• Val (8/5): Loved that grocery basics were left- milk, bread, biscuits, fresh fruit - Nice and clean either way handy parking The property itself was great, the surrounding area was a little rundown. Parking £13 for 24hrs which is a little steep! Could use some instruction on how the heaters work.

• Gee (3/5): Holiday ruined by neighbours noise and drug addicts and drunks outside of property - The apartment was fantastic. Very comfy well.equipt. clean and worth the money Noisy neighbour above woke us up daily from 8am. Aparantly it was being done up and had been quiet all summer as no one had been there . Yet our week was banging sawing and base from a radio throught the ceiling every day. The owner spoke to them as they wernt supose to do work.b4 9am. They tryed to keep.it down but u can here everything up there. Every footstep. Its not sound proofed at all. I feel it will.have a damning effect on people.stay. Also drug dealing going on outside the apartment when we arrived and on a friday night lots of drunk foreners outside making a racket. I didnt expect this and i payed nearly £500 for this. And i had to keep.going out early to get away from the noise
• liz (9/5): - Host has left coffee and tea plus milk bread and butter and fruit for us on arrival which was very welcome..nicely decorated, clean and comfortable . Very helpful host It said there was parking which l had thought meant there was an allocated parking space. It was actually next to a carpark which was full due to event Was able to find another car park nearby but advert misleading that not personal.space.

• Olivia (10/5): Exceptional - Came for a birthday trip and was the perfect spot for me and my boyfriend. Very intimate and cosy place, had all the facilities we needed so I could even iron out shirts. Got confused with the code for the keylock on arrival but host responded quickly so we could get in. Not too far from shops. Will definitely choose to come back!

• Linda (7/5): It was a nice comforty attachment, but given the two instances it kinda ruined it a bit. I would lik - Firstly l was given the wrong door number, the order was to go to number 8 West Hill - there was no number 8 after knocking all the doors - with no help l realised that l had the number on the booking - it was not in service. Finally l looked at my SMS and there was a text with all the correct details, except for the right pin no. But at least we had the right telephone number, so 1.5 hours later we were in. There was no wi-fi on the first night. Again the details on the text were incorrect. I text the lady and she got back to me with another code - which didn't work.

• Anne (10/5): Very comfy and cosy and a good location - The place was very comfy and had everything we needed including extras, milk tea, coffee, biscuits etc. The host was very helpful with details on how to get in. There was also a lovely little outside space which was a great sun trap to have a cup of tea in the morning. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Nothing to dislike

• Teresa (2/5): Very poor - Beautiful inside,very clean inside Location was basically in a carpark,we arrived a little early so had to wait outside where my husband and I witnessed drug deals going on.. Alot of arguments between drug users in carpark,so we didn't even stay the night as I didn't feel safe or comfortable in the location

Ideal location to get anywhere plus busses available - N/A However was greatly appreciated having bowl of fresh fruit, bread and butter I could not get the heaters to work since was very cold when I was in UK However did manage get the heater under the window to finally work I was challenged with locking from inside the apartment door ... not use to that system way handle had to be lifted up Did find the internet password etc in cupboard second day as the sticker on the shelf under TV first letter was damaged However finding the codes etc in cupboard solved all when I was not tired from trip across

• Daniel (9/5): Hidden, Peaceful, Great Stay - Really nice place, definitely hidden, literally smack bang in middle of Bournemouth - beach’s, town centre etc all a short walk away. Place was clean & tidy, decor theme is decent and has a cosy warm look & feel to it. The milk, bread, butter, selection of fruit and a cheeky pack of Jamie Dodgers was a great generous touch! Had everything you needed amenity wise - as if you were in your own home really. De-humidifier device in main lounge is a great idea by the way. No complaints from me and will definitely look to stay again, hopefully in the summer, if the availability is their but from what I can gather, stays at this property get snapped up pretty quick given the price is generously fair.
• Simon (10/5): Exceptional - I have stayed once before some months ago with my partner for a break, and we were impressed. Returned this time on my own for a work commitment and even more impressed. New sofa and other items. So close to go anywhere, yet so quiet. Everything you need is in the flat. Will definitely come back again.
• Charmaine (10/5): Hidden Gem - It is a lovely spacious flat in the heart of Bournemouth. It has all the utilities, appliances and tools needed, which make it a comfortable stay. Rooms are bright and airy, decor is modern, and furniture is cosy, which makes it warm, comfortable, and relaxing. The flat gives a feeling of contentment, providing you with a sense of being snuggled up and at home. It really invites you to unwind and settle in. Although the flat is in the heart of town, it's very peaceful and tranquil, free from disturbances which enables you to chill during the day and get a good night's sleep. There are lots of local amenities nearby, such as shops, restaurants, bars, park and beach, within walking distance, which contributes to the convenience of the flat's location. My partner and I, really enjoyed our stay very much, and will be returning again. There wasn't anything that we didn't like, everything was great.

