• Luigi andrea (8/5): Da migliorare - Camera comoda, spaziosa e silenziosa. Parecchio sporca con cumuli di polvere sopratutto sui e dietro i comodini, sui battiscopa e pavimento non proprio scopato. Il clima inoltre funziona male. Dovreste informare i clienti che ci sono le telecamere ( previsto x legge).Piccole accortezze ma importanti.

• Ricardo (9/5): Good host, good price, good location. Definitely recommend! - Easy communication with host, convenient self check-in at the property. Nice and clean private room with shower, washing machine, fridge and A/C. Calm neighborhood with easy access by bus and away from the touristic crowd. Other kitchen items (espresso machine, cutlery, dishes and sink) are part of the property, but facing room #1. It was not clear guests from room #2 could use them as well.

It's a bit far from the city centre, but public transport is just around the corner and easy to navigate and local shops and restaurants are very near too. There is a shared kitchen and one fridge for each room, but almost no dishes or other kitchenware. Expect no views.
