Geni (6/5): Enjoyable visit back to Invercargill for family catchups - Lounge and dining furniture was so uncomfortable we could not sit in lounge, chairs were Brocken and much too low dining area was not comfortable at all. Bedroom 1 was the best bed I have slept in comfort wise.

• Halimah (8/5): excellent - Very nice accommodation. Quiet and very tastefully done up. Absolutely value for money. We could not figure out how to lock the toilet doors. I believe there are no locks but it could have been just us. It wasn't fun having my father walk in on me but that is the only quibble about the location.

• Lyndal (10/5): Brand new, immaculate & comfy - The property was brand new (as stated in the title). Immaculate & extremely comfortable. Garage was easy to use (& fitted our van!) Lounge area was comfy & dining/kitchen was great. The driveway is narrow to navigate the turn at the end with a larger vehicle.

It truly is brand new and the host has put a lot of thought into the furnishings and appliances. Full use of garage was unexpected and great from a security perspective. There was nothing that we would have liked to be different.