• Abhisaar (10/5): Exceptional - The location. The way it looks. The host provided things like milk, fruit, and bread, oh and I was so shocked that even butter was provided. It helped to cook everything in a much healthier way. Such a chilled lounge and spotless. Will definitely book again.

Excellent location and car parking at the rear of the property was so handy. Really liked the outside private space too. Very comfortable bed and sofa, loved the access to Netflix and had all the amenities needed. Nothing really, just a little bit of damp coming through in the bedroom. It is an older building so that's to be expected and it's backing onto the bathroom. Likely that the owners haven't noticed, just needs a bit of cleaning off.

Comfy, cosy and quiet considering everything is so close by. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be returning soon.

I had everything I needed to make my week a success. - The location was great but not good at night for someone on their own as not very well lite being entrance was up an alley. Everything was in the property that was needed for a weeks stay. It was not very clean and everything seemed sticky to touch. The bedding is well used pillows were flat and duvet lumpy. Unfortunately I feel the property has not been looked after by previous occupants which is a shame but on the whole a good experience thank you

Had an issue with the hot water; i wasn’t able to get hot water for a bath on day 2 and 3; although this could've been me not understanding the heating programme. although the actual property is great the immediate location leaves something to be desired; although the host can’t control this and has put up CCTV and the property has a secure gate.

• Chapman (8/5): Very good - Very nice apartment clean. Love the size of the TV enjoyed are stay We couldn't have a bath, bath taps didn't work. Shower working but only could have it boiling hot or cold. So we only could have a wash for aweek.
• Caroline (8/5): Great apartment close to convention centre and the West Cliff area of Bournemouth - It was a very lovely and cosy apartment - perfect for one person on their own or a couple. I was attending a conference close-by so the location was perfect for me (with a good choice of restaurants and bars within 5 mins walk). Everything was in working order, and the host provided essentials for breakfast, including tea/coffee, milk, bread and fruit which was a lovely touch. Overall, I had a great stay in the apartment. I had no major problems although the hot water tap in the shower took a bit of getting used to...

Close Proximity to town, bars, shops etc . Car park had electric charging point The area surrounding the property (external to the property) wasn’t the best quality (cleanliness, noise etc)

Never received any info on wifi which was incredibly frustrating as from overseas and meant I could not contact anyone the whole weekend. I purposely looked for a property with wifi and definitely wouldn't have paid so much for no wifi

• Harryblox (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable clean, quiet and generally well equipped apartment hidden in a very convenient area. The bed was very comfortable. I would have liked to stay longer but unfortunately for me they were full. The generally well equipped apartment lacked a table and chairs which I reported to a very helpful Isaac. I think the apartment would also benefit from an instruction leaflet that would explain heating system and other technical issues. But great place.

We knew it looked great from the photos online, but let me tell you - they do not do this amazing property justice! to see it by eye is amazing! We felt so special staying here and so at home especially with the finishing touches and little extras (I won't spoil it by saying what they were - but we just felt so well looked after). The attention to detail was spot on! BOOK IT! You won't regret it. Thanks Isaac is an amazing host and the communication was excellent! We will absolutely be back!! Thank you. There wasn't anything we didn't like - only that we had to check out! haha

All round good value for money. Little bit cold and took a while to heat up, smelt a little bit when walking in as think it just needed to air out a bit but apart from that it was good.
