- Christine (8/5): - Small but perfectly formed - ok for a short stay There was no mention of it being a shared garden
- Sophie (10/5): Excellent and would deffo book again! Thankyou Julie! - How relaxed it felt driveway for car and all the owners lovely doggies- our daughter loved! WiFi was not great
- gulbis (9/5): -
- Pennie (10/5): Welcoming, friendly and private - Very safe and comforting, lovely welcome. Very helpful, from the check in to the end. Only issue which is personal, the quilt was a feather one which I’m allergic too. It was a warm night so no problem as I used a blanket which there were several to choose from.
- Spray Foam Removal (10/5): -
- Teresa (8/5): Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood - Comfy bed, good nights sleep & a nice bathroom.
The owner was quickly responsive. Air fresheners, unfortunately I am sensitive to strong artificial scents & should have mentioned this in advance.
- Sarah (10/5): Very nice little place to stay would definitely recommend to stop here bed was like feathers very comfortable - Nice little cosy place bed was very comfortable The only thing couldn’t pick up internet but was out most of the day anyway but like a little catch up on face book 🤣🤣🤣

- Eleanor (9/5): A lovely base for my holiday. - It was a nice, comfortable base for my holiday. It had everything I needed and was a nice quiet location for a lone traveller. It didn’t bother me too much but the WiFi was a little bit temperamental, you had to go out of the apartment to get hooked up to it and it didn’t always stay connected.
- Longwani (8/5): Overall I think the studio apartment is absolutely lovely and the host does a great job to ensure your stay is comfortab - Very comfortable bed, had a great night sleep. Shower drainage.. water gathered at the plug and doesn’t flowing out quickly.
- Lisa (8/5): Overall a fairly pleasant stay - Comfortable bed. Parking close by. WiFi did not work during my stay and remained unresolved (host offered to check again). Despite the heating, it felt cold, especially the tiled floor.
- Debbie (8/5): Would definitely book again - Location was perfect everything we required xx Bathroom wax quite cold but it was a very wet cold day.
- Brian (10/5): -
- Gemma (10/5): Cosy stylish and clean. 10/10 - Very cosy and clean. Had everything we needed !! Very happy we booked. Would definitely recommend booking. N/A

- Franko (2/5): Jako loše - Nije bio čist, pun psećih dlaka i prašine

- Polly (10/5): - Lovely clean apartment.
- Alberto (8/5): -
- Diane (7/5): Good for a short stopover with a small dog👍🏻 - Very quiet location. Cleanliness could have been better. Very little privacy at the location.
- Modeste (10/5): was lovely - everything was good nice
- Shaun (10/5): A lovely home-from-home experience - Julie was wonderful and very helpful
Local to Sainsbury's for food shop
Comfortable, clean and decorated lovely, home-from- home

- Gary (8/5): Very good -
- Alan (9/5): Very comfortable and relaxing. Our host was very amenable - Clean and bright. Comfortable with basic equipment. Good location for Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire An opening window. There were patio doors but as we took the dog we didn’t like to leave them open at night. However due to the unusual high temperatures we had to.
- Jane (9/5): Great small property in a good location. - Great little place to stay in a fab location for the festival I was attending. Julie was friendly as were her lovely little dogs. Would definitely return.
- Michal (7/5): Good - Nice location, quite area. To small for family, would be awsome for a couple.
- Steven (9/5): Superb -
- Andrew (6/5): Pleasant -
- Lisa (9/5): Wonderful - Clean, simple exchange, allowed pets, very welcoming
- Games (9/5): Superb - Julie was really warm, welcoming and friendly.
It's a really lovely space, with an exceptionally comfortable bed, the shower was amazing, and it has really lovely extra touches of tea.coffee, milk and condiments.
The kitchenette has a good sized fridge, air fryer and microwave, you could easily spend a weekend here.
There's a lovely garden, and its really nice that guests can use it.
Great to find a place that accepts dogs , and has a safe enclosed garden It was a 25 degree day and despite using the fan the room remained really hot. Not having windows that opened was an issue through the night.
Also, an extra £30 fee per night for the dog is a 40% increase in the price of the room which is a lot.
We booked last minute so we were happy to pay it, but it would affect our choice to return as it would be expensive, which is a shame as otherwise it's a lovely place to stay
- Tracey (10/5): Great location, lovely accommodation - Lovely space, had everything I needed for a long weekend away. Use of garden to myself. The owner was very helpful and friendly, but also gave me the space I had been looking for when I booked. Quiet area with beaches and forests nearby. Good facilities locally as well - a 2 minute drive to the local shops and garage. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it!
- Hamza (8/5): Spaxious studio, comfortable. - Really liked the place and had a comfortable stay. host Julie was superb. Advertised as 1 bedroom apartment but infact a studio.
- Paul (9/5): Superb -
- Libbie (10/5): It was just what we needed, can’t wait to come back. - Property was lovely and clean, spacious! The bed was super comfy! A travel cot was supplied to us, and we even got a helping hand putting it up!
The owner has a lovely dogs, who my little one was eager to see. Shower worked perfectly, and bathroom was fit for purpose. Will definitely be staying again, enjoyed every minute. Nothing we didn’t like.
- Jackie (5/5): Passable - This is really a studio apartment rather than a one bedroom apartment
- Whyley (9/5): Superb - It was a lovely room and all the facilities we needed. The only thing id suggest is a sign or A frame by the gate so people know they are in the right place.
Thank you for a lovely stay.
- Malcolm (10/5): Nice and quiet, super clean. - Lovely little room, great location. Super clean.
- Eirlys (8/5): Adequate for the two nights - Comfortable. Liked the walk in shower Unable to access the internet or the tv.
- Henning (6/5): Annex with potential to be great, but the experience let it down - It's a very cute, well-decorated annex and well-equipped (no cooker, but I knew this to be the case). I liked the little touches like the place to hang clothes at the entrance, the little "Only Good Vibes" sign on the wall, the little vanity area by the bed, the croissants and bottles of water provided. The bed was also very comfy. I spent about 30-40m trying to get the key out of the key box during which I tried to contact the vendor, but she was unavailable until after I had managed to get in. I was only given the code to open the key box, but not told about the fact that you needed to really push each key in hard otherwise it does not register. There was also an additional trick to it. There as a black plastic knob that had to be twisted clock-wise so an arrow pointed upwards to allow the key box to open.
I visited in March, and when I managed to get into the Annex, it was absolutely freezing. The floor is tiled and no heating had been turned on. There were heaters there though, so the place did warm up after about 1h. The tiled floor did not warm up at all. The place could have done with some more rugs to avoid having to walk on the cold tiles with just the socks. Also, the wifi code must have been changed recently, or perhaps I didn't understand the hand writing, but I never manged to use the wifi to connect my phone. The TV was also a smart TV, but the wifi code had not been programmed into the TV, so because I couldn't use the wifi code for my phone, I did not bother trying to get the TV configured.
- Hollie (10/5): Absolutely beautiful property. Accommodating and lovely hosts. Would highly recommend -
- Lucy (9/5): Nice stay - Very well done inside, had everything we needed. Good that you can watch Netflix and other streaming on the TV. Bed was comfy. Very cosy. Julie was really helpful and friendly, felt very private even though it’s right by the main house.
- Mather (7/5): Very happy with the property but not that the shower didn’t work, I feel the offer of a small refund would have made a d - Great location
Clean
Tidy The shower didn’t work
- Rebecca (8/5): Very good - Location Bathroom was very cold!
- Jordan (9/5): Superb -
- Jacqueline (9/5): A very pleasant stay - Property was very clean and cosy. The bed was comfortable. Julie, our host, gave us a warm welcome and made sure we had all we needed to stay warm during a very cold stay. A microwave, toaster, and air fryer were provided but these are the only means to cook. We were visiting relatives so had no need to use these and were aware of this before we booked. We enjoyed a very pleasant stay and would use again if the need arose. The fan in the bathroom is very noisy and ran long after you left the bathroom which is only a disturbance if, like us, you are older and need the bathroom during the night!
- Hayley (8/5): Peaceful two night break in a cosy annex - Lovely space , clean , cosy and well equipped kitchen. The host was very friendly and helpful.
- Carol (10/5): Exceptional - Size of the apartment and the cleanliness and everything and more that we needed was there. The host was very helpful and welcoming and we would come back and would definitely recommend.
- Sarah (9/5): Very pleasant property, ideal for overnight stay or 2, before flight from Bournemouth airport. - Clear instructions on how to enter the apartment. Very comfortable and warm. Liked the little welcome basket. Nothing
- Meg (10/5): Very pleasant and ch Venice -
- Olga (9/5): Superb - Everything was fine and well-equipped for a short stay. The apartment was clean. Apartments have dishes, but you can wash them only in the bathroom.
- Lynn (10/5): Clean, comfortable and affordable with a great host. - The bed was comfy and I shared it with my 2 wee boys. The shower was clean
We had everything we needed for our short stay. A little home away from home.
- Fitzjohn (10/5): Exceptional - Really nicely appointed, not glitzy, just nicely done. Booking .com didn't allow a straight answer about pets and cost until we had booked on a non refundable booking. So not julies fault and she was super fair
- Ernests (9/5): Superb - Comfy space with quiet area.
Decent TV and enough amenities.
Ability to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The wifi connection was pretty poor due to main router being far away from the guest house.
Shower could use a curtain.
Be careful of lots of dogs.
- Maggie (9/5): Superb - Very central for what we wanted had a Lovely 3 day break, everything you need was there and Julie was very pleasant and welcoming.
- White (5/5): This place is not for us... - The bed was very comfy and the inside was nicely decorated and clean. There was a surprise cost of £30 per dog which was not listed on the advert.
We could not let our dog in the garden as the lady had puppies. This also meant there was puppy poo which we had to walk through. We didn't know this ahead of arriving.
This is not a very private stay. As we were getting ready a young boy came and stared at us through the doors.
I would only look at staying here if you didn't have a dog and only needed a place to sleep for a night or two.
- William (8/5): Had a great break helped by location of accommodation - Very clean and suited our needs for the weekend
- Stephanie (10/5): Perfect home away from home ❤️ - Felt like a home away from home. Such a great alternative to a hotel when traveling for work. Julie was lovely and accommodating. Lovely to have outdoor space as well. Every little detail was just perfect. Thank you.
- Angela (9/5): Superb - Comfortable bed and very peaceful location. Ideally located for Bournemouth.
- Robin (9/5): Superb -
